We made arrangements via the phone contact for
this tour on the 23/10 to be picked up at 9:05am from our hotel.As advised by the tour operator at this time, we were waiting outside our hotel from 8:35am until we called them at 9:15am. Tour operator advised us that due to some road incident the bus was running late but assured us that the bus will pick us up shortly. At 9:40am we again rang BUT this time was told that the bus driver had left without us. When pressed - they initially claimed that the driver HAD come to the hotel but did not find us there. Then when we argued that this was not the case - the tour operator hung up the call. We tried redialing twice over 5minutes BUT their phone was not answered! We are VERY DISAPPOINTED and UPSET as our time in Majorca is limited and we will not be able to visit this region. WE DEMAND BOTH AN APOLOGY AND A FULL REFUND.
