SUBMIT A COMPLAINT customer service

The following company who sell music equipment online, Sold me some music equipment (fully paid for online) and after not receiving delivery after 2 weeks, I (not them ) phoned and asked where the items were?
Their response was slow and irritatingly inefficient. I was then informed that the items were not actually in stock and they were trying to make a plan to get a different brand, still they didn't get back to me with anything coherent.
At this point i'm fighting to get my money back, which has been met with responses such as ' uh um, did you send us your bank details ay, we don't seem to um, have them here. '

Come on! Please could someone do something to help give these guys a wake up call. i'd hate for another consumer to go through the frustration i'm currently going through.
