Ninetendo DS / Incorrect credit for return
I purchased a Nintendo DS online. I did not notice till after I ordered the product that it was refurbished. The website claimed an order could be canceled within 24 hrs . Within 1 hour of placing the order, I left a message to cancel with all pertinent info requesting a call back. I placed a second call the same day saying the same thing. Of course, the order was not canceled and when I received it, I never opened the box, put it in an envelope and returned it as directed. Now I am only getting $79.20 credit for a $116.61 purchase.
