Insured; kettin e. Stanbury / claim number - [protected] / payee: dai i. Stanbury (son) / group/ sub/pay point [protected] check amount - $3761.30- this is from your group life claims division/ policy holder: northrup grumman corporation (check number [protected]/213.
So here goes. My mother passed away last july 3rd, 2017 in puerto rico. My cousin, ivan alvarez was in charge of my mother's estate because I live in indonesia. I had filled out all the forms you had requested and sent to you. Further, I had fulfilled my obligations to you in that matter and what did I get from you was disrespect and non-compliance in all this. I had stated to you clearly that by no means "no check was to be sent to indonesia", due to mail theft and poor delivery systems. I had asked you to do a direct deposit into my bank account in south africa at the bank of fnb which I supplied all information to you in that regard. So what did you do? You just disrespected my wishes and sent it to indonesia. The check was destroyed by the rain and the envelope was hung on a gate. I can not cash this check in indonesia because of the charges too high a fee for cashing and a 30-day hold with more fees on top of that. Why is it through your own arrogance that my wishes were not honored here? I had told you clearly to deposit the funds in question to my account in south africa and to show proof of sending a scanned format. Your check is worthless to me now and what a waste of time and stress by you. Yes, all this is your fault... Own up to it for once! I have sent photos of the destroyed check and its contents. It had been sitting in the rain for over 24hrs. I have also sent all forms again to you and no more checks will be sent here again... Period you will honor my wishes in all this since I have had to put up with such stupidity on your claims department in all this. And you wonder why we americans hate insurance companies... You guys don't listen don't care and sing to your own tune. It is now been 7 month's that I have had to deal with all this. Paying my mothers medical bills, burial expenses etc. And this is what I get from metlife. My phone is +62-822-[protected] (yes, indonesian numbers are long) call anytime... As for my bank account in south africa you need to contact me so I can provide the banking details again as I did before and no one listened or read my letter... I need a response asap in all this.
