NorthStyle Being billed monthly charge

Cease and desist the monthly charge of $14.95 for absolutely NO benefit to me whatsoever!

An order recently placed was charges $20.99 for shipping & handling, so obviously the "VIP" club is of no use to me at all. (Order #K546337000013)

Also, please refund this month's charge of $14.95 pulled from my credit card on January 14, 2021.

NorthStyle No refund for returned product

On 10/16/20 I ordered a fleece top order# K4824561 from NorthStyle. I received after 2 weeks. It did not fit and had numerous scratchy seams so I filled out the return form requesting a refund. The package was mailed 11/6/20. I called customer service on 11/20/20 because I had not received acknowledgement of the return. I was told the item was received by their warehouse 11/17/20 and that the refund would be issued. I was advised that would take 5 to 7 business days. On 11/29/20 I received an email with a different order number telling me the same item was being shipped to mo. I contacted customer service by email and by phone to cancel that order, repeating that the item had been received and returned because it did not work for me. I was assured a refund would be issued, and received a conformation that the "order" 11/29/20 was cancelled. 12/12/20 I still had not received refund so I called customer service again. I was given a runaround and told nothing could be done because the refund had been issued. I was told to check with the bank. I called the bank which confirmed no refund or action from Northstyle since the order in October. I called NorthStyle back and was told I had not indicated what I wanted so they treated it as a exchange. I have a copy of the return form on which I clearly indicated I wanted a refund. The customer service rep said he would escalate the case to management and I should have the refund within 48 to 72 hours. As of this evening I still so not have a refund.
I want NorthStyle to adhere to their stated promise of a full refund if I am not satisfied with the purchase. Item was brand new with tags, unworn on original packaging. The refund should be issued without further delay. I would appreciate an apology for the poor customer service.

NorthStyle Order no k4874684

Tracking No. [protected]. I placed my order at the end of October. It left Maine on October 26. It's December 6 and I still have not received it. Fedex has been sending it back and forth from Oregon to CA numerous times as you will be able to see from the tracking number. Unbelievable! I think you might want to reconsider your freight company choice. The United States Postal Service would have been much better if you're mailing to Alaska. I guess the problem is more with Fedex than North Style. No matter - where is my order?

NorthStyle Business tactics

Omg. I should have read these reviews first! Shame on me.
My first time ordering. I ordered over $400 in merchandise and paid for two day delivery... Should have been here today. Since I hadn't received notification of delivery I called customer service (I use this term very loosely). The first woman I spoke with (very poor english skills and all but impossible to understand) after asking me a barrage of worthless questions finally said that my bank card did not approve the charges. After another exasperating conversation, I told her to cancel my order. I then checked my bank statement on-line, and sure enough it showed a charge of $442.44, so I called back and talked to a male "worker" who spoke worse english than the first and was extremely rude. I told him my account had been charged and he continued to talk over me... Not even pretending to listen. I continued to ask to talk to a supervisor (which i'm pretty sure doesn't exist) and he repeatedly placed me on hold and then came back on the line repeating the same thing he said earlier... Which made absolutely no sense. I finally told him I would file a complaint with the better business bureau. He responded, "if that's what you want to do"!? I seriously don't think he knows what the bbb is. Hung up and called my bank. The bank associate told me that she could see the approved pending charge and that it would post today. I will work with the bank's fraud unit if that happens. This is a nightmare that should have never happened. Regardless, I will file a complaint with the bbb, and would encourage others who have had a bad experience to do the same. I will also write a letter to the actual company, however, if these are the people they have working for them it will no doubt fall on deaf ears. I never got to see their products, but would say based on my experience and those of the others who wrote reviews nothing they have in their inventory is quality enough to put up with their incompetence and deceitfulness.

I was ready to order $135 worth of clothing from NorthStyle until I saw the shipping charges - $17.99 ! With each additional item you order, the price goes up. This is ridiculous. Who would buy from them when their motto seems to be "The more you order, the more you'll have to pay for shipping!" I will never order from them! Shipping charges should be determined according to size and weight of package and destination - not the cost of the items!

NorthStyle Unauthorized credit card billing

I have been charged $14.95 for several months by PGI Northstyle VIP. I have not authorized these charges and want complete refund/credit. I have been charged this monthly amount at least three times on my Capital One Credit Card. The account ends in number 4680. Please provide immediate refund. Thank you.

NorthStyle Order never arrived they make you re-order and charge more shipping fees.

I placed order on the May 28, 2020
approx. 2 weeks later I received an email that the order was shipped and on June 23 I received a email that I received my order for please to give them a review. I called customer service to inform them that I never received my Cardigan. After 2 days they told me that it shipped back to North Style due to not having a shipping address on the label. So they gave me a refund and told me to reorder what I did I also was charged extra 10.95 for extra 2 day shipping. The agent told me that I had to pay this if I wanted my Cardigan.
I really wanted it since a long time so I decided to du so. Today July 23 one month later still no Cardigan. I checked my tracking number and it told me the package was stuck in Kentucky. I called Customer service she had no solution and told me she did not know why. I told her to please give me a refund she agreed with no further solution also told me that I would not get my express shipping fee of $10.95 back. I truly belief that there is something not right with this company.

Awful experience.
Your on-line order information said that a 10% discount and free shipping would apply to my order 'today.' Please note:
1. I did not receive an invoice of the order (just what is written below in the form of an email);
2. No discount as indicated was provided to me.
3. The customer serv rep was extremely rude, continually spoke over me and hung up on me.
4. I want to speak to a corporate office customer service representative.
This was the worst experience ordering ' on-line' I've ever encountered. If you do not rectify this mess, I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and the U.S. Attorney General, who handle these complaints and misrepresentation of services. Thank you. Gena Galenski [protected]

NorthStyle order shipping

I placed order on the 1st, the 2nd was a holiday, it was shipped on the 3rd. I called and talked to a rep prior to placing order to ensure it would arrive in time for my Father's funeral service. I assured that if I paid the "Rush Service" for an extra $4.95 that it would arrive in 2-4 days. When I did NOT receive an email with tracking information, I looked it up myself and found that it would not arrive until Tuesday the next week. That is 6 days! Why did I pay for the "Rush Service"? I should have been told to pay for the 2 day Service or overnight, because there is no way that the "Rush" fee would have gotten here in time because they use PARCEL POST...so it goes to the post office. It would need to be shipped 2 day or overnight to get here in time. I am absolutely LIVID! What a waste of money. I paid $24.95 for shipping total and it still is going to take over a week. Never again will I order from Northstyle.

NorthStyle service complaint

In Dec 2018 I purchased a coat from NorthStyle with a credit gift card I received as a Christmas gift. It was too big, and the size I needed was not available in the color I needed so I exchanged it for a difference color - same price. It has been 30+ days and I still have not received the replacement coat! I have called several times and emailed as well. they told he they would hold the order for 30 days before they would reissue the order? They acknowledge that they have my money AND the coat. I have proof...SO they stole from me! I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau. ANYONE THINKING OF ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY - DO NOT.

NorthStyle order fulfillment

On January 10, 2019, I ordered two items and paid an extra $4.95 for faster shipping--not the guaranteed 2-day shipping, but faster than the standard 7-10 business days, thinking it might take a week or so. Now, 13 days later, on January 23, one of the items was delivered, but not the second item. An e-mail notification on January 10 said it had shipped, and the FedEx tracking number says it was delivered--but it was NOT delivered, and the packing slip inside the bag says the second item is on backorder! A call to customer service reveals they really don't know whether the item actually shipped or not. They are crediting the first item, and sending a replacement, but it will be another 7-10 business days. You'd think they'd expedite the shipment at no charge due to all the inconvenience and the fact they really have no idea what happened!

The item I DID receive is a wrinkled mess and I will not be able to wear it until it is professionally pressed (boiled wool jacket). I will not be ordering from this company ever again.

NorthStyle customer service / return policy needs to change

The return policy at North Style is terrible and lacks customer focus. I ordered one item and was charged $92.94. I received a completely different item / item no., yet the packing slip showed the correct item number. I contacted North Style to inform of the error and request that the correct item be shipped to me. This is where North Style should ship the order with no additional charge, and provide a pre-paid label for the incorrect item to be returned. This is where North Style would shine and become one of my favorite retailers.

Unfortunately, I was charged another $79.95 without warning altering my budgeting and cash-flow planning as a direct result of Noth Style's mistake. This is clearly a company's whose orientation of its organization is not toward serving its clients' needs. North Style needs to look to companies like Nordstrom, Zappos, Brooks Brothers and LL Bean as an example as these companies do not penalize the customer for its mistakes.

NorthStyle st nick sweater gray

I received this sweater today. I opened up the package and one of the buttons on the beard fell right off. Other buttons are loosely sewn. The arm length is way to long for an average person. I also found the item to be very thin.

I will return in the morning if I can figure out the return process.

I will not order again from NorthStyle due to the shipping cost and the person I ordered from on the phone was very pushy. I did not appreciate that.

NorthStyle Misleading delivery information

I will NEVER ORDER from NorthStyle again. I was given the runaround by customer service. When I ordered online, I paid for faster shipping in addition to their exorbitant shipping cost. The standard shipping said 3 to 5 days. So I paid for faster shipping, thinking it would be 2 to 4 days and arrive in time for an event. When it didn't arrive, I called customer service. I was told that meant that the merchandise would be removed from the warehouse in 2-4 days, shipped to my area via FedEx and delivered via USPS. The actual shipping would take 5-8 business days! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! My order is supposed to arrive Saturday by the end of the day. Do not order from this company!

NorthStyle shipping fee

I placed an order with NorthStyle and a pop of window came up for free shipping. Don't believe it! Apparently you have to fill something out and send it in, but it was unclear. Now it is costing me double as I have to return some items. I suggest you avoid this company. I will never use them again. Every other online company I deal with is much more accommodating.

NorthStyle poor quality

I purchased several items from NorthStyle Oct. 27, 2017 - first time order.
After wearing the BROWN Pull-On Slenderizer pants, washing (inside out) on delicate and hanging to dry. After this process, I looked at the pants and the front of the legs were covered with "balls"! Also, the wasteband had come open at the seam. Not only this, but the HEM of the right leg has already totally come undone! For the price of these pants, I do not expect such issues. I am very disappointed and will not likely purchase in the future. The clogs I also purchased in Oct. have quickly lost their finish on the top. Very expensive item to have such wear in two months!

NorthStyle poor customer service / customer experience

Placed order on 11/16 (J9881734). Item was on backorder. I followed up via email on 12/4 requesting information on a shipping date because I needed to change the shipping address if the item was not arriving by 12/14. Received an auto response that someone would get back to me within 48 hours. After several days with no response, I sent a 2nd request for information (around 12/11 or 12/12) to which I received no response. Just today, 11 business days from my original inquiry, I receive a useless response telling me my package was shipped on the 13th and to allow 10 business days for delivery. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That did nothing but anger me even more. Because of the lack of response and poor customer service, that package is arriving at my house long after I've left town for the holidays. I had to pay $11 shipping and now I will have to spend more money to ship the item to the person I ordered it for. If not for the fact that my mom really wants the item I ordered, I would have cancelled. Rest assured, I will not be ordering from Northstyle again. At the very least, I feel my shipping charges should be refunded and if the company really want to do the right thing, they will give me an additional amount off the purchase price. Next stop - various social media.

NorthStyle company doesn't post negative reviews

I have submitted two negative reviews in the past year regarding two North Style products (the "Go Everywhere Cardigan, " which stretched out to twice its size after wearing, and the "Border-Print Layered Top, " which ripped down the side after one wearing and washing). The company posted neither review, nor did it respond to an email sent to them regarding the latter item. North Style's clothes are not cheap, but their quality sure is.

NorthStyle horrible customer services

Ordered a pair of pants in a particular style, color and size. Wrong item shipped. Called customer service who said they would send return label and "helped" me order the correct item. Again, the very same wrong item sent. Called for the return label I never received and they stated they don't give those. Send back, contact them with tracking number and they would refund that cost. Item returned and credited to my card. No return shipping reimbursement. Called customer service who said I should have called instead of sending email to customer service. To deal with customer services with Northstyle is the pits. I also think the last person I got was someone working from their home who kept putting the phone down on a counter, was NOT wearing a headset. And now, I wonder about this person having access to my credit card number. I was hacked shortly after ordering these items and wonder if possibly it could have happened via Northstyle. I've told them to never send another catalog to my home and even if they don't get that right; I will never order from Northstyle again. Buyer beware!

NorthStyle Exclusive saving on clothing purchases

This company directs you to a site that will supposedly give you a 10% discount on your clothing order if you join. When you try to get reimbursed it doesn't ever submit. I gave up thinking it wasn't a real thing then learning many months later that they have been charging me $14.95 month. When I called customer service to address this, the woman stated that when I had joined and submitted a claim, that I wasn't reimbursed because I never followed up. When I told her I only had the initial welcome email, she stated that I had gotten another one that I hadn't responded to. I pulled up my emails and stated that this was not the case and the more I questioned her the more she turned to general statements like "when form was submitted it asks for more information" instead of the earlier "when you submitted the form and you didn't respond." I called her on the fact that she had stated that I received information that I didn't follow-up on when she was actually stating that this is what the supposed process is. She argued with me and I asked that my account be cancelled. She then stated that it was cancelled in 12/2016 when they attempted to bill and did not get paid. Interestingly they never sent anything stating that I owed them money or should renew with different card. Likely because they didn't want me to realize I had been paying for all those months without knowing. Very frustrating. This is a scam and although I don't think anything can be done for me, I'm hoping to get the word out to others.
