My story is short and sad. I'm tired of the way they treat me. The jacket I ordered didn't fit me and the only thing I want now is to return it and have several options: either to get a refund or simply to exchange/replace it. That's all I want.
However, customer service ignores my emails and calls. I wonder if there are any people working? It's horrible. I don't need the jacket, it was not cheap. Why can't I get y money back with no issues??
