I was applied for the Czech Republic work permit in 14/11/2020 until now I didn't get any paper this company is fraud and they are not giving us any proof of immigration application and they don't want to refund any money I lost my job I don't have anything please I need a help to refund my money back

Now dont pay a songle money even if they give you work permit. Because all the work permit they show in the videos are not with the strong base. And nobody gets visa. Same thing happened to me. You will never know what is the position u are applying untill u get work oermit and to be honest work permit will be full of surprises. So stay away from them.

Greetings! Me and my two other friends applied as a factory worker in Czech Republic and have paid 6, 300aed (initial payment of 2k then 4k) already since last October 2019. Then Feb this year we paid the remaining 300 (vat). At first actually before we pay the initial amount, they told us that it will take like 5 to 6 months to get the work permit. But...

North American Services Center (NASC) Paid initial amount for the application/processing fee

I applied in NASC last December 30, 2019 for a particular position going ro Czech Republic. As they promised me that there are several positions available that companies are hiring for. And I choose the chocolate factory worker position for that matter. Not only me, actually some of my friends have already applied as well ahead of me. Then after that, I trusted them and believed all their explainations telling me that the processing time for the application is 4 months from the day or month that I applied. So within 4 months we can have our working permit and job order. Then they told me that the total amount for the payment of application/the processing fee is 14000 aed. Since I trusted them and believed in them (which I regreted lately and realize I should have not paid right away) I paid 2000aed +vat as an initial payment for my application just to submit my application to the employer because as they said I got the last slot for the position. I have the receipt and gave me like agreement letter thingy. But before they gave me the agreement, I paid already the amount. It is written there, that the balance amount like 5000aed should be paid on January 21st, 2020. Then I agreed because that time, I still believed in them. But then situation came. Just the time that I am about to pay for the remaining application fee of 5000, my friends told me that their working permit and job order/offer still not on their hands yet as what the agency promised. To think my friends already paid half of the amount 6000aed for the application/processing payment. Then I realize is it really legal? Is the agency or consultancy firm is really legal to process the application going to Czech, or just a fraud just what I have read lately. My mistake was, I did research 1st before I go through the application. And now they look after my remaining application fee balance and force me to pay a 12000aed. They even dis abled my portal which is an access of my application, or maybe that portal was only a decoy. They sent me in my email a copy of threatening legal case for me once I will not pay for my remaining balance. Please I need your advices what will I do. Where can I check in UAE the legality of the agency or consultancy. Your advices will so much appreciated. Thank you.

Same situation here, we are actually two people. We initially pay january 30, 2020 amount of 3, 000 aed each. They have much encouragement thats why we paid. Then we decide to refund just after 2 days. But then they cannot give clear answer on our questions regarding refund. I have read so many times their contract that there is a refund policy but it should be 30days after you initially pay. Time goes by, I always make calls and write to them but as 30 days was about to come . I had a call telling me no refund. Thats [censored]!. I know what I have read. Now, like what ive said we are two. The other had a call and email that he needs to attend a court. Of course they will file a complaint that he needs to pay the remaining balance. It will be on april 21. So lets see what will happen.

North American Services Center (NASC) canada immigration process - express entry (online application)

Hello all,

Stay away from them, as a duped client I will explain everything you will experience objectively and truthfully:

1- they will misinform you about the process:

- They might tell you that Kathryn Mary MacDonald is an immigration lawyer, whereas she is just a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), all what she and NASC can do is fill the application online for you and deal with the IRCC themselves. You will probably never see her or talk to her, I never did myself anyway.
- They will tell you that only them can change the application once submitted into the pool, nothing could be further from truth.
- They will make promises they cannot deliver, remember if it is too good to be true then it is.

2- Watch out when signing the Retainer Agreement Contract, Use of Representative Form and paying them money!

- THEY MAKE YOU PAY BEFORE READING THE RETAINER AGREEMENT! you have the right to take a copy of the agreement, read it well, consult with a lawyer, etc etc... if they do not agree to that, just leave and never look back, trust me you will never ever regret it. Because they will not hesitate to use it against your best interest at the first opportunity.
- Don't sign the Retainer Agreement nor the Use of Representative Form (IMM5476e) before making sure they are both signed by Kathryn MacDonald.
- Also don't pay any fees before carrying out the two previous steps, take copies of all the documents BOTH parties have signed and payment receipts signed and stamped.
- Better to pay with credit card, avoid paying in cash. This will enable you to trace back your payment better. Take your credit card receipt copy.
- Make sure that the services you paid for are included in the Contract, for example PNP process, because if your CRS is low they will promise to assist you in a PNP process which is not true and not included in the fees you paid, watch out!

3- They will not assist you after you pay them:

- So, if you fail to take the aforementioned precautions... and pay them your hard earned money, they will be assisting you for the first two weeks, then they will stop receiving your calls, your meeting requests, you will NEVER see or hear from Kathryn and you are left to deal with the unprofessional unregistered consultants, processing team, receptionists and people who you did not agree to do business with.
- Nobody will receive your complaints or try to solve them, they belittle clients and treat them very badly. Even their ecomplaints email address does not receive emails, I guess because it is full of complaints who nobody has ever read.
- Watch out from their CLIENT PORTAL, it is not secured by an encryption certificate, think twice before uploading any sensitive information about yourself and your family especially your CHILDREN, and any financial data information to this outdated portal system! this kind of unsecured websites are very vulnerable to hacker attacks.

4- They will fail to execute their contractual obligations, if you decide to pay your fees in installments it is their obligation to launch your Online Express Entry Application after you submit the ECA and IELTS as per the contract. NOT after you pay your full fees, and there is nowhere in the agreement a clause that says otherwise.

5- They will waive the Contract in your face at the first conflict saying you've been given the chance to read it but you failed to understand the implications, they will also send you a threatening FINAL LEGAL NOTICE preceded by none, this notice threatens to file a legal civil case against you and place attachment on your properties in the UAE and home country, in a big breach of their retainer agreement which clearly states that in case of dispute the conflict shall be resolved amicably and shall be handled by Mediators then, if unsuccessful, Arbitrators.

6- They have no sense of ensuring client satisfaction, receiving constructive feedback, or improving their business practices and process quality. They are very very slow to respond to any inquiries and treat a client as burden and not as the core of their business and services. They also use outdated official forms, make sure that any official immigration form you sign is the latest version available on the CIC website, or you will risk to have the form rejected.

7- I am a real client and not one of their competitors, I urge you to read my review carefully and not repeat the mistakes I have done. My advice, educate yourself on the immigration process yourself, the internet is full of free and accurate information... and remember they cannot perform miracles! If you are eligible then you are, if not seek ways to improve your CRS score. Research any consultant very well!

Finally, I strongly disagree with the people who say "forget the money that you have paid" this will only encourage them to keep up their wrong and unethical business practices, you have the right to file complaints against NASC with the local UAE authorities and against Kathryn MacDonald with the ICCRC-CRCIC, they cannot keep doing what they are doing and get away with it. They are enriching themselves with the hard earned money of hard working people living away from their home countries and beloved families.

When I was researching the company I read many negative reviews, but I still made the biggest mistake ever of signing their ball-and-chain contract, which they will never hesitate to use against their justifiably unsatisfied clients.

By dealing with them, I have discovered their unprofessional business practices and the inefficiency of their work, and realized that all the reviews here and elsewhere are totally FAIR and TRUE!

After a client signs the contract and pay, they will not talk to him/her anymore, they will stall to launch your Express Entry application online although they are in possession of all the required documents to do so. Nobody in this company is willing to listen to the Client or solve any of their issues... and the list goes on! Even their complaints email address does not work for goodness' sake!

Long story short, I am looking to gather as many people who have fallen victims to their unprofessional business practices and seek to form a class of claimants at the consumer protection and legal authourities, they cannot take people's hardearned money in return of bad service and still get away with it anymore! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

North American Services Center (NASC) australian work visa

I started my application for Australian work permit almost 18 months ago, at the time of first assessment with my qualification and experience, their agent Mr. Muneer (Professional Liar) told me that you have 80% chances in your favor. they collected almost 13000 AED from me and after 1 year of valuable time i received an email stating that your skill assessment is negative and now we cannot help you out.
Now its about to start 2019 and they are not even responding my email or arranging any call back after several follow ups or frantic email to all of NASC cheaters.

They take advantage with fake fame or documents in their procession from across globe.

North American Services Center (NASC) immigration

NASC cheated me by telling lies that I am eligible for Express entry system. Even though i have scored good in IELTS, they expect me to get 9 in all, which is not really practical. Initially when i met them they checked all my details and said i need to score either 6 or 7 in IELTS, but i scored 8. When i call them now, they say either get 9 in all or get a job in Canada or wait till PNP comes across. this is now more than a year and they are playing games like this. They never ever contacted me after paying the money and I only used to be behind them. But again no proper response. Their phones doesn't work half the time and I literally had to beg them on portal to call me since I couldn't reach them. They expect people to go to their office, wait and speak to them. So much attitude and a very poor customer service/ response. Finally I realised that I am being cheated by this company and not sure if I can get my money back or not.

North American Services Center (NASC) unprofessional conduct by an agent

I have started my application with north american services center since february of this year, i have entrusted this agency icluding its team to process my pr visa under the express entry program.i just want to complain a specific agent by the name of mr.cesario lira who was presently handling my case as he was the one who gave me a callback during the time when i finally made my decision to start my processing with them.From the start when i was still not yet fully paid, he was very eager to explain all the details of the express entry details.but i noticed recently that after i have paid in full amount(processing fee), he became a bit distant and not fully enclosing all the required information to help me get a higher chance on obtaining a pr visa based on my situation.just yesterday, a good friend of mine who was based in canada told me regarding the IQAS AND CELPIP, that this two things were another great options for me to consider in case i want i higher chance of getting a high crs score from cic.so this morning(october 14, 2017)i immediately texted mr.cesarion lira and ask him why he hasnt told me this options before, and to my surprise he just stated that the IQAS AND CELPIP can be another option for WES and IELTS but didn't explain further.so he got pissed off when i started to asked him via phone call why on earth he didnt told me this options before instead of advising me to get a fake fiance in canada and get married since my age is already 34, although jokingly yet i believe a good agent should not be doing unprofessional conduct like this.so just today before ending our phone conversation, he raised his voice and told me in a very rude way if what do i want to do next?if im planning to complain him?and i said yes, by the way he speaking to me and how he was not helping a t all on my current situation.so he send me via whatsapp message the link from where i can voice out my concern.im hoping ms.katherine mcdonald would take an immediate action on this one and impose a certain disciplinary action towrards mr.cesario lira. i trusted your agency since i my parents got their immigrant visas before thru yours. im hoping to get a new agent to replace mr.lira, preferrably a female to follow up on my case profile.

North American Services Center (NASC) unauthorized magazine subscription

Back in April, I spoke with a company over the phone who asked if I wanted to sign up for 3 years of magazine subscriptions! I told them no thank you, I was not interested, and said no thank you. They began charging my credit card which I have no idea how they got it, and they began sending me magazines! After a few months of realizing I had been charged monthly, I tried to cancel it and they told me I could not cancel. I should be able to cancel any kind of subscription at any time! This has been going on for the past 6 months and after they kept charging me, I changed my credit card and sent them chargebacks and got my money back! It's been a nightmare! They continue to call me and tell me I owe over $500! insane! They try to act as my ally, and tell me they want to help me get this taken care of so I don't have to worry about this in the future, but I will not give them another dime!

North American Services Center (NASC) claims to want to cancel a magazine subscription I am not receiving.

I have received three phone calls from this company stating that there calling to unsubscribe me from my magazine orders that I am not receiving. So called service rep says he needed to know whether I was married of not in order to cancel the subscription, when I asked him why he needed that information when he already had my name, phone & address; he responded by saying if I didn't give him more information he was going to renew my subscription for 5 years and to enjoy reading my unwanted magazines & hung up.

NORTH AMERICAN SERVICES CENTER has really disappointed us
They have taken full fee and now there is no correspondence .They are not responding our emails phone and now they are not giving us any substantial proof of rejection or acceptance
It's been 1.5 yr we are waiting where as they have promised 4 to 6 months for the entire process.

We have also been very disappointed with our Immigration Process to Canada with them.
We had registered in 2014 and we were advised in 2016 that our IELTS scores were insufficient.
The Client is not kept abreast of the procedures, once payment is complete

North American Services Center (NASC) fraud

this company is one of the biggest fraud company dealing with immigration services in UAE. the owner - Raghed Murthada - (he calls himself Dr. Rod - to fool others and show himself that he is Canadian!) - is a Syrian and does not have a Canadian visa himself - actually he is not worth it! He will try to take all your money at the very beginning during the consultation and he offers a discount and air tickets and what not to get your whole payment. Once you have made the payment - that's the end of it! he would never even turn his face on you! I also knew a friend who was working there and got to know a lot about the company through him. this guy Raged Murtada has almost 10 criminal cases charged against him with Dubai police for harassing his employees and the office is such a mess inside! If you walk in to the processing room you will find important papers and documents lying all around without proper organization and no one knows where your documents will get lost! The staff are also not give proper training and illiterate about the process and procedures - the only training tool provided for their staff is GOOGLE ! - Going to NASC is only a waste of your time, stress and money! You need to think 10 times before you even step there! Beware!

North American Services Center (NASC) fraud

This is another classic fraud agency inspite of being listed in the CIC list. Guys, beware of Dr.Rod. He is a professional sales man and fraud. He will force you to pay quoting 'promotional offers' and make you sign contracts after which he will disappear and leave the case to his unprofessional bunch of admin staff. The owner, Dr. Katherine rarely meets any client, so cannot say anything about her.
Just that guys, please speak to 3-4 registered lawyers before doling out the money. My wife and I have been made to shell out 14000 aed for nothing.
I just need to know where do I get justice here, as they have cleverly incorporated clauses in their contract thus indemnifying them against refund claims.

I, my sister and my brother applied to the AIPP program to Canada back in 2019 and paid a significant amount of money for nothing. They pushed us to take the IELTS exam and after all documentations were submitted, nothing happened. Follow ups fell on deaf ears. Our access to the portal is now deactivated. This is a scam! Avoid at all cost!

I applied for Canada PR for which they charged me above 7000aed and they never supported with any arranged and I have been follow been following up since 3 years but there is no response. Only automated replies. I went to the office and the lady there asked me to leave. And I was thrown out.

do it online http://www.cic.gc.ca/ . Get your IELTS exam passed and Academic assessment then Register online thru that website and submit all documents needed. you will pay less than hire agency and 3times or more. goodluck!

People please understand that middlemen exist to extort money out of you and inflate bills for things you could do alone. Don't use any representative, do it yourself! you won't regret not hiring them trust me, they took about AED6000 from me only to give me stress, drag me to Dubai Courts (for the first time in my life!), and took my hard earned money just because I signed their ball and chain contract. They are incompetent... once you sign the retainer that's it, , , you are bound to pay them more and more for them to do nothing, either because you are in too deep and are already invested, or for the fact that you have merely signed the contract, even if in instalments they will ask for "their" money. my heart goes to people who spent more money than I did, I know how it feels :(

hello guys, i also applied just now to this agency. and i got paid 500 ead for the reservation and i sign a document in the reception. before they take me in an interview for the procedure they want me to pay the amount of 12, 000 but i refuse and pay only the reservation of 500 ead.

are they fake or real?

did you read the documents before you signed? that's the cheating there you sign the documents without reading it. you cannot cancel it or else pay them 6000aed to cancel it or 1800usd for processing/filing, storage etc. For starting, you need to do Academic assessment through WES you need to pay them 1900aed for the process. you can do it actually online WES.com you will pay only 800-900aed plus courier fees. and this is a big cheating see the defference in price.
