    MY Complaint is, I never got the coupons and they say no exceptions on replacing them and they expired. My guess is either they never sent them to begin with. I understand this has happened with a number of people who never got their coupons and you can't seem to get a hold of these people at DTV by calling to a live person. When you also send an email and you try to converse by writing back after getting a reply from writing thru their website. You can't even write back either. You get a mail reject.
