Every time the system just keeps taking me back to beginning and does not cancel my subscription. I want my subscription cancelled immediately. I'd call your company if you had a number, but no joy there. Fix the problem. Joe.

Hello, for about the last four days at the site nolongerlonely.com my messages have bounced. My messages might not have been received to addressed recipients, and I am receiving no return correspondences. I have written an email pertaining to this problem to their contact email, which too has bounced.

Can you provide me with explanation?

The webmaster Jim is a crook. He just changed the whole site, deleted everyone’s personal information & [censored]ed over everyone who had a lifetime membership to the site without letting anyone know by asking them to pay again. He is a very shady individual who has no conscience & is now in hiding! I paid for a lifetime membership 10 years ago & now it’s been nullified.

Webmaster inexplicably plays favorites with certain members, allowing them to bully others and create multiple accounts to troll. Numerous complaints fall on deaf ears. This has been going on for years. I had a legitimate reason for creating a new profile awhile back, as I was locked out of my other one. I was VERY FORTHCOMING about this, but the webmaster never approved me. And yet he allows several of the same favored members on here to create numerous fake accounts with the intention of terrorizing others.

Also seems to be a bit of scamming as well. The site is advertised as ‘free', with extra features offered if you purchase premium membership. You soon come to realize this site isn't ‘free' at all - because after your ‘trial period' is up you can no longer even send messages. And if you do pay for premium, the only ‘extra' features of any real benefit are basic messaging (oh and you can upload a few extra photos and change your username. WOW) - at 40 dollars mind you, which is A LOT of money for most mentally ill people (many are on SSI). Obviously, there's people with MI who can afford to pay, but many of us cannot - especially because the features are just not there to justify the cost. The webmaster knows that and still takes advantage. This is highly suspect, as he claims to have MI himself, but doesn't act very empathetic. He gets your foot in the door and then pulls the rug out from under you. It really sucks if you made a connection with somebody and then can't speak to them again.

Also allows several open pedophiles on the site - one even became a moderator. I heard a rumor that someone posted links to child pornography in the chatroom here. I can't confirm if this was true, but let's just say I wouldn't be surprised.

Many profiles are absolute filth - one even outright asking to consume the feces of prospective dates. This might be one of the tamer ones. There's a very ‘anything goes' attitude on the part of this webmaster... (it's funny that he maintains even the pretense of 'screening' on here for anything) X-rated/racist/triggering profiles are routinely approved, (and obvious camgirl scammers) - but mine isn't. It's unfair as it is disgusting.

This site should really be reported/taken down for good. Very unethical practices bordering on scamming the mentally ill. Being on here will make your mental problems worse. Many people say so. It takes A LOT for me to speak publicly about a business or person, because I don't want to ruin anyone's reputation, but I have to speak out on this to warn others. I just had to. Shame on this site.

Decided to try this site and was shocked when I found out how nasty and rude people are! There is an online chat on NoLongerLonely where you can talk with people, but the place is a mess! People there make fun of new members, they are very rude and impolite. When I used the chat I was bullied by an unknown man who told he'll find me and kill me! And no one stopped him! They all were like "yes, do it, she deserves it". There are bullies and trolls on the site that hate new members. Asked the moderator for help and could not understand a thing he said, because his English was very poor. Avoid this place at all costs!

Don’t waste your time on the website www.nolongerlonely.com. I registered and used this website really frequently. After 3 weeks I tried to log in into my account, but it was blocked. I sent emails to the moderators and asked to help me and restore the account. But these jerks replied in rude and disrespectful manner. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.

I just want to warn that the website www.nolongerlonely.com is the worst place to register. I paid them money for the membership, but after 4 weeks the moderators started to send me emails with threats and other scam. They were rude and used a lot of unpleasant words. I was shocked, and therefore I cancelled my membership, but these jerks still haven’t returned my money back. Please, if someone here had the same experience, can you help to return money back?
