Nokia 6280 / bad customer service!

I bought a Nokia 6280 in June 2006. It developed a problem on August 12 2006. It stopped receiving any signal and it was not possible to make or receive any calls from the phone. I submitted the phone for repairs at the Nokia Service center in Andheri East Mumbai. Complaint number 2-1GB193. They repaired the phone after nearly 2 months. When I received the phone it was in working condition but it again developed the same problem within 2 days. I again submitted the phone to the Service center. Complaint number 2-1L1SEV. The customer care center says that the phone has been repaired where as the service center says that the phone has been put on hold as the components for the phone have not arrived. There is no coordination between the customer care and the service center and they do not let me talk to any Nokia manager where in I can escalate the issue.

They have no idea where the phone is and what has happened to it and every time I call the call center they tell me that they need 48 hours to get back to me but after 48 hours they do not have any useful update to give to me. They keep buying time and there seems to be no progress in its repair. I have been constantly following up on the service center and the nokia call center but to no avail.

I have purchased nokia mobile model 6280 on 27th October 2006 for 14300rs from Bangalore. After 1 month , the mobile had a problem with phone memory and most of the applications were not working .I had given the phone for servicing on 14th December 2006 at Nokia care Bangalore. Till now i haven't got my phone. I called the service centre and customer care many times. But they keep on buying the time and they asked me call after 2 days every time.Yesterday I called Nokia care service centre and they were telling that i would get the phone on 24th January 2007 only if they got the spare parts from company. This is my job sheet no:201343506/061214/4 compliant no2-1QVLRP. There is no coordination between nokia service centre and customer care. Both are telling different stories and simply cheating the customer. Nokia customer care/service center is very bad in response and not telling the exact status of mobile and sometimes they are speaking very rudely. I have not faith whether i will get my mobile or not. I'll never buy any nokia product in my life.

I have the same problem with the memory of my nokia 6280 Im very disappointed by nokia and we don't have in our country nokia support centers (Albania).

Nokia 6280 - Screen stopped!

A brand new Nokia 6280, 4months old well looked after, not a single mark, Nokia wont cover faulty screen under warranty and want to charge $160.00 to replace it. Phone wasn't bummed, dropped or splashed, screen just died now you cant read it all blurry. I cant believe warranty doesn't cover it, lost me.

i hav n6280.
it has display problm.it oftnly blinks n oftnly goes its display light.
it has got only 5+ mb intrnal memry
i got to read it need to hav 10mb as intrnal memory isnt it?
what is this man?
can anyboby suggest wat to do with this hell?

Nokia 1203 - Bad customer service

Dear NOKIA i m avery old customer of urs and its been really disappointing from last 10 days... i have submitted my NOKIA 1203 in warranty at ur CUSTOMER CARE at shop no. 1, 2, 3, Mezzanine Floor, Siddiq Trade Centre, Main Boulevard, gulberg III, LAHORE.

i called there for like 4 times consecutively but they pick up my call n put me on hold n let me to wait for a great time, , , if they solved my problem then waiting was not the issue but the things is they put my call on hold and after a great wait they didnt even receive it or didnt even entertain me just drop my call 4 times... that throw's a really bad impression on ur company... i really fed up with MY NOKIA ... REALLY REALLY SAD BIG TIME, , , , ,
THIS IS MY JOB NO. LHR-95415 I have submitted my phone on 26-07-2010 WITH THE NAME "FARHAN xxxxxx" due to the signal prob. and they told me they will do my work in 5 to 6 days n today is the 10th day wht is this... ??????? :@ really a bad impression...
