If this were a real contest and giveaway promotion you would not have to send money to receive your prize. I think it is a big scam and the authotities should step in and stop it.

Today I received one sms like this. By reading the complaints about NOKIA PROMO I cancelled my plan for send money. NOKIA company should take necessary steps to punish the INTERNATIONAL CRIMINALS.

This thing surely is a fraud, Bcoz if they had 2 pay your prize, they would have asked you to contact the nearest nokia center, for your details. But instead they try 2 keep a contact via no reference.
