I am Vijay Kumar from Meerut U.P. India. I purchased a Nokia 6600 Mobile Phone on 05/1/2017 from M/s. Cosmo Electronics, 91, Sadar Bazar, Meerut Cantt for Rs. 9700/-. I was told about one year warranty. The serial no. of phone is [protected] Nokia 6600 Black. On 19/8/2017 I went to Nokia Care Center, Vidya Laksmi Comples, Sadar Bazar, Meerut with following complaints: (a) Joy stick was not working properly (b) Out going sound volume was not in order (c) Automatic switching off some times (d) other keys/buttons were not working properly.
I was asked by the person ( lady) there to take the set duly repaired next day. But after 2-3 hours I was informed on my mobile that there is ample water in the set and an amount of Rs. 800/- will be
charged if I am interested in repairing. I refused to pay Rs.800/- for repair because the mobile set was in warranty period and I have purchased this set looking the goodwill and image of mobile company.
The care center concern wants to make me fool saying that there was ample water in the set. If there was water then why it did not short circuited. As per warranty Nokia Company must replace my set by newone and the care center must be questioned for trying to make the customers fool.

Sir I was not given email address of Nokia by any dealer of nokia and now through internet I have been abled to lodge my complaint.

If no action is taken by the company I will be compelled to knock the doors of consumer court for justice to a non technical customer.

I bought this Nokia 5230 phone for my daughter on Dec 17, 2017, and 2 weeks later half of the screen suddenly went dark and stopped functioning. At the local service center we were told that we had dropped the phone or hit it, which was not the case at all! They refused to take the phone back under the above pretext and also refused to pay for the repair of the internal screen. It cost me 92 USD! For a brand new phone! Moreover, the screen goes black at temperatures under zero, so it is impossible to speak outside. I understand that the phone is a sensor one, but it shouldn't be THAT sensitive, should it? I suppose I was unlucky to buy a defective telephone, but who is going to reimburse my expenses? I DO want my money back!

I HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NOW!. I received feedback and contacting details from the Complaint Board and none of these details could be confirmed. What is the aim of this? So many people are complaining and reporting these messages and no one is taking the matter serious. The Nokia name is getting damaged in the process and I want to know from Nokia what they are doing about this? I was confirmed to be a winner, but no contact has been made from NOKIA in this regard. I received contacting details of persons who can not be confirmed and I dont take this matter lightly! What is the aim of this? I will advise all persons who get contacted, not to disclose any personal or banking details. I have supported NOKIA for over seven years now and how do you think must I react on this? I did take part in competitions, but if that mean that I get victimized by hackers and con-artists to scam personal information from you, then I think that NOKIA needs to take this matter a bit more serious! Unless NOKIA contact me and confirm details and procedures how to claim my winnings legally, then I can not see this other than a SCAM under which the NOKIA name is getting damaged. I really would like to know what the aim is in all this and what the hackers think they achieve by running these scams. You are damaging the image of a good brand and you are damaging true and honest people who are struggling to make a living, but at the same time try to help others and to assist people who really need assistance. By hacking and steeling from people who dont have and to invade such persons private lives aint moral and human! If scam artists and hackers can use their talents to build a more positive world, then there might be some change in this world. If you want to steel and scam, do it to the people who deserve it, but dont target innocent people who can not afford it! I lost my job and because of politics aint alowed to get another because I am white. I have enough worries and dont need scams and hackers to come add more unneeded nonsense to my life! I really can do with the R95 000 right now, but I need NOKIA to confirm this with me! Kind regards: Hein Amaro

You would have to be a complete idiot or a vulnerable old or disabled person to believe it.

Get a real job and earn real money instead of praying on people who are more needy than you.

NOTE: That your prize of (Five Hundred Thousand Great British Pounds only) from (Nokia International Promotional Mobile Draw Award 2017 ) is protected by a hardcover insurance policy, which makes it impossible to deduct any amount from the Draft before it is being remitted to you. This means that the custom/airport clearance fee cannot be deducted from the prize and hence must be provided by you before your prize (Parcel) can be cleared from the custom vault.

Also, they do not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) as it is strictly against their policy. You must pay before customs will clear parcel from their vault.

Thank you for being part of our 2017 Anniversary draws.
