does business with Joy Sizemore(3rddegree felon) Nikie has her license with a lady named Tiffany who is charged with selling weed. Niki Mettrick should not be in real-estate because she is a con-artist even though she is old. She is really old but she plays dumb when it helps her get out of situations. She runs a very good con with the owner of a property 5319 yarwell. Tom Gassor and Joy Sizemore rip folks off and takes adavantage of good people. Niki and Joy Sizemore work together and even though Niki has a license she doesnt let anyone know that she is involed with a Felon. 3rd degree felon. DO NOT LIST YOUR HOUSE WITH NIKI METTRICK!! If Niki doesnt disclose this information what else will she do to make a sell. Con-artist- lies about listings. Niki Mettrick does business with a felon.

    I was married to Niki Mettrick for years. She is an extremely good Realtor with many satisfied clients. The above writer apparently is bitter about something. The writer makes no specific allegations. The writer questions Niki's character by claiming that Niki associates with disreputable characters, and the writer doesn't even prove that these characters are disreputable. The writer is guilty of "ageism;" Niki is not old -- she's experienced. The writer uses the anonymity of the Internet in an attempt to defame Niki's reputation. The writer needs to develop some guts and say who they are and put some facts behind their allegations.

    Obviously you are a dis satisfied clent of some sort too CLIVE... did you say you WERE married to her? Her sidekick Joy Sizemore is a 3rd defree felon that has a habit of lying cheating and stealing from others. Maybe Nikki's been laying around with some old dogs and caught some fleas...since you tango'd with Nikki Mettrick. Her broker Tiffany has drug charges. Just have someone pull a background. You seem like a smart guy, however you seem to be just easily manipulated by some hooker like Nikki. I feel sorry for you. You are the only one that has something positive to say about Nikki Mettrick... the houses she tries to sell are sagging like her.

    Home Invasion not Staging

    Joy sizemore is our representative whom we trusted to professional stage our home and place a Resident Manager (RM). They were to only place trained and qualified RMs who would keep our home accessible and show ready. The RM wrote them a fraudulent check so they in turn NEVER staged our home and didn't even inform us of any problems. It wasn't until we got reports that potential buyers had been unable to view the home that we started to question their services and talked to joy sizemore who has not made good on any of his promises or agreements. We currently have this woman whom we can't get out of our home and show off and sell refuses to file a court eviction even though she was in jail over the weekend for unknown reasons and came back and has barricated herself in our home and we no longer have access to it nor do any potential buyers. Due to our contract with them we cannot evict her ourselves. They have asked for us to break our contract with them with their verbal "promise" that they will then take care of everything. We can only hope that this will all end soon and to get our home back in good condition. Do not use this company!!!

Now let me back that statement up. First of all I hired one of these home tending business’s and from day I had issue’s. No-one did weekly, monthly inspections had they –they would of noticed one of their employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders whichever was indeed breaking the rules…in several ways!!! Model home furniture was not placed in my home ( I heard this from a realtor who showed my house to a potential buyer AND Which Whom did not make an offer on my house) Curb appeal –my yard is trashed. Weeds 5 feet high, leaves from last fall, dead grass overgrown trees and shrubs. Again all verified by my neighbors. Utilities, well this might be the only plus but make sure that YOU are not responsible one dime. But think about how much those utilities really cost you if you left your home vacant. Minor repair & maintenance—never happened. Things were in worse working condition than when I signed a contract. Repair of property damage. This only applies IF the tending company A) tells you and/or B) if the employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders report it to the tending company. Once you sign a contract YOU are not allowed on the property without being escorted by the tending company it’s self. Once you sign a contract you are basically giving that employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders more rights to your place than you the owner. Please please please read up about the home tending company you intend to use. Check with BBB of your community. Do internet research.Ask friends and neighbors. We went against all our friends pleas. We thought we were being crafty and utilizing a ‘new’ service. Trust me Scamming has been around a long time and I fell prey. I only hope my story saves the next family from destruction. Not only did my house NOT sell, but you should see the nasty mess they left for me, smell the stench within my home, view the destroyed yard(from the pet), and lets not forget the stolen items from my property as well as unpaid utility bills. No proof of insurance was provided to us and the tending company has the contract written so tight that they are NOT responsible for anything that happens to your place. You must sue the employee’s -renters-tenants-home tenders which of whom you will never get their name and/or phone number much less forwarding address. This post was submitted by george w..]

    I have done business with Niki in the past. Everything was above board and I was always impressed with her professionalism.
