Nolo.com Mixed Feelings About Nolo's Services

As someone who has explored Nolo's offerings, I must say that my experience has been a mix of positives and negatives. On one hand, their range of legal products, including forms, books, and software, is extensive and user-friendly. However, the customer service aspect seems to be lacking, as evident from various reviews mentioning difficulties in getting timely assistance and encountering issues with support channels. While Nolo's resources are valuable for legal needs, improvements in customer service could enhance the overall user experience.

Nolo.com I am a Nolo Addict

Great references and legal documents for the layman and the paraprofessional. Good estate planning documents, for good or for people who can't afford an attorney right now. Better to have something in place than nothing. (But still go to a lawyer eventually. Even so, reading these books will help you understand what an attorney is doing for you!)

Nolo.com Nolo probably makes a bundle on selling legal documents

Nolo probably makes a bundle on selling legal documents that cost them basically nothing. But for the rest of us, Nolo can save you a huge amount of money over paying for an expensive attorney. I'm not saying you shouldn't use an attorney. You should when you need it. But if you're doing basically estate planning stuff, like getting the documents for a basic will, or doing probate stuff. I'd read the Nolo books first before paying for an expensive estate planning attorney.

Nolo.com Beware of Nolo: A Review of Their Lawyer Matching Service

This website, Nolo, is a bit of a mystery to me. You don't have to answer any personal questions, just tap a button and they'll match you up with a lawyer. It seems too good to be true, and I suspect that the lawyers they're pushing are paying for the service. When I had a problem with the lawyer they sent me to, who turned out to be corrupt and lied to me (I even have an email to prove it), I went back to Nolo for help. But they just sent me back to the same lawyer! It seems like all they're doing is funneling cases to lawyers who pay them. Shame on Nolo!

If you want a good lawyer for anything, my advice is to go with a big multi-lawyer firm. These small-time single lawyers on Nolo are there for a reason - to prey on desperate people. They don't have the money to go to court, and I even got it in writing from my lawyer that I found through Nolo. So proceed at your own risk and don't blame anyone but yourself if things go wrong. It's always better to go the harder, longer route and find a multi-lawyer firm with enough money to actually do some good for you.

I've used Nolo a number of times, and every time they've pushed me off onto a single lawyer firm. It's just not worth the risk. So if you're looking for a lawyer, don't be fooled by Nolo's promises of easy matches. Do your research and find a reputable firm that can actually help you.

Nolo.com Inaccurate Legal Advice on Disability Accommodations: A Review of Nolo.com's Article "Put Your Employer on Notice of Your Disability with a

I just read an article on Nolo.com called "Put your employer on notice of your disability with a reasonable accommodation letter" by Judge Guerin. I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the information provided. While the article does touch on the importance of requesting accommodations for a disability, it completely misses the mark on how to do so properly.

First of all, the article suggests that an employee should state what their disability is when requesting accommodations. This is completely incorrect! According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and HIPAA laws, an employee should only state that they have a disability and require certain accommodations. They should never disclose what their specific disability is. This protects the employee's privacy and ensures that they are not discriminated against based on their disability.

Furthermore, the article fails to mention that an employer may request proof of the disability from a doctor. However, the doctor only needs to state that the employee has a disability and requires the accommodations requested. They do not need to disclose any specific information about the disability.

It's concerning that a website like Nolo, which is supposed to provide legal information and advice, would publish such inaccurate information. It's important for people to have access to reliable information when it comes to their legal rights, especially when it comes to something as important as disability accommodations in the workplace.

I did a little research and found that Harvard and Cornell have both published letters on disability rights that provide much more accurate and comprehensive information than what was provided in this article. It's disappointing that the author of this article, Judge Guerin, did not do their due diligence in researching and providing accurate information.

Overall, I would not recommend relying on Nolo for quick legal advice. It's clear that the information provided in this article is not reliable and could potentially cause harm to someone seeking accommodations for their disability.

Nolo.com Nolo Press Goes Digital: A Review of the Switch to Online Formats for Legal Books

I recently visited Nolo Press to purchase a book on a legal topic that I was interested in. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer publish physical books, and have instead switched to digital formats. While this may be more profitable for them, it's a shame for those of us who prefer the feel of a real book in our hands.

Now, instead of purchasing a physical copy, you have the option of buying a CD or accessing the book online. Some people even choose to share the book on the dark web or with groups like Anonymous or Pirate Bay. While this may be a cheaper option, it's important to consider the quality of the content you're receiving.

For seniors who prefer physical books, this change may be especially frustrating. Staring at screens for extended periods of time can cause eye strain and discomfort. However, for law students, there may be a way to make the most of this new format. By pooling resources and purchasing one copy of a book to share among a group, students can save money and still have access to the information they need.

Of course, the quality of the content is also important. From reading reviews of Nolo, it seems that they have a bad reputation in the legal community. It's up to each individual to decide whether or not they trust the information provided by this company. As the saying goes, "Lawyers and sharks--one breathes water, one breathes air, only difference." It's important to do your research and make informed decisions when it comes to legal matters.

Nolo.com Navigating Legal Issues with Confidence: A Review of Nolo Press

and time by using Nolo Press. The website is easy to navigate and has a plethora of resources available. The information is presented in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for anyone to understand. I appreciate that they offer a variety of legal forms and templates that can be downloaded and customized to fit your specific needs.

One thing to keep in mind is that Nolo Press is not a substitute for a real lawyer. If you are dealing with a complex legal issue or going to court, it is always best to consult with a licensed attorney. However, Nolo Press can help you understand the basics of the law and give you the tools you need to navigate legal situations with confidence.

I have recommended Nolo Press to several friends and family members who were dealing with legal issues, and they have all had positive experiences. The website is a great resource for anyone who wants to educate themselves about the law and take control of their legal situation.

In conclusion, I highly recommend Nolo Press to anyone who needs legal guidance. The website is easy to use, the information is presented in a clear and concise manner, and the resources available are invaluable. While it is not a substitute for a real lawyer, it can help you understand the basics of the law and give you the tools you need to navigate legal situations with confidence.

Nolo.com NOLO Review: Limited Reporting System and Low Conversion Rate

I gotta say, NOLO ain't all that great. Sure, they might give you some leads, but let's be real here - the numbers don't lie. Their reporting system is pretty limited, and you can only pull a report from the current month to 11 months before. Like, what kind of nonsense is that? They say you can pull a report from "Last Year," but you can't even get a report from January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021. That's just ridiculous.

So, here's the deal. From September 5, 2021, to September 5, we got 227 leads from NOLO. And you know how many people we signed? Only 10. That's less than a 5% conversion rate, folks. And get this - we spent a whopping $19,360.00 to buy those leads. And that's not even taking into account all the overhead costs to contact those leads and submit requests for credit (which, by the way, most of them get rejected). I'm talking about 22.7 hours of work at a cost of about $5,000.00. So, all in all, we spent a total of $19,860.00 to get and manage those leads.

Now, you might be thinking, "Well, at least you made some money off those 10 conversions, right?" Wrong. After subtracting all those costs, we only made $640.00 from those leads for the entire year. That's just sad, man. And you know why our conversion rate was so low? Because those leads weren't even in our geographical area, they weren't in our area of practice, and they weren't even looking for a lawyer. They were just filling out some form on the internet to get some questions answered.

Look, I'm not saying NOLO is a complete scam or anything. But you gotta do the math for your own firm and see if it's worth it. We gave them some time to get ramped up after the COVID shutdown, but the return on investment just wasn't there. And to make matters worse, they don't even care about their customers. When you first sign up, they'll give you some song and dance about how committed they are to your business. But try getting someone on the phone once you're actually signed up with them. Good luck with that, my friend.

Nolo.com Nolo Fails to Deliver on Dental Malpractice and Negligence - My Story

I just gotta say, Nolo ain't no help when it comes to lawyers. Let me tell you my story. So, I went to this substitute dentist and he was just plain rude. He didn't even introduce himself! And to top it off, he didn't use any topical before extracting five of my teeth. Can you believe that? And then, he didn't even give me any post-op instructions! My mouth was just bleeding and there was no cause for clotting. He just put my partials on my gums and my teeth were still bleeding. And get this, I'm a diabetic and he didn't even give me any antibiotics or pain medicine! I had to keep them in until the next day and when he took them out, my mouth was just bloody. The technician had to clean it all up. And then, my partials weren't even put back in because my gums were all red, swollen, and sore. I went back the next week and my mouth was still all messed up. And then, I started getting a sore throat and couldn't even cough or swallow. I had to go to the emergency room and the doctor told me I had peripheral blood clots. They treated me for pneumonia and then told me I had COPD. I was in the hospital for two days! And get this, I've been on estrogen, I'm a smoker, and I've been taking aspirin for years with no problems. But because of the changes in my blood coagulation mechanism and the bacteria that went into the unclogged holes where my teeth used to be, I got an infection. And you know what? Nolo won't even take my case! They advertise dental malpractice and negligence, but won't even help me out. My PCP even told me I almost died! Thanks for nothing, Nolo.

Nolo.com Mixed Experience with Nolo Law's Online Creation Software for Quitclaim and Trust Documents

When my old man got sick, we decided to get his affairs in order. So, I went online and found Nolo Law's website. We decided to use their online creation software for quitclaim and trust documents. We bought the quitclaim kit and the trust kit.

I was able to produce two excellent quitclaim deeds to remove my dad's name from the two properties he owned with his wife. It was a breeze, and we were able to process everything into her name. We used the public record property tax record to get the legal description of the properties.

One thing to note is that if you have a mobile home, you'll need two property descriptors. One for the land, if you own it, and one for the trailer itself. If it's a double-wide, you'll need an additional descriptor for both halves of the home (L & R sides).

Unfortunately, my dad passed away before we could complete the process. The trust document software is a bit of a pain to edit. It's been over a year, and we're still unable to remove my dad's name from the non-finalized document. We emailed Nolo, and they claimed to have unlocked it, but to date, we've been unable to edit.

We only found out this past month, when we took the quitclaim deeds to the courthouse, that we'd have to edit the descriptors of the two properties. We needed to add two separate descriptors for the trailer. We did this, and it was easy.

If I could go back, I probably wouldn't use Nolo Law again. It's such a headache to edit simple mistakes, add info, and finalize the doc. There's no real customer service for this site, regardless of what they say, and certainly no tech support.

Nolo.com Why I Don't Recommend Using Nolo for Lead Generation: A Review

I have had some experience with Nolo in the past, specifically for advertising my bankruptcy services. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one and I ended up losing money twice.

The way Nolo works is by sharing leads with other attorneys, which means that it's a first-come, first-serve system. This often means that by the time you get a lead, another attorney has already called and set up an appointment. The salesperson who signed me up made a lot of promises about how Nolo had changed and how they had all these leads that they couldn't fill, but unfortunately, this turned out to be untrue.

There are several reasons why I would not recommend hiring Nolo:

1. Most of the leads are of poor quality. Many of them are spam, people who are just looking to pick your brain, or people who have no intention of hiring an attorney. Some of them even make appointments and then never show up.

2. You are one of several attorneys who receive the lead, which means that your chances of actually getting the client are lower.

3. When you receive spam leads, you have to be quick about getting credits, which is another task that takes time away from generating business.

4. There are no refunds, so if you're dissatisfied with the service, you're stuck with it.

5. It's a waste of valuable time. You end up spending a lot of time chasing down leads, many of which turn out to be bad. This time could be better spent generating leads that are not shared.

I decided to look up the leads we received with other attorneys to see if they had actually retained a bankruptcy attorney and filed for bankruptcy. Unfortunately, most of them had not, which is a clear indicator that they were mostly bad leads.

Overall, I would not recommend using Nolo. While it may seem like a good idea at first, it's ultimately a waste of time and money. Instead, focus on generating your own leads that are not shared with other attorneys.

Nolo.com My Disappointing Experience with Nolo: A Review of Their Personal Injury Lead Services

I recently had an experience with Nolo, a legal website that offers a variety of legal resources and services. As someone who works in marketing for a law firm in Houston, I was interested in using their services to find personal injury leads in Texas. Unfortunately, my experience with Nolo was less than satisfactory.

From the start, I had issues with the dashboard that was supposed to help me manage my P.I. campaign. Despite notifying my sales rep multiple times, no action was taken to fix the dashboard. It took several weeks for it to finally be fixed, and I only found out because I complained.

Even when the dashboard was working, I found that many of the leads were unqualified for various reasons. Some had bad contact information, while others were out of our practice area. One even explicitly stated that they weren't looking for an attorney. When I tried to dispute these leads, I found that the dashboard wasn't functioning properly for most of the month-long campaign, making it impossible to dispute them.

To make matters worse, when I tried to request a refund for the bad leads, I was met with resistance. The account manager said that only one person had the power to approve a refund, and that person was on vacation for a couple of weeks. Despite multiple promises to follow up with me, I never heard back from the account manager or the person who could approve the refund.

Overall, my experience with Nolo was frustrating and disappointing. While they may offer a variety of legal resources and services, their customer service and support left much to be desired. If you're considering using Nolo for your legal needs, I would advise caution and careful consideration before committing to their services.

Nolo.com Deceptive Practices: My Disappointing Experience with Nolo.com

I am very upset that I gave my personal info to Justin Corey (not sure if name is spelled correct) and he signed me up to a "program" called Legal Shield. He totally misled me by calling it a program I needed to qualify for. Asking my income and last digits of my Social Security #. This company is not a program but a legal referral service formerly known as Pre-paid legal. A service I subscribed to years ago which provided nothing but gave me a run around. Your company should be ashamed of being involved in such devious practices. Your email stated that I would be contacted by an attorney who could provide me legal advice. Instead, I get sold a "program" that changed its name because it had so many complaints. If you can't provide what you say in your email and online, then maybe your company is a scam. I now have to try to get my money back from Legal Shield and cancel my debit card so no further charges can be made. Sorry I ever put my faith in your company/website because after explaining everything I've been going through, I end up with nothing and no trust in nolo.com. I will be reporting your site/company for the deceptive practices your employee did to me. This is what gives attorneys a bad name.

I was really disappointed with the service I received from Nolo. I gave my personal information to Justin Corey (I'm not sure if that's how you spell his name) and he signed me up for a program called Legal Shield. He made it sound like I needed to qualify for the program, and he even asked for my income and the last digits of my Social Security number. But it turns out that Legal Shield is just a legal referral service that used to be called Pre-paid legal. I actually subscribed to that service years ago, and it was a total waste of time. I can't believe that Nolo would be involved in such shady practices.

When I got an email from Nolo, I thought I would be contacted by an attorney who could give me legal advice. But instead, I got sold a "program" that changed its name because it had so many complaints. If Nolo can't deliver on what they promise in their emails and online, then maybe they're just a scam. Now I have to try to get my money back from Legal Shield and cancel my debit card so that they can't charge me again. I regret ever trusting Nolo and their website. After everything I've been through, I have nothing but distrust for them.

I'm going to report Nolo for the deceptive practices that their employee did to me. This kind of thing is what gives attorneys a bad name. I hope that Nolo will take responsibility for what happened and make things right. But until then, I can't recommend them to anyone.

Nolo.com Persistent and Shady: My Experience with Nolo's Non-Stop Calls and Emails

I gotta say, once you give Nolo your digits, they just won't quit. I can't even remember how long it's been, but they're still blowing up my phone. All I wanted was a simple answer to a question, but now I've been hit with emails, texts, and calls from more numbers than I can count (and when I block one, they just hit me up from a new one). I've told them every which way I can think of that I don't need their help anymore, but they just keep coming. They even sent me a text saying they're gonna keep calling until I pick up and tell them to buzz off, which I did, but it didn't do any good. Is there some kind of magic words I gotta use to get them to back off?

Honestly, I decided not to use Nolo because of all the shady "lawyers" they've got on their site. It's just not worth the hassle of dealing with these guys. They're like a bad rash that just won't go away.

Nolo.com Nolo's Lead Generation Service: Not Worth Your Time

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Nolo. I mean, I've been using their products for years, and I always thought they were pretty solid. But this service they offer? Not so much.

First off, let me just say that I trust Nolo and Martindale. They've been around for a while, and I've always found their stuff to be pretty reliable. But this lead generation thing they've got going on? It's just not worth your time.

They claim that they provide "verified leads," but honestly, a lot of the ones I've gotten have been a total waste of time. Sure, they might be in my geographic area, but that doesn't mean they're actually looking for help in my county or state. And if they're not, Nolo won't credit me for the lead. It's like they don't trust their own attorney clients!

I mean, I get it. They don't want to waste their own time or their clients' time. But come on. It's not like we're just trying to scam them out of a credit. It's just not always possible to get clients to tell you exactly where their case is without some kind of proof.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend using Nolo's lead generation service. Stick with their other products, sure. But this one? Not worth it.

Nolo.com Beware of Nolo: Personal Information Shared with Suspicious Companies

This website, Nolo, is not what it seems to be. They ask for your name and phone number, but then they give it to all sorts of companies, even ones that seem suspicious. I got calls from "law firms" with strange phone numbers. They asked for personal information like my maiden name, birthdate, and SSN. I knew better than to give that out over the phone, but it's been a real pain to get rid of these calls. I tried to contact Nolo, but it was impossible. They don't have a phone number to call, and the feedback form requires an order number. I didn't order anything, so I couldn't contact them. I spent a lot of time on their website trying to find a way to contact them, but there wasn't one.

I strongly advise you to stay away from Nolo. It's been a nightmare that I can't seem to get rid of.

Nolo.com Disappointing Experience with Nolo.com Attorney Brad Bernadt: A Warning to Others

I recently had an experience with Nolo.com and their attorney Brad Bernadt. We were working with him on a medical malpractice case for almost a year, but one day he disappeared and we found out a week later from his secretary that he had switched law firms. This was quite frustrating as we had invested a lot of time and energy into the case.

To make matters worse, Brad had been leading us down a path of lies. He had promised to hire an expert witness and send records to them, but we later found out that he had not done so. Instead, he had been sending the records to different attorneys for review. It took him over five months to even order the medical records, and when we asked him why it was taking so long, he sent us a copy of the contract we had signed stating that he could drop the case if it was deemed unsuccessful.

This was a huge blow to us emotionally and caused a lot of stress and anxiety. We had already been through so much, and Brad took advantage of us. I would not recommend hiring him as an attorney.

Overall, my experience with Nolo.com was not great due to the actions of Brad Bernadt. It's important to do your research and choose an attorney who will truly advocate for you and your case.

Nolo.com Nolo.com Review: Runaround and Clueless Customer Service

my review, dang it!

So, I was trying to figure out if I needed to fire a warning shot if someone broke into my house and I had to use force to stop them. My hubby and I were arguing about it, and I thought I'd check out Nolo.com to see if they had any info. Well, let me tell you, it was a real pain in the you-know-what. The lady on the phone was acting like I was some kind of criminal, and she wouldn't even tell me if I should look somewhere else for my answer. She kept asking me all these questions about my case, and I was like, "Lady, it's just a yes or no question!" I think she was just clueless, but she wouldn't admit it. And then they want me to give them access to my Facebook account just to write a review? Come on, now.

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with Nolo.com. If I had to go to court, I'd rather represent myself than hire these people. They gave me a headache from all the runaround, and that's pain and suffering, if you ask me. I don't know if they charge for their services, but if they do, I'd be pretty upset if I had to pay for that kind of treatment. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Nolo.com to anyone.

Nolo.com Nolo's Lead Generation Program is a Total Scam: A Review of My Experience

Me and my law firm in New York, we bought a program from Nolo, you know, that website with all the legal stuff. We wanted them to give us some leads for motor vehicle accidents and personal injury cases, you know, the stuff we do. But guess what? After two months, we didn't get a single good lead. All the leads they gave us were old, like really old, some of them were from years ago. And then, when we tried to contact them, we had to ask for credit, but their system is all automated and sometimes it doesn't even give us credit. And don't even get me started on their customer service. They don't answer the phone or emails. I only got one email from them saying I could cancel the monthly payments, but they wouldn't give me a refund. And even though I had a lot of money in my account, they kept charging my credit card every month for more leads.

I mean, come on, Nolo is supposed to be a big and famous company, but this program is a total scam. It's like they're trying to trick us or something. They should be punished or something.

Nolo.com Poor Customer Service and Technical Issues with Nolo Law's Trust Service

I bought Nolo's service to make a trust for my Dad and his wife. But while we were in the process, my Dad passed away. I tried to remove his name from the document, but it wouldn't let me. I contacted Nolo Law, and they sent me an email saying that I could now update the document. But when I tried to do it, it said that I had to name a second grantor. We didn't have a second grantor, and the trust was only for my Dad's widow, with her daughter as the trustee.

We tried to get Nolo to update the document for a year, but we couldn't. Our subscription expired, so we bought another one. But we still couldn't update the document and remove my deceased Father's name. We also tried to enter the legal property information for the houses, but the document wouldn't save the new changes. We've been trying to get this resolved for a year now.

Nolo Law's response is very slow, and they only communicate via email. There's no customer service for this website. I don't recommend Nolo Law. Try another company so that you don't waste a year.

Nolo.com Disappointing Experience with Nolo-Recommended Bankruptcy Attorney Ted Taggart

I gotta tell ya, I had a real bad experience with Nolo and their recommended bankruptcy attorney, Ted Taggart. I hired him back in March of 2014 and it's been two whole years and I still haven't gotten the services I paid for! Can you believe it? Ted was all gung-ho about starting the bankruptcy process and took my full payment of $1,500 for court fees and whatnot. But when I tried to get some advice from him or figure out when we were actually gonna file for bankruptcy, he just ignored me. Like, what kind of lawyer does that?

Then, to make matters worse, I got a summons to go to court over a credit card debt and I tried to get Ted's help with it since he was supposed to be my attorney and all. But once again, he didn't give me any advice or help and I ended up paying the debt myself because I was scared of what would happen if I didn't. It's just not right, you know? I paid this guy to help me and he didn't do anything.

Honestly, I'm super disappointed in Ted and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone looking for a bankruptcy attorney. He's just not professional and he might take your money without actually doing anything for you. So if you're in the market for a bankruptcy attorney, steer clear of Ted Taggart and Nolo. Trust me, you'll be better off finding someone else.

Nolo.com Disappointing Experience with Nolo.com: Poor Customer Support and Malfunctioning Software

and instead, offered a refund which is not a solution to the problem at hand.

Furthermore, the website itself is not user-friendly and difficult to navigate. The search function is not effective and often leads to irrelevant results. It is frustrating to spend time searching for information only to find that it is not what you were looking for.

In addition, the pricing for their products is quite high compared to other similar products on the market. It is disappointing to pay a premium price for a product that does not function properly and has poor customer support.

Overall, my experience with Nolo.com has been disappointing. The lack of proper customer support and the malfunctioning software make it difficult to recommend this company to others. I hope they take steps to improve their products and services in the future.

Nolo.com Beware of NOLO's Lead Generation Services: A Review of Their Sketchy Practices for Attorneys

I'm not a lawyer, but I recently heard about NOLO and wanted to share my thoughts. I was curious about their lead generation services, so I did some research and found out that they're actually a division of Martindale-Hubble, which is a pretty well-respected company.

I read that they promised valid auto accident leads for $66.50 each, which sounded like a good deal. But then I read about some issues that a practicing attorney had with their program. Apparently, it took two weeks to get a copy of the terms and conditions, and the first lead was disputed because the prospect wasn't actually looking for an attorney.

The attorney tried to dispute this, but NOLO denied the claim. The same thing happened with the next lead, and the attorney was starting to feel like NOLO's platform for consumer inquiries wasn't very good. They tried to get a refund, but NOLO wouldn't provide any transparency about why the disputes were denied.

To make matters worse, the attorney found out that someone other than the prospect was the one who had filled out the form, and they weren't even looking for an attorney. This was another lead that was disputed and denied.

Overall, it seems like NOLO is a pretty sketchy service provider. They don't seem to be very transparent about their processes, and they're not willing to refund fees even when their leads turn out to be bogus. I definitely wouldn't recommend doing business with them if you're an attorney in America.

Nolo.com scammers!

I only wasted money and got no service. It's definitely a scam!
I bought How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and the website doesn't let me download it. I tried to do it using different browsers and laptops: from home, from my job, from my mother's one. Nothing worked.
I tried to call, but no one picks up the phone. Sending emails is hopeless.
It's awful if you think you can treat us that way.
Stay away and don't spend your money on this crap.

Nolo.com No customer service

I wanted to ask some questions and contacted Nolo support via email. They did not reply. Then I sent another message and the same result.
Then I went to their website, found their phone number and called. Person who picked up the phone said that need to send them a message and they will contact me later. I told that I already sent tons of messages and received no reasonable explanation. They never contacted me.

In reality, this program was useless, and I contacted this company and asked to return money. They refused, and now they ignored all my emails.
