I bought my new nokia6303 classic 1 month before. But usually drops its network and while taking over it its speaker doesn't work and voice is not audible to me.
I went to service center but they suggested me change my bsnl sim because set is not supporting it and use another conection. How a set doesn't support to one paticular sim.
Please tell me what I do.

Sub: - repairing of my mobile hand set under warranty period

I have the honour to inform you that I had submitted my mobile phone model n5610d for service under warranty period to telemobile, garima grand, 1st floor, dr. B. Baruah road, guwahati-7 on 20.05.09. The nokia care centre kept my handset and given me a copy of service jobsheet no. 2671 dated 20.05.09. On 22.05.09, the nokia care centre contacted over phone stating that the handset could not be repaired in guwahati and the set required to be repaired at company. Accordingly, they sent the set to company and stated that this would take another 20-25 days time to come back from company. After 30 days, I regularly contacted nokia care over phone but every time they stated the set had not come back from company.

On 05.07.09, I personally went to nokia care centre and asked about the status of my handset. At that time, one shri manish of nokia care told me that handset has returned by company without repairing and since his boss was out of station, he could not give me the exact status of the handset as whether this would be repaired or not and also stated that he would personally contact me on 07.07.09 when his boss would return. But nobody contacted me on 07.07.09. On 09.07.09, the nokia care centre contacted me over phone and told me to take back the set as it was returned back by the company. Now, I am fully dissatisfied with the services within the warranty period but sorry to say that the service which you provide to customers is really pathethic from a company which claims to be number one in mobile phones. I am without phone for almost 2 months which is a basic need for life.

In view of above, I need to get my phone replaced or my amount with suitable interest rate and compensation; else I will file a complaint with consumer court under consumer protection act of 1986. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non-availability of my phone for almost two months.

Two weeks ago, exactly monday april 14th 4:30 pm, I had my new phone (nokia 6300) and I went to the nearest nokia care center for me to transfer the data from my old phone memory card (nokia 6600) to the new one.
After asking the manager I was told the cost. after paying, I got both my phones. as the new one wasn't charged I charged it. when I opened it.. what was in the memory card... nothing!
I tried everything looking for the data and nothing except for some names was there.
The 2 gegas memory card has 1.9 free space!

Thursday, april 17th5:00 pm, I went back explaining what happened. I was told " no! we only transfer contacts and calender!" he said.. so I replied " why wasn't I told that in advance"
As rude as he can be, I was explained that this is just it!
So I told him I even don't have the calender.. again!, after asking the manager, I was told transferring the calender will take 2 hours!

Couple of days ago I discovered that my memory card is empty and even the contacts appearing are the ones saved on the sim card!

I asked both times to speak with the manager or anyone of his back up and I was told he's busy
Both times the custom service agents were rude and aggressive

This is totally unacceptable. I am dealing with a hight respectable place - supposedly - here and I expect nothing but respect.

An sms received saying that I won 315, 000 pounds and I have to call or email them using this email address claim@nokiauk.Co. Uk. I tried to communicate with this email, with several messages they asked me if I can't go to london to claim the prize I have option of courier services so they able to send the cheque. The courier service fee was so high it cost 2700 dirhams just to send the money to me. Early morning on 17th december 2017 a call was received from dr. Anderson pushing me to pay the service now or go to london to get the winning cheque. I'm just wondering why they dont just ask for your account so they can transfer the money to it instead of cheque which is faster. I attached herewith the nokia winning certificate they send to me.

I'm hoping nokia will investigate this matter to stop this scam which used their good company name.

I have been a customer of Three mobile for the last five years with no problem. the problem is that i took a new contract out in July 2017 on a nokia 6288 white, February this year i had a fault with my phone and sent it back for repair, it came back and still had the same problem, i phoned them back up with the problem and they said they could exchange the phone for a same or greater model which when they sent me the phone it was a nokia 6280 black which was still faulty they then sent me another nokia 6280 black which i received 14 days ago and from the day i had it i could not receive or make calls and everything kept popping up on the screen. I phoned them up with the problem and all Three support team have done is pass me from one to another sales person they then told me they would send me a new Sim card to see if that would solve the problem which it did not. I was told by one of the sales person that the phone had been booked in as faulty before, so i have asked them if they could exchange the phone for one in working order and they have told me to pay £25, i refused, they will only send it back for a 3day repair which i disagree with as it was a faulty good they sent me in the first place. I have always had nokia phones and i have never had a problem with them until now, i would like to know where i stand and should i be able to have a replacement phone. Another thing i would like to ask is what is the difference between 6280 and 6288 as my contract is for a 6288 white and they have exchanged it with 6280 black which Three have told me is the better phone.

I bought nokia 5800 xpress music on june 2017. From the first day, I can not use the phone. When I have to switch off the phone on dr. S office or airplane, I can not switch it on again. I brought the phone to the service 11 (Eleven) times, (6 times to kvk, 5 times to nokia shop) they changed the lcd screen, the battery, upgraded software,.. I regret to inform you that I am facing the problem within the first week of purchase. this handset is unable to catch the network signals I even searched the operator manually but it shows "no network coverage", on my other phones with same brand and same service provider shows the full network in same area, this shows the problem is within the phone and their is no network problem (which I assumed earlier).

I even contact the same dealer but instead of understanding the problem they back fired me, telling my handling was rough but their is not even single scratch on my phone, so this reaction is very baseless.

I am very dissappointed with this. I am a student so I can't run here and there for this manufacturing defect.

I had a complaint with my cell Nokia 6020 and I went to Nokia customer care in Rajat square in Kanpur city.I reached the service center by 6:45PM. The service center staff said to me that it is not possible to accept your complaint as the time is almost 7.00PM which is our closing time.Since I am a student of IIT Kanpur which is located 16 Kms from the city and I have classes till 5:30PM in the evening it is possible for me to reach the city only by 6:45 at the max.
