Nokia N5310 Xpress Music / replacement

Hi Sir,

I purchased Nokia mobile model N5310 Xpress Music(No-[protected]) on 2ndDec 2007 and from the very first day mobile was hanging and getting automatically switched off.After that I called to the Shop from where I have Purchased and I got advice that go to Nokia Care they will replace your mobile.I went Nokia Care(Roshan Lobo,Care Centre Manager, Annaiah Reddy Building,1st Floor,Marathahalli,Bangalore-560037)in Banglore on 8th of Dec.He uploaded some software and gave the mobile to me within 30 minutes.And he told that now the problem will solved and if the problem still exists get back to us and we will send the mobile for the replacement.But from the same day I was getting same problem.It was hanging and automatically switched off many times in a day.(almost 5-6 times)Again I went on 10th of Dec and this time they had taken my mobile for 15 days and send to Chennai for the replacement as told by them.After 13days(23rd Dec) I collect my mobile from there and they told that problem get solved.I took my mobile and come back to my home.I was surprised that lot of options
(Game,Organiser,Theme,Tone,graphics display,Collection etc,)was missing and then I went next day to inform this but they said I cant do now come next day and we will update this.(I went there after taking off from my office)And after 2 days I was getting the same problem(Hanging and automatically switched off and my side volume options was not working)again and again and got irritated.Finally I went on 29th Dec and I told them I don’t want this mobile please replace my mobile.But they are not ready to replace my mobile and when I asked the number of Head Manager in Bangalore he dint give.They are not responding well and every time saying this time we will update your mobile and we will not be getting problem again.They updated the software again and gave to me.But what is this I was getting same problem from that night only.I was never expected this form Nokia.I purchased mobile on 2nd dec but mobile was with Nokia Care only,it was with me hardly 10 days(with hanging and switched off) .So please look into this issue and I want immediate replacement of my mobile and I can’t wait more.Waiting for the response and revert to me ASAP.

I totally agree with this comment. Never expected this from nokia.
I hope they either get some bug fix on the software or get the phone replaced.
