Armin Hedayat, The office general manager presents himself as MBA, however he has no valid degree of completion. Also, when patients/reps walk in to the office and Ask to meet the dentist, he introduces himself as "almost the dentist"!

Armin Hedayat scams patients distributing Patient Referral Cards that encourage patients to refer people to the office with incentives. The card indicates a free power toothbrush at a value of $150-$200 whereas the
actual retail price of the Oral-B Vitality power brush given to patients is about $16-$20 only!

He also continues on hiring new employees, there is a new employee every 3-6 days, each employee does not last more than a few days up to a few weeks.

At North Hill Dental, there is no set rule or policy, policies are created as the manager goes, and depending on whether he likes/knows the patient or not.

What kind of dental office would describe themselves as "We are anything but Taboo" on a kids zone web section?! How would I explain that to my 8 year old child?!

Multiple spelling mistakes and POOR advertisement, On the practice's kids zone webpage, they call themselves, "We are anything but Taboo!" please refer to the uploaded photots and provided website, Unbelievable!

I am a Dental Receptionist/Assistant with 9 years experience. I applied for a Dental Receptionist job at North Hill Dental and found Dr. Sahar Rakshanfar and her husband Armin very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I applied for a Dental Receptionist job at North Hill Dental and when I arrived at the office, I sat in the reception area for 20 minutes before I was attended to. During the interview by Dr. Rakshanfar and her husband (office manager) Armin, they talked down to me and she even yelled at me. I decided that this is not the place I want to work.

At first Dr. Rakhshanfar acted very friendly, but when you ask her any question her personality changes and she becomes very aggressive and nasty. I would not recommend North Hill Dental to anyone.

I have dealt with him as a land lord and found he was very unaware of the laws and was very sleazy to deal with. I dont know how he is as a dentist but after dealing with him I would not let him anyware near my mouth

I am a patient of North Hill Dental Center, even though they started about 1.5 years, they are so professional and well organized in their work that I, my wife and my neighbors prefer to go there.
Mr. Armin is an brilliant manager and as I was two times there, he has been able to organize his office efficiently, I never received any bad thing (delay, etc ) from them and also my teeth has been fixed properly.

I think you can also report North Hill Dental, and their manager to The Ministry of Labour Board

Who calls themselves MBA?! this office and manager sound very shady, is there any association, or dentist college that you can report this nonsense to?

The public are well aware that these brushes are worth $17, I dont understand why they would mislead their patients that way, what are they thinking? All these points you stated seem to be very unprofessional, they are signs of major issues!
