This store and its unprofessional, rude owner are selling designs stolen from me by Kelly O'Neal here in Dallas. I called the store to let them know I am helping organize a class action lawsuit against this criminal operation and its owner, but she couldn't have cared less. Apparently, if she can make money from stolen goods she has no problem with immoral and illegal activity. If you are an artist or know anyone who might buy from this place, please let them know what a scam retailer they are!

The "complaint" listed in reference to my friends at "Nola Home". It is an anonymous rant my a stalker of mine and they have in no way done anything to deserve this comment.

You will find the same comments posted about myself as well as my wholesale company by various assumed identities, all of which revert back to the same nut job. This website exists solely to serve the crazies of the world and of course to extort money from those who are defamed by demanding that they pay money to the site to have the comments removed.

Should you have questions about my company or our dealings with ANYONE specific, please feel free to contact me directly of course. Any good blogger will reveal a true identity in the same manner and speak freely by phone rather than hid behind the veil of the internet.

sincerely, Kelly O'Neal

Gosh, talk about paranoid nutcases! This Kelly O'Neal comes up with every excuse under the sun to explain away hundreds of complaints against him and his [censor] PARTNER listed on dozens of consumer complaints websites. FYI: This nutjob scammer, known locally as Kelly 'Anything You Can Steal, I Can Steal Better' O'Neal, has a long, documented history of swindling, fleecing and scamming local artists and craftspeople, to date to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. He NEVER addresses accusations directly...THAT could open him up to legal action. He uses buzzwords like 'stalker' (hey Kelly, aren't there LEGAL ways to deal with ACTUAL stalkers?), nut job (wow, isn't THAT a case of the BIG, FAT POT calling the kettle black?) and accuses this and and other reputable consumer complaints websites of EXTORTION (do we hear PARANOID EXCUSES there, anyone?). Also, the complaint against O'Steal are NOT anonymous...virtually every one states that anyone with a question or comment can contact legacyvictims@yahoo.com (doesn't sound anonymous to US). Also, O'Steal should brush up on his computer lingo...these complaints aren't 'blogs'...they are factual, documented complaints against a criminal swindler and con artist who the law just hasn't caught up with yet. If you do call O'Steal...reeally, try it for giggles and grins...you will reach a pathological liar and sociopath who whose every word is a lie. We have been posting info about this criminal and his scuzzy 'partner' for several years now (the wheels of justice grind exceedingly slow). If every single word wasn't provable, do you think O'Steal wouldn't have dragged us into court before now to exonerate his supposedly untarnished reputation instead of taking the time to post weak, pathetic, impotent responses to our accusations? Now who looks remarkably guilty? Please forward this complaint to any artist you may know who could come into contact with loser O'Steal and his scam company...you'll save them a world of time and trouble! Cheers!

This seems like an malicious complaint from a Texan in Texas and has nothing to do with Nola Home or Minneapolis
