North American Hunting Club life membership not honored

Same as many other life time members. I no longer receive my magazine and have not heard from them about my concerns. I have been with them for 20 plus years and my magazines stopped a few years ago.

North American Hunting Club lack of service and benefit fulfillment in regards to my lifetime membership with n. a. h c.

I have been a lifetime member of n. a h. c. since 1997 and supported the clubs efforts to expand by signing new members, purchasing their video and book libraries, and purchasing a great silver coin slam collection as well. I have a collection of nearly every magazine they published and sent as a benefit of my membership and really had no complaints over the years that were not easily and swiftly handled by the home office at 12301 whitewater drive, minnetonka, mn. 55343. I received my last magazine from the club in november of 2013 and have not heard hide nor hare from them since. I repeatedly called to the service line for an explanation as to the interruption of my club benefits, and could never reach a live person, nor did anyone there respond to my messages. after repeated attempts, through november of 2015, I was notified that the member services number I was calling had been disconnected. I tried calling the new editors number from my last magazine in november 2013, and did not receive a callback about my inquiry. I am writing this complaint today because I came across the website filled with hundreds of complaints from fellow life members in similar circumstance who are not receiving their magazines or other correspondence from n. a h. c. I am told the club still exists and are still selling new life memberships, and still are disregarding those of us who made it a success from its origin! like they are somehow reselling our memberships to somebody else as if we have never existed.in this light I assure any and all, I have not disappeared, and have no intention in doing so! I wonder if it would be a good idea to contact the office of attorney general for the great state of mn., as well as the b. b. b. and the i. r. s. and see if we could get some answers to this remarkable consumer injustice! my name is mike livingstone, and my n. a. h. c. life member # is [protected] 7. I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com. I would be more than happy to be joined with the coalition of other life members in the quest of reinstatement of "our" clubs benefits, or at a minimum, the reimbursement of membership funds paid to n. a. h. c. to each of us they have chosen to forget! shoot straight and happy hunting! sincerely yours, wyoming mike

North American Hunting Club stopped sending magazines

I bought a life time membership. I haven't received a magazine for about three years. I sent them an email telling them that I hadn't received one for a long time. They told me to check with the postal service. I sent a reply and told them that I live in a rural area where I know my carrier personally and that chances were very slim that every magazine for three years would be lost in the mail. I haven't received a reply yet. This is not the first time that they've stopped sending it. Personally I think they're most likely in financial trouble.

North American Hunting Club - Life membership magazine subscription, benefits, dropped without cause. My money was stolen.

Has anyone started a class action suit to address this companies inexplicable refusal to honor their legal commitments regarding membership benefits? I am collecting names, membership numbers, and grievances for the purpose of initiating same and do not wish to duplicate efforts. I too have been the victim of this clubs illegal actions. I paid my lifetime membership well over 20 years ago. I recieved my publications monthly for several years soon the magazine went to quarterly. Soon there after I recieved no magazines at all w/o any explanation. There should be a class action suit against nahc so that they quit ripping people off!!! Bill miller should be ashamed!

North American Hunting Club life membership benefits

I joined back in 1985, became a life member in 1993. Recently moved from nm. Back to mn, called and did address change and phone info. Being a nm. Reg. Hunting guide I receive numerous publications. I then relized I was not getting any magazines or the usual solictaions? Called the then working phone number, updated my info. Received two copies of the magazine 2013. Over the years I did field tested a few products and purchased alot of their junk items for the thought of it going to a good cause. Now i"am finding out this happening alot. What a shame to the hunting industry. Truly ronnie neuleib barnesville mn. Life member? Nahc?

Member since 2011. Tried to contact the company about my membership package, not able to get any information about the membership. When calling the number on the back of the card, i'm told that it's no longer north american hunting club. Paid 350.00 for the membership. I was told that the company name scout, has taking over and they have nothing to do with north american hunting club. Please contact me at my e-mail address. [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you

North American Hunting Club service and promise

I am a life time member. When I joined I also signed up as a field tester and was to receive free gifts as a life time member. The yearly magazine has stopped, never received test product and to get any free gifts. The small print turned very quickly to if you purchased this. Any time you called it was a run around the town with some very rude people. As a life member I am very disappointed and ashamed. In how this company has turned out. My money could have supported some other hunting club. Life member c. A. Campbell of va.

North American Hunting Club life membership

I am a paid life member since 2003.In the beginning I was getting a magazine and a few test ideas. Then all I once I stop hearing from the club all together. It seems like this club that we pay good hard earn money to become a member of is a rip off. I can not even seem to get the site to pull over on line anymore. I fill they should either send my money back or start sending more gear to test like promised. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com cell is [protected]. I'd like to hear back from someone soon. I know it will not look good for the world to see hoe the club does their life members that paid big money to become a member

North American Hunting Club not receiving the magazine as promised in my life membership.

I have not received a magazine from north american hunting club since the winter 2014 issue. I used to get them monthly then they became quarterly with this issue being the last. I am a life member and receiving the magazine was one of the reasons why I joined. I want my magazines and I would like a response to this complaint.

I wonder if these folks haven't gotten our money and run with it. Also, have not been able to get on their website as above.

North American Hunting Club Where is it? What happened?

I've been a Life Member since January 2001. About 10 magazines a year came dependably until roughly a year or so ago. The magazines were always very good. They had a pretty good website that appeared several years ago also. The last magazine I remember receiving was an oversized glossy magazine with a different cover title, "Scout" I believe. I think it stated they were going to a new format with a larger, glossier magazine appearing a couple times a year as a special edition to showcase nature photos. I forgot all about all this. Last night at work with hunting season here, it dawned on me that I have not received a magazine in a long time. Now, I cannot find anything on the internet about the club. No website or even a news article about them or their possible demise. I too had signed up for free trial hunting products numerous times. I received about three over the years, none of them worth more than about $6, and mostly useless. Does anybody know what happened to the club? I enjoyed this club, their magazine and website. I cannot find anything about them or even they ever existed except for the complaints I read here, like mine. Thanks folks.

North American Hunting Club magazine stopped coming

I am a life member since 7/2007. Have not seen a Magazine in a year. Received one test product in eight years. 36" piece off rope. I must say I enjoyed the NAHC mag, every quarter, but now they stopped coming. Is it just me or is the meaning of life member only last a few years. No in this case it means, "You Have Been Ripped Off". Member Life #[protected] is a Veteran of the U.S.Army 3 tours of Viet Nam. Now can you guess who I'm hunting now? All you that steal from the good people will weep and beg for an absolution and the tears of your families will fall on your dead ###.

I have been a Life Member since 2008 and the last magazine I have received was back in winter of 2014. I have not received any test products to test at all.I don't know about my fellow members, but to me this is a case of fraud and broken promises. When I first joined and I received my Life Member packet I was proud to be a part of this club. Now I'm just pissed and feel ripped off. We should all get our money back and this so called club should be shut down and be taken out of business or they should make it right with all of whom they ripped off. This is not how a club should be. A club should have members that are proud to wear a patch with it's name on it and should be making all of there members happy. But this club is just like our government, full of [censored] and greed.

North American Hunting Club billed for calendar and never received calendar! same thing happened last year with another one of their products!

We got billed for a calendar that we never even receieved! Same thing happened last year for a product that we never received from them, but at least last year we were able to call them and get it taken off my husband's account. Now you can't even contact them by phone! Only email! What ridiculous costomer service this company has. And another thing, we hardly even receive anything from them, maybe some magazines if they even all get here throughout the year and that is it, and my husband paid for a lifetime membership back in 2009! I would not recommend this membership to anyone. Wish I could cancel and get our money back!

North American Hunting Club scam

Awhile back, I subscribed to north american hunting club for the monthly magazine and the promise of being selected to tryout gear as long as I was willing to write an evaluation of the gear. I did receive the magazine but never received any gear for evaluations. Later (About a year after my subscription) I received a notice stating that I was selected for a life membership. No where on the main mailing did it say anything involving a cost so I assumed that I had actually won something and sent in the required info then about 2 months later I was billed for around $360. I thought that this must be some sort of mistake and that it would get worked out, so I ignored it. Later still I received another bill, at which point I tried to call and could not connect with a person. I sent the bill back stating that I would not pay and that I was feeling scammed. No reply. I am now in collections over this scam. I am currently in the army and have been for almost 30 years and should have know better. Now I am up for my periodic security clearance review and the fact that I am in collections is slowing the process. I have up until now refused to pay this on principle, now it looks as though I will have no choice. This company is a bane to society and preys on good people that have faith in american companies. Word of advice: avoid this company like the plague.

We do not have a computer as we had always communicated with NAHC by phone. We've been given 2 phone numbers for CUSTOMER SERVICE. Calling these numbers has been unproductive. One is disconnected and the other just takes us to the website. We wrote a letter dated September 30, 2014 stating this situation. We requested that they send the final 3 fishing knives in the collection so we would have a complete collection. We never received any response. We continued to attempt to call. Finally on 12/14/2014 we MAILED a check for to North American Hunting Club for some knives ( check #3846) $135.96 for the Trailing Point Fixed Blade Hunter and the Custom Lock-Back Knife Pkg. We received invoices for these same items. The invoices were dated 1/02/2015. If we could have phone conversation all of this can be resolved. Member # [protected]/customer # [protected]

North American Hunting Club getting invoiced for books and dvd's not ordered

Nahc keeps sending invoices for dvd's and books that I neither ordered nor received. The provided 800 number has no "press 0 to speak to a person" feature, one keeps getting stuck in an automated loop of what to press next to "pay" or "renew membership". I do not want to be a member and I will not pay for items that I did not order! This is a big scam trying to frighten people into paying for something they did not receive or ask for, as one of the "overdue notices" even threatens to turn the amount over to a collection agency! Beware hunters!

C&D CMRRR not to contact you about this debt. Any attempt to do so shall constitute harassment and you shall seek legal redress. If they make contact sue them. Each violation you can prove is worth $1000 to you. You can sue pro se (get help at debtoboards.com) or you can use a lawyer. Most will take a case like this for free if they think you have a good case (depends on you being meticulous in collecting evidence) because the offending collector will pay your lawyer.

Next upon failure to produce VOD send them a C&D and tell them you do not want to be contacted again over these fictitious debts. That you shall consider any attempt to do so as a violation of your instructions and shall constitute harassment and you shall seek full legal redress. Then it will be time to make your move. Send them a VOD - it has to be the original document that you signed with your signature on it-not some letterhead with an imaginary amount.
Obviously if you didn't sign anything then they don't have anything with your signature on it. The law state you should get this within a reasonable time say 30days.

his one is EZ to take care of if they have sent you a letter that has their info. First do not approach a CA if you cannot speak their language. That means you have to know your rights under federal laws FDCPA and FCRA. They will understand you know your rights and will handle you differently.

North American Hunting Club collection threats

Am recieving threats from nahc to employ collection agencies for a membership I didn, t even recieve an offer to as well as their claim that I had been sent and that I recieved numerous gifts and assorted trinkets or toys etc. I have written them on two separate occasions explaining politely their error to no avail. There is a fishing club that I had initially recieved the same correspondance from but after my first letter sent to them, (Same letter sent to the n. A. H.
