I'm from Ukraine and I also received SMS with the same text! I think this is criminal action! But I also know that nobody gonna do somthing with those bodies who sent this cheating SMS! Because, in my opinion, there are people in Nokia Corporation or even in Governance who are interested in this cheating actions and they will stop any criminal investigation toward this guys!
In case if I were allowed to investigate this situation I would find those guys and their ### wuold be kicked hard until they give all money to all people who received such SMS!

I just received a message that I won 170, 000 Euros and to SMS them back to +34 691 736 or email them back to nokiaspain(AT)in.com.

I am sure that this is fake and I hope that the police could invistigate these numbers and stop this scam.
