I spent more than $2000 on your penis injection program and now I have two dent on my hard on and it's only half the size it was prior to your treatment, I dropped by your facility on Wyoming near Paseo Del Norte' on Friday and asked the person at the desk if I could make an appointment to see the doctor. He said that he would check with him but because I am no longer in the program that he might not be able to see me. I am extremely pissed off that your program screwed up my sexual life and now I am stuck with a five inch penis that has dents in it and is no longer 8 inches as it was prior to your program. I want a resolution to this matter or I just might look into legal matters perhaps suing you.

Beware of NuMale in Brookfield. I am a victim of what appears to be a Ned scam - they issue a recall for jected meds already paid for. They promise to replace the recalled meds as they should. Then they reverse course with a phony reason and refuse replacement. Coincidentally the contract you signed is almost up!
Insulting and condescending business attitude follows. I am totally disgusted and a very dissatisfied customer.

I became a parient at the numale medical center on dec 4 2015 the amount of 2, 400.00 was charge to my American express credit card I know I sign a contract stated that if I did not finish the treatments there was no refund but after about three months the numale medical center located in Tucson az closed down and stated all medication would be sent by mail from the numale medicl center located in las vegas nv. but according to the contract under the treatment plan stated, you will need to return every six months for follow up visits before additional treatsments canbe released. I talk to Justin the office manager in the las vegas clinic he told me that I could be evaluated over the phone the contract stated office visits so I feel like they are the ones closed the clinic so I am asking for a refund of 2, 400.00
