Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

I agree I am waiting on a refund and so is my daughter. They say wait three to five days. They already have received the merchandise but no refund yet. They are not true to their word.

I called yesterday to inquire about my refund, was told that it was "processing" LMAO! I know what that word to NMR means. It means squat. I finally told her if the money wasn't back in my account by this morning I was calling the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer. My $23 is now back in my account. Never again will I order anything from there. Never.

I had the same thing happen to me! I ordered boots for $23 They never shipped although the company tried to tell me they had and must have gotten lost. Uhm, sure. I've complained numerous times, was given a $5 credit and promised that my money would be reimbursed but I'm still waiting. No money.

I did receive the boots - the quality it terrible - they are like slippers - everyone that didnt get them- your are not missing anything - i have requested a refund so i can use my money to buy real boots

I received a email stating that the Boots I order had been shipped, but yet to receive them...But if I where to receive them I wouldn't dare put them on my foot or a child feet...These are HEARTLESS CRIMINALS behind this SCAM, no telling where they getting these item from, may have puts something in/on the shoes with the intent too ROTTEN my/our FOOT off and I'm sorry but $24 plus dollar isn't worth that...But I shop online pretty often NEVER once did it cross my mind I was about to become a victim of a SCAM...PLEASE stay away from Nomorerack.com Website...

Horrible, awful, terrible, those are just 3 of the words to describe this rip-off company. I sincerely think they need to be investigated by the Attorney General. The same thing has happened to both me and my sister. Orders placed, partially shipped, some items never received, the standard response of we will refund your money after 21 days, blah, blah, blah. One item I placed took over a MONTH to receive. I finally blasted them an email and surprise, surprise, my items arrived. I have had it with this company, they should not be in business. I warn everyone, do not shop here or you will go thru the frustrations others have, just read the complaints. They are all the same.

You should contact the Better Business Bureau. They are the ones that got the ball rolling for me. You can file a complaint online, and they will contact nomorerack on your behalf. The BBB contacted me the very next day. The BBB is very familiar with nomorerack, so that should help. I pray you can get this resolved and have a Merry Christmas. If it is a little later than Christmas, the children will understand, I too came from a family with five kids. My dad worked as a carpenter, and during this time of year didn't have a lot of money. Mom and dad always made it great for us, even if we didn't get everything we wanted, we had all we needed. God bless you and your family.

If you paid with paypal file a complaint with them, if not file with the credit card you used. I have already filed and escalated mine through paypal. They have no intentions of sending me those boots. They closed my account because I continued to complain.

Elaine I am currently dealing with the same problem i ordered 3 tablets for my children in 11/28/12 can you tell me how long it took to get your refund? I have emailed them and they gave me a real standard 2-3 weeks per FAQs answer. If I don't get the refund I wont be able to get them something else.
