Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Horrible service

I ordered Sungale 7 inch Google Android Cyberus 3.5 Wifi + 3G Tablet & eReader at nomorerack™ because it was too good to be true deal. Silly me! The money was taken immediately from my card. I was waiting for shipping confirmation for a while and decided to check credibility of this company. OMG! Horrible as one can only imagine. I send e-mail asking to cancel order but received quick respond that package has been shipped and is on its way. It was 24 digits tracking number with a broken link for tracing status of the shipment. I called [protected] several times. As a result they deactivate link 'View' leading to track of the shipment and now I cannot even see this weird tracking ID. Many attempts to find where the package brought me nowhere. Customer service Reps could not find location and repeated the same like robots "we have many warehouses and have no idea where your package is at the moment, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery". What for they sent shipping confirmation? I guess this pure scam.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com The usps tracking number has never worked and is an incorrect numbe

Item was ordered on September 2nd. On the 5th I received an email that it had shipped with the tracking number. The USPS tracking number has never worked and is an incorrect number. I emailed this company with NO RESPONSE, then did a live chat TWICE with their website. Both times I was told the exact same line of crap, that it would be "escalated" and someone would get back to me in a few days- of course nobody ever got back to me. Very frustrated. I have filed a claim with my CC company to get my money back for non delivery. BUYER BEWARE of this scam!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Buying from them is like gambling

This site seems to be as close to a scam as you can get and apparently stay in business. I have purchased from this twice and my first experience was okay, not stellar, but I did get my item.

My second experience gives a better indication of what this site is about. It is apparently a deal aggregator, meaning they do not actually fulfill any of their orders. That of itself, if not unusual. If the deal is fulfilled by a reputable place and you receive your item, you have a positive experience and really have no clue as to the real customer service offered by the site

You learn about how reputable a business is when you have a problem. A reputable deal aggregator makes the problem right. They work with their vendor and make sure you either receive what you ordered or receive a refund. From a site that promises: "Customer Service is a top priority at nomorerack and it's our goal to make your shopping experience the best possible", you have the expectation they will help you fix a problem.

My personal experience and that of many others for a deal gone wrong this past week shows that NoMoreRack will not help you at all if there is a problem with your order. The deal was for Diamond Candles (who seem to be a reputable company) which makes this situation all the more interesting to dig into. You could purchase Diamond candles in sets of 2 for $29 (including shipping), which is about half price from purchasing on their website direct. The deal was for only limited scents - most are being discontinued or seasonal. Again, nothing wrong with that - it all makes sense so far. The deal even shipped quickly - within 10 days with tracking number provided. So far so good.

Then the order arrives. In my case I ordered and paid for 4 candles total in two different scents (you had to order each pair in the same scent). I have my screen capture of my actual order confirmation and the confirmation email - both showing I ordered 2 candles in scent A and 2 candles in scent B. The box contains only 2 candles total - 1 in scent A and 1 in a scent I did not order (and it was not one I wanted - or most anyone since the other scents sold out and this one was the "stinker" that was still left). Also, the candle I received in scent A was defective and I eventually found out the glass was cracked as well. Even more interesting, the packing list has my order number on it and matches the contents of the box. So somehow their system changed my order from 4 to 2 and from one type of candle to another. And they didn't ask me - they just did it. I did some research and found a growing number of complaints on the Diamond Candles Facebook page showing my order experience was not an anomaly.

I immediately emailed NoMoreRack. After several emails back and forth I have learned they have no intention of (1) refunding my money, (2) sending me the 2 candles I paid for by they didn't ship or (3) even acknowledging there is a problem. Every email (even though it was on the same thread) gives me a different weird response - none are consistent and none completely address my prior response. It seems like there is some type of "bot" answering the email that gives you a canned response based on words it picks up in your email. But none of those canned responses accept responsibility for the problem or make any promises to fix it. Though they do all end with how important it is to them to provide good customer service.

At this point, I figure I'm out the money until I can get it back from my credit card company, so I'm messing with the "bot" to see how different words I use produce different canned responses. There clearly is no one on the other end paying attention to the actual problem. The last email they sent me suggested I go to their site and check my order because perhaps I was confused on what order I placed. I decided to see what the "bot" does with attachments so I sent them a scan of my packing slip and my original order screen capture and asked them to compare them and explain to me how my order changed so much. Can't wait to see what the "bot" will give as an answer to that. Of course, it will end with the reassuring sentence that providing excellent customer service is their priority. I guess the "bot" doesn't know what that sentence means either.

So BUYER BEWARE. Buying from them is like gambling. Sometimes you get what you ordered. But if you don't, don't expect them to fix the problem.

after nearly three months of returning a broken tablet, and a promise of a refund! I looked up nomorack headquarters telephone no. actually got a live person, was informed that my request for a refund hadnot been enter/processed, assured that my refund should post back into my account in 3-5 days. fingers crossed! their emails are a joke! the telephone no. is [protected]. Thank you so much for posting your experience. I cant believe what has happened to you and so many others. I cannot understand how this company is allowed to operate in this country. We are suppose to have consumer protection laws. The BBB needs to get involved. So sorry to hear this story. I was going to buy scented candles too. Take care.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com I strongly recommend against buying on this site

I strongly recommend against buying on this site. They sent me a $10 credit for new registration last night and said it would only expire in 48 hours. Only 14 hours passed and it was inactive. I contacted customer service and they told me it was a glitch and they were sorry for the inconvenience, but they wouldn't correct their error. That's false advertising and I refuse to buy from them. I'm not a stickler or anything, but I believe if a company issues you a credit and says it expires in 48 hours, it shouldn't expire in 14 hours and there is no way to get it back. I keep posting on their fan page to warn people and they keep erasing it. They are hiding something.

Thank you for posting this. I had no idea how bad they are. What about our consumer protection laws. Why is this company allowed to operate - catching up more consumers in their non customer centric business. Imagine Amazon would never do this. So mad they can get away with this. I swear it sounds like they make most of the products in their garage! Keep posting on their web site! Take care.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Defrctive products and returns

This site has a return policy of seven days for defective products and 30 days for unwanted returns. I ordered 2 purses and both had defective zippers after 2 weeks. One purse, which I purchased for the winter months, was not even used other than to test the zippers. They would not honor the return. Beware of spending your money on this site. Spend your money at more reliable and customer friendly sites such as Kohl's, Target, Amazon and even Overstock.

OK, but if the product is deemed to be defective and did not show signs until after the said seven days, how are we supposed to have the product repaired. We did not spend our money to have something for one and a half months to have the product repaired. This is not good and although you guys have a policy in place, there should be some type of plan in place for matters such as this. I am now disappointed in the services from nomorerack and we were intended on shopping from your company for Christmas. We even referred you guys to friends and family. Now we will have to warn them of the potential of receiving a product that is not fail safe. How many times does products show signs of failure withing seven days.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Their customer service is not helping, just empty promises

I ordered 2 tablets from this web, paid $272. The US post failed to deliver them and sent them back to vendor. I've tired everything to reverse it, ship it back but it was not possible. NoMoreRack promised to refund my $$. Since February 12, 2012 ( 2 months) I was writing back and forth asking for the refund. I got 3 promises from 3 different customer service representatives they will do within 3-7 business days, NEVER HAPPENED! I don't think ever will, THEY STOLEN MY MONEY! So be careful and think twice when ordering. I'll never, ever will go with this company anymore and i am warning you too! Jarka

The customer service number is obviously outsourced to Pakistan or somewhere similar. I have contacted the United States Post Office in Massena NY 13662 and will be filing a written complaint in the morning. Nomorerack.com's sole intention is to scam. They are short term and they know it and they are just trying to make as much money as possible before they are shut down by law enforcement.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Lost my money

I saw Nomorerack on TV so went in and joined. The first item I purchased was an Aquaswiss watch for my sons wedding, it cost me $189 US which worked out alot in New Zealand money. I supposedly saved over 80% saving on making the purchase, but it never turned up and I found I could purchase the same watch on Ebay for a similar price. Unlike Ebay who offer a refund, Nomorerack only offered me a refund, but very few items were available for shipping to New Zealand. Everytime I went to make a purchase the system would fail and I would lose the credit so many times I tried to use the credit but had to have my credit reinstated when it went wrong. Now after trying again several times have just been told Nomorerack no longer ship to New Zealand! But they have my money/credit. What a rip, there was no mention of this happening in fact the opposite that they were opening up to the world but they have done the opposite and stolen my money in the process.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Companies like "nomorerack" are a scam and use fine print to take money from you when you register

Wow. I am grateful to everyone that has taken the time to write in their comments in an effort to help others realize that companies like "nomorerack" are a scam and use fine print to take money from you when you register. I was taken by a similar company, "Quibids", in the very same registration process. Their business practices and the manner in which they operate their company sound very similar as well.

One thing I'd like to mention is the way that I found out about nomorerack.com was by watching a show called "The Doctors". I'm disappointed the show would promote a company like nomorerack.com.

Thanks again to all for the posted comments. If I'd have taken "The Doctors" advice I'd have had an uninsured "out of pocket" expense!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com I must get an email from them every 3 to 10 hours

I am thirteen and I saw the ads for a PS3 that went really cheap, and a laptop, and a TV, however when I signed up it had nothing like this, just clothes and cooking stuff. I was like "meh, all that stuff would be a rare item on here so I'll come back other times." There has still been nothing that I wanted from there ever, and today I saw you have to be 18 to sign up! It DID NOT say this when I signed up! And they keep spamming my email! I set up a spam filter for them but it hasn't done anything! Seriously I must get an email from them every 3 to 10 hours! I CANT DELETE MY ACCOUNT EITHER! Why not? Plz someone tell me how to delete my account, or just tell me how to stop their spam?!?!

Hey Samuel:

One shouldn't *have* to get a customer service rep to delete their account. If one is dealing with a reputable site, one should be able to do that on the website.

The link or button to delete one's account should be easily found. At nomorerack, I've been digging, and I still can't find where to delete my account. (And no, I'm not giving you my email in a public forum.)

If a site doesn't provide a "delete account" option, that's really all that's required for me to not want to have anything to do with the site.

I don't like sites that try to dissuade you from things like deleting your account. It offends me. And it should offend everyone.

So what's up with that Samuel? Why can't people delete their accounts directly from the website? I think that's a sneaky, [censored]bag way to run things. You and nomorerack are suspect.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com If you're thinking of purchasing an expensive item check it out on the Internet first

I will say that I have received some jewelery (necklace and earings) that I am happy with and that have come in a timely manner but I am deeply suspecous of this web site. I ordered a watch that did dual duty as a Bluetooth that did not work at all. I wasn't getting anywhere with the company so I contested it through Paypal. Within a day or two Paypal was able to get my money back. One of my first orders was a hair decoration that looked like a little hat with a vail. It was several months ago. It only cost me $2 for shipping and handling because it was a free deal. I was ordering it for one of my Residents where I work (Alzheimer and Dementia Unit). Never have received that. I recently e-mailed the company about it. I got a response but when I wanted to reply (because they didn't answer all of my questions, especially about their non-existant Insanity Deals that are sold out before they appear) their e-mailed reply dissapeared. I didn't delete it...even checked my deleted messages. I've questioned them about their prices in the past. They claim a product cost a certain amount retail and they are giving us this great deal but when I go on-line to look up the product I find that the reqular price is what they are selling it for or cheaper. I recently tried for a camera on their Insanity Deal. Had to go through the process of proving I am "human". I hate those things. I'm signed up on their site why do I have to prove anything! When I finally figured out one of their scrambled and distorted images there was still time remaining on the deal but I was told it was sold out. When I e-mailed about the hat decoration I questioned the validity of their Insanity deals, they didn't respond to that. I do think they are a scam. They offer the little things at a good price, maybe to get you hooked but I don't trust them on the more expensive items. If I hadn't payed by Paypal I would have never gotten my money back on that watch. And I was told once by them that if they do issue a credit for anything you have to use it within 48 hours or you loose it. That can't be right. Someone mentioned they wanted to "unlike" them. Is that possible? I once questioned them about not having an option for "don't like" on their web site and they never answered that inquirey. Still have the watch by the way, it's in the box. I told them if they wanted it back they needed to send me a pre-paid shipping label...they didn't. So, be careful with this site. Use paypal because if you have problems you can "contest" the purchase and the company seems to more willing to give you back your money than to put up a fight. If you're thinking of purchasing an expensive item check it out on the Internet first.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Expect at least one email a day, sometimes more

I should have read the reviews first, although I only lost a dollar. This site is a scam! I ordered one free item (99¢ shipping) and that is the last I heard about it. They did respond to my email but ignored the part about not receiving my order. Also, it is impossible to get off of their mailing list. Expect at least one email a day, sometimes more. I finally had to go into Google and report it as spam and block it. So, stay away from this site!

Wow, after reading all of the complaints I guess I can say I've been blessed. I've ordered 4 products, received 3 out of 4 so far, and wearing one of the necklaces today. I haven't had any problems or complaints so far. However, I'm picky about what I order, as I do with any company that doesn't have a long history...I've never spent over $25 on a single item and if it looks cheap online, I'm sure it will look cheap when it arrives. The stuff that I do have (necklace, wallet, and jacket) have all turned out to be great products and I will continue to order from them. But I suppose its no different than any other place...more established places like Ebay, Amazon, WalMart, Target all have complaints on this site as well so I suppose its all in your overall experience. NMR could be a great site if they focus more on their customer service and make sure ALL of their products are good quality based on the reviews. Perhaps I should go work for them! HA! But then I'd have to move to Canada :-( Good luck everyone and have a great holiday!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com The site crashed when time for the big sale and when it came back up

I spent hours on this site waiting for the cyber Monday door busters. The site crashed when time for the Big sale and when it came back up, all the door buster were sold. How is that possible if the site was down? Its really little more than clearing house site if you ask me. Close out items etc. I did buy a item but used pay pal, no way I would give them any credit card info.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com There are tons of complaints out there on this company

Do not order from this company. I watched the online video of Martha Stewart and a news station stating nomorerack.com was a great website. I wonder if they still feel the same way, don't know how old the video is or where it came from. I then set up an account on nomorerack.com. I then came to the screen where I had to purchase bids first. I made the stupid mistake of purchasing $99. As soon as I was done giving my debit card number and went to see what I could bid on and the site went down for maintenance. Then I went back on the website and all the great stuff was gone, it was just small dollar junk that I have no interest in purchasing. I then clicked the customer service and got an error message. It doesn't even work. Next I checked my checking account on line and saw that Deal Fun had charged my account $99. I thought who the heck is Deal Fun. I then contacted nomorerack.com via email and they stated the two companies are in no way related and that I should contact Deal Fun. Nomorerack Customer Service also stated "they may be one of our advertisers." Didn't care to provide any additional information though. I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my debit card and started a fraud complaint. I also started searching the web for complaints. There are tons of complaints out there but you need to google the right words. One site was stating that nomorerack's facebook page listed customers personal information and credit card information and the list goes on with all the complaints. I don't trust either company. Something is definitely wrong here and I hope enough people complain to the Better Business Bureau.

I placed an order with them on 11/22/13 for a tablet for my 8 year old. I just received it 12/16/13 and the screen is cracked. I have been uable to get in touch with anyone to help witht his situation...how do I explain to my 8 yr old that she doesn't have the tablet from santa? this is disgusting and I will be filing formal complaints with whomever possible as this is crazy. VERY DISHEARTENING to do to people who work hard for their little bits of money. I am very sad about this whole experience.

I ordered before the date shown on my account. Oh yeah I saved all documented conversations with live Chats. I saved photos of the account activity and even my UPS shipping label that was created. I have yet to receive my products I purchased. Spending $269 for 4 products. They are a cheat, a liar and a scam. I first called the company.
[protected] from 9AM - 6PM EST, 7 days a week. Someone answered I started asking them about my product they hung up. I called them back the same thing. I called again and said if you hang up I will call the New York State Attorney General's Office. Yes--Nomorerack.com Headquarters is located in New York, through lots of investigating, however they are in other areas outside of New York as well. The threat only kept them on the line long enough to lie to me some more. Not only am I out money, but I had to tell my 15 year old daughters the things I ordered for them did not arrive. I keep telling them that daily. Since when does an order take that long to ship? I don't care if it is coming from China to the United States it does not take that long to ship anything! this isnt no more rack they dont deal with bids or bidding they just sell thisngs that as mostly closeouts like closeouts.com but they offer 8 deals a day and most get sold out in mins or seconds, and they are ok company just watch cause they claim 99% off or whatever when u do a product search online u will find other companies with simualr prices and it may be less but it may be enough of a teaser for u to buy something u normalyy wouldnt even think of buying, therefore still shady. kinda like a pesty telemarking call or a non stop spam, they have good prices but tacky on how to make a sale.

As I was registering for their site I realized something was not right. My password was displayed, rather than dots for the letters. I'd never seen that before, but I thought I'd continue anyway. When I got to the form for my credit card info a little voice in my head screamed RIPOFF. At my age I've learned to listen to that little voice, so I Google'd the company name and saw all of these complaints against NoMoreRack.com.

Exactly, I was very hesitant about purchasing bids then I decided lets go for it, pressed the enter button for the purchase and this FUNDEAL pops up did the exact thing you did called bank and then wrote emails back to both companies . I'm surprised I even got my $69.00 back. I paid extra for my bank to send me out a new bank card with a different No. It was a laugh I emailed MARTHA STEWARD show and their response was thank you for contacting them the response was like they never even read it, because I wasn't to friendly. What about the BEEZID or QIDBIDS AUCTION SITE ARE THESE SCAMS TOO ?

I waited over 3 weeks to receive merchandise that was obviously broken prior to packing and shipping. I contacted them and was told I would have to pay to return the broken items and that if THEY deemed the return valid I would receive store credit only for the items and the return shipping. They seemed to assume I would WANT to purchase from them again. I posted a complaint at SCAMBOOK .com and a CS agent from Nomorerack responded that they would in fact credit me without my having to ship the item..looked good on paper as they say because it's been a month and no credit. I'm not holding my breath considering the hundreds of complaints I have read about tis company and it's sister site BIDRACK.

I purchased a Beats By Dre Beatbox from nomorerack.com and when received it was not in a box and didn't included a manual. Thought it looked a little strange, but oh well. I put it away until needed. Two months ago it was needed, but lasted two months before it stopped working. Reminded me of the $9.99 ones you get at Walmart.

After reading online complaints I feel completely taken by this company. Will never buy from them again.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Provided me a bogus tracking number for a bogus shipping site based in singapore

Well I am another that is not happy! I ordered just one item and have waited 3 weeks for it to come in. I inquired today and the chat csr was no help at all. Provided me a bogus tracking number for a bogus shipping site based in SINGAPORE! The csr told me they were based in New York. This is scam everyone. My husband and I got scammed from an over seas company posing as an American company for $4000. It is just a shame what these people get away with! They have a great concept and great site and who would have known it is not so legit? I guess that is what they are banking on right? Steer clear folks! I wonder if our credit cards are compromised now?

Terrible first experience. I knew shipping was 2-3 weeks, my order took a little over 3 weeks. Two sets of glass bowls arrived broken. Shipped in a box with no bubble wrap, etc. so OF COURSE they arrived broken. Have to return at my own expense, was promised "credits" for shipping but I am won't use them because I won't order again.

Here is dialogue that I am presently undergoing with this worthless company...This is my response to Nomorerack's response below this...

My request #1781130 has NOT been “solved”….It is still in limbo, no closer to resolution than last week, or when I ordered, or even April 19, 2013 when I received incorrect information that the item was en route to me.

You and the company you work for pass this off like it is nothing, but you state Customer service is your number one priority.
Well, I hate to inform you, perhaps it isn’t. Me having to wait ANOTHER WEEK to hear something back from you, while you hear from your vendor or supplier is ludicrous. You should have a contact that you do business with there, and they should be able to get back to you as to why a particular problem has occurred and what THEIR solution is, so you can get back to the customer (ME) from whom you’ve taken money from for this product. OR, you drop them from your list of products and companies you do business with. It is as simple as that.

But to go around and make believe that everything is OK in “Nomorerack land” and “we’ll get right on it” and “Customer Service is our main objective” is untrue and quite frankly insulting. I work for a company in a service industry, and if I ever tried to pass what you do off as quality customer service, I would be out of a job.

I was instrumental in convincing at least 8 to 10 people last night on Facebook that your company customer service is not all that you say it is, and they decided to NOT place orders with you at $39.00 per order; so you lost at least $390.00 in orders last night because of your so called “customer service.” I will continue to spread the word and you will continue to lose orders until a satisfactory resolution is made.

What I would like is an HONEST answer as to why this order is messed up, and what is being done to rectify it. As I was able to determine last night, there is someone else out there that ordered the exact same item (earlier than I did, a Mark Haugh) and he is having the same problem as well. I would rather have the product (if it is in fact, a quality product) than have my money back. But, I will not wait much longer. YOU get me an answer and tell me when it is in the mail on its way to me.

I was able to determine last night that there are many disgruntled customers out there that have issues with your company. One I read of last night ordered a product from you in October of last year, FOR CHRISTMAS, never got what she ordered, and when she asked for a refund, received it in FEBRUARY ? Really ? This is your customer service ?

I do not expect I will get a response to satisfy all the issues outlined here. I can tell by your pat “corporate responses” that you are more interested in giving “lip service” than customer service. I hope you realize that I am not a person you want to mess with as I have played the game with companies like yours that want to play games. Please do not give me the “corporate responses” that I have received thus far, and on Facebook.
They don’t work with me. I want results….please do not patronize me, I won’t accept it.

I sincerely hope that this issue is resolved quickly, and fairly to everyone’s benefit. And perhaps you can use this to train your people within your company how to better deal with a situation before it gets out of hand.

you went on quickbizz that is the 69.00 front fee company and yes you will spend money but this company is a deal a day company you do not bid and they have some of there own issues as well if its to good to be true then it is not true is that not the saying

If you actually take pride in customer services and products, they will have quality control on how you mass produce such horrific knock off and lie to the media as well the consumers, to have us bidding for products that is only worth .50 to an employee in China ; after I complain to the bank of no products two months later arrived, it doesn't work. We as western society should watch out for stuffs that are not good deals .their economy is wealthier thanks to our business looking for cheap laborer.

you know the sad thing about this no more rack.com I were trying to be convinced by the television media and the professional that is saying it is good, I were astound with the charged of 69.00 front fee and couldn't even get into the sites I bid but the pennies are gone instantly, . I should have gone with the American company called bidder.com and cactus, I have learned this is an overseas company and I still have not received what I have paid for ; It doesn't take that long to take our money from china Why Are they allowing to practice under false pretenses to take advantage of the distress economy and consumers

Corporations all over the world need advertising, well someone came up with this website and they put as they call insanity deals, they are called this because you have to be insane to believe it. So with these prices lures people in, this is why they have 194, 000 facebook likes. Now they have all these likes because they do have SOME product in stock thats why most people get things in the mail. They don't go out of business due to high amount of customers and corporations pay a smaller fee for advertising because they want you to buy there products thats why we have a garmin gps, or a sony playstation. They paid a fraction of the advertising cost because they knew you would believe it. This is technicaly called legal false advertising, they can legally put a product on there site with a ridiculous price and mark it out of stock, becuase they are not going to sell it to you at that price. There is also a law called fair competition for businesses. Once you own a company you are contracted to sell a product at a certain cost but you cannot market it lower than wholesale cost or you will be breaking the agreement with the manufacturer and you loose money and so will they because customers demand the lower pricing. however they do have some of these products in stock and thats why when people shop they get the products they want such as a spoon, a bowl, or a brush.

this is how people think and it works perfectly, they will see numbers drop but then they believe they will be the only ones getting the deal when in reality they are not. So for example there numbers will drop lets say 20k for the other 174k people that number will go up becuase previous customers will go back thinking they will get a deal or someone that has been watching the site will sign up believing theier percentage of getting a deal will increase.

This is why companies exist because people don't understand how the system works.

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Rust was falling off the metal parts

Ordered a handbag and got it in 3 weeks as they have told, BUT RUST was falling off the metal parts! BEWARE!

Choxi / NoMoreRack.com Never received item

I ordered a purse(deal of the day) on Aug 1. The item was shipped via UPS to the United States from Canada. Then UPS transferred it to the local post office. I had a UPS and USPS tracking numbers. I knew the date my purse would arrive, when it wasn't delivered, I called the Post Office. The Post Office said they didn't even have it out for delivery, as it was immediately returned to sender. Also the post office it was delivered to wasn't even for my zip code. My address, state, zip were all correct in the nomorerack computer and on the tracking. I called nomorerack.com Aug 10th and they said they would reship it once they got the package back. I still didn't receive my package so I called nomorerack.com, once again, Sep 1 and the item is no longer in stock. WHERE DID MY PACKAGE GO?! How is MY item out of stock when its boxed up with my name on it?! They are supposed to be refunding my credit card. Lets see if that happens.

Alot of my purchases from Blair are passed off my UPS to my local post office, drives me nuts, to have a tracking number and expect it one day, It normally takes a couple extra days for me to get it once its dropped off at the post office, , , strange I know..just placed my first order from this company and hope that I haven;t gotten screwed out of my money as well, , 22.00 is 22.00!
