North Style / Stay away
I ordered three items from North Style in August. One item came to me a week later. We are now coming onto the fourth week-and the other two items (the most expensive) have not yet arrived. When I spoke to North Style, they stated that it would take 10 days to get from Boston (where they are located) to DC (the area where I lived). When I pointed out that it had been 20 days, they were very dismissive.
North Style did not appear to be very customer friendly nor does it appear that they do any type of tracking, because she couldn't even say whether the items had been actually shipped-and that was 20 days after the order.
