Non Profit WIA Organization / Broken Labor Law and Union Contract
Workforce Investment Act Non Profit Organization that is run by management and board of directors that does not adhere to Labor Laws, Union Contract, and Personnel Policies. Non Profit organizations have to show ethical management of the tax payer's money. There is no room for the management to use favoritism and nepotism when hiring, and promoting staff. There has to be the highest ethical and legal standards in the management of non profit organization funds. This non profit does not meet the bill. They are secretive, because they are hiding their unlawful behavior. It is illegal to retaliate against an employee for bringing work conditions to the attention of management. This law was broken to the highest degree. They retaliated against a 11 year employee up to termination and beyond. They break their own Personnel Policies, while using that same policy to terminate an employee. They confirm a rule, then allow it to be broken over and over again. This is just not acceptable!
