Nokia - Hcl Service Center / poor policy, rude customer dealing, cheating with customers

I had a Nokia Ngage set. It has Nokia-HCL Annual Maintenance Card coverage, under which this set was under warranty till 28/01/2008. I submitted it on 1st August 2008 for repairing, after 18 days they declared that Ngage couldn't repairable so under AMC we are replacing it with second hand Nokia 6600. i got second handset 600 on 20th August. I used this set only 1day and start facing display problem. Again i went to Nokia -HCL center to repair it, but their Staff start telling that after replacing set once, our contract get terminated, so couldn't repair it under warranty.

I asked them to give me fresh piece, so that atleast i can use that set, but they ever not listen my complain... This is NOKIA service center...

I treated very badly by these people, infact they cheated me, they took rs.350 of AMC, and took my Ngage handset, and gave me Secondhand and defected Nokia 6600. Which was useless for me...
