June 07 responded to an e-mail offer for a free item, just to pay handling and shipping. Charged to credit card of 19.95. Charged appeared on account July 2, 07. received item. 3months later received another item. Sent e-mail to they saying I did not order such a item and asked if they wanted it back to send postage. Then received 3 more items with no invoice or explanation.
In January doing my income tax I found a charge on my credit account of $97 for Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec., and Jan. 08. From Noble Learning Systems. I had never seen the name Noble Learning Systems on any of the packages. Tried the phone number given many times and was always put on hold.
After receiving another item I called the credit card company and put the charge into dispute and told the credit card company to accept no more charges from Noble. The Package the items came in did not have an invoice or the name Noble Learning Systems on them. The credit card told me to return the unordered items, but I have disposed of all but the last two which I will return on Feb 6,08. I will place in dispute all the charges with the credit card except the first one for $19.95. In the first order there was no mention of them signing me up for future shipments.
