For months now there has been a non-employee standing right outside the front doors of the lcbo outlet at 2290 dundas street west in toronto, harassing customers as they both enter and leave the outlet.

"for months" means from summer 2016 to date.

He harasses patrons entering and leaving, but tonight he threatened me. I do not wish to go back to my local lcbo outlet as long as this person is allowed to stand right at the front doors.

Please contact the manager to tell him that it is not acceptable for lcbo patrons to be harassed by anyone on lcbo property. No one working at the bloor/dundas outlet seems to care, and that is unacceptable.

I don't know who this person is, but I have seen him standing right on lcbo propety, right at the entrance/exit doors. From tonight (November 1, 2016) to last summer. He pretends to be jovial, "welcome to the lcbo!" but he is not an lcbo employee and no one stands outside an lcbo outlet unless they're waiting for someone. This person looks like a vagrant and behaves like a vagrant, he harasses most every patro of the lcbo outlet at 2290 dundas street west, and the manager, so employees do nothing about it.

If this vagrant is not removed by the property, if he is not out of my face when I got go to my local lcbo outlet soon, I am going to convince everyone not to go to that outlet, and will arrange and pay for transportation (Two subway stops) to the lcbo outlet near runnymede and bloor, where everyone will not be harassed and even threatened by a vagrant who your manager at 2290 dundas street west has allowed to harass and threaten patrons for months now.
