Reckless bus driver
Bus Driver, driving bus # 1910239 on Monday, May 11 at 7:10pm driving recklessly. Swerving in and out of lanes S president and Fleet St.
novabus articulate 60 feet bus - dangerous design and faulty manufacturing
I was excited when I saw the bus and its glamorous design. Then as a commuter, I was very frustrated because:
1. Because green light (door opening light) and the push bar (to open the door) aren't synchronized. When commuters see the green light on, they push the bar to open the door, the door does open until 2 seconds expire. As a result, doors get clogged creating commuters and drivers irritants.
2. Floor of the bus is very cold compared to other buses in the city of Toronto.
3. Inside the bus, the bolts and screws are so big on the iron bars around the sitting area, and poking out so much, commuters often hurt.
4. The components (plates and bars) in the ceilling and the advertisement sides of the bus sometimes dangerously dangle scaring the commuters of the fall.
5. I personally talked to some TTC inspectors, trainers and other officials and got the same feedback.
I sent an email request to the new VP (Mr. Martin Larose) of the company plant in Montreal in November 2017 to fix the problems so that the new buses will proved comfort, safety, and fearless travel. No avail. No reply, no fix of the problems.
And Toronto City Purchasing managers simply like filling their tummy barrels with grunting sounds. They don't care for the safety and quality.
I request the authority to fix these problems of this Nova bus series for the sake of the commuters.

Thanks for posting this. So far I found this freak'n bus looks good...but I've problems with the exit doors and screws.
still, they haven't yet fixed these problems..
