Bought a pair of Nike Revolution 4 running sneakers size 12 about 2 months ago and the material on the top on the rear portion of the sneaker wore out. This caused a annoying blister on my achilles heal. I have owned Nike's for years and I am concerned that the quality of these sneakers are declining. If possible I would be very satisfied if you can send me another pair in blue so I would be assured this was a one off problem.

My son bought these shoes about two months ago and they have ripped at the seem on the side. For the price of these shoes I would expect them to be better built. My son is very picky about his shoes and does not wear them to do any soprts or other activities. NIke has always been the brand of his choice. The rip is on the seam of the shoe and appears to be the fabric that is ripping apart. Before I go and purchase another pair of these shoes I would like to know if this is a common issue with this shoe type.

I know size 6.5 is one of the smaller women's sizes but PLEASE consider putting longer laces in your shoes. I will provide a photo, I haven't been able to tie my sneakers normally for 20 years and have had it. I shouldn't have to buy new laces with a $100 pair of shoes just to tie them! Left shoe I had to skip every other hole, right shoe is normally laced. Notice the tiny bow, it will not stay put if I leave it that way and it looks really stupid! Otherwise I love the shoes. The fit and style are excellent.

I purchased a pair of nike airmax trainers from a website named www.cameraflair.co.uk when the product was debited from my bank account it appeared like this mas*beijing zhishengjiahu beijing cn 577.980000 cny at 8.82412 and the product was sent from china.

I require confirmation that the trainers are not fake/countfeit.

My sole to my sneakers is separating I barely wear these sneaker and this is a typical issue I seem to keep having in size 13 products the craftsmanship is sloppy and messy glue everywhere I will not keep supporting the #justdoit brand if I can't get an understanding to why a loyal customer is getting bad sneakers from authentic retailers . I've been supporting Nike for 30 yrs and these past years with release of retro basketball sneakers I'm just really upset with the products

I'am writing to make a complaint on the customer service I received on three online orders that I never received.
In the last week of July through the First week of August I ordered a pair of Nike flip flop for my son I received the ordere cause it got canceled I made a call to customer service which became a three hour phone call to rectify the situation spoke to a senior manager we fixed the issue so it could be delivered and received next day air because we was going on vacation but once again the ordered was canceled after three hours of making sure address and payment information was corrrect . Received a 20% discount because of all the hassle.
On September 8th I ordered a pair of vapor max sneakers that was suppose to be delivered next day air delivery day was September 11th I stayed home only to get a call at 3:pm in the afternoon saying the sneakers was arriving I got 3 different excuses but when I reach out to customer service they had an attitude can someone please contact me from your complaint department @ [protected]

Im writing to let you known I purchased a pair of nike lunarstellos for my son approx aroumd aug 31 2018. He needed them for the start of school 9/6. I purchased these at super shoes in queensbury N.Y.. .
My son has worn the side completely out of them within 3 weeks!
The shoes are poorly made for running shoes. My son is a 9.5 in mens at ten years old and this is very costly to have to buy another pair.
I no longer have the receipt for the shoes .
Could you please send another pair of shoes for my son?

I bought this GPS watch a couple of years ago and the memory just filled up. I recently got a new computer which didn't have my Nike Connect App on it anymore, I thought it was something wrong with my computer when I plugged my watch in to sync my runs off of it until I started looking into it and finding out that it had been removed. I received no warning that this would be happening, and there is no way for me to get the data off of it so I can at least keep using it. I now may as well throw it in the garbage and go out and spend another couple hundred dollars on a new one? I took great care of my watch to ensure it would last and now I have a piece of garbage. I would like some form of compensation because I have a perfectly good watch that is not functional because of your lack of service.

I purchased and item and randomly two hours later my item has been cancelled. I wrote Nike expert and they had said Nike operations team tried to call me. They did not try to call me and that was terrible with no explanation. Whenever I have purchased an item it never had cancelled or called for online security. This is bad business and I love Nike brand which sucks.

Dear Nike,
I currently own my second pair of Huaraches in under a year and I have to admit that they are my favorite shoes that I have ever owned. However, both pairs tore within the first six months of me wearing them. The first pair I wore when playing sports, working out, etc., so I believed that they tore due to overuse. My current pair I only wear for causal use (walking to and from class) and they also tore after only a few months. It is now apparent that it is a material/quality issue. I love the look of the shoes and believe that they are extremely comfortable, but I am hesitant to buy another pair, knowing that they might tear in a short period of time.

On 9/06/2018 I filed a claim with Consumer Affairs for a pair of 2017 Nike Shox that I paid $180 for. The claim was approved on 9/10/18. My Claim # is CL180906135824. On Thursday 9/13/2018 I called this number [protected]) to find out how much my voucher is for. I talked to a Rep named Jordan and he told me that my voucher is for $135 and that the reason was because they don't sell it on Nike.com anymore. I asked him if there was anyway they could send me the same style shoes that I sent them. He told me, "No"! So, basically, they took my shoes and gave me a $135 voucher because they don't sell my 2017 Nike Shox online. Also, I can't even get anything comparable because they're only giving me a $135 voucher, not $180 like I paid from the start. So, I asked to speak to a superviser, they then put me on hold for 45 mins, coming back periodically saying that the Superviser "Joseph"  is working on my case and talking to the Escalation Department. It took him 45 mins before he even introduced himself and let me know that he's working on it. I've been a Manager in a Call Center before and I know that proper protocol would be for him to introduce himself right away, to make the caller feel comfortable and reassured that someone is working on it.  So, you can imagine what's going through my mind at this point. Finally he came on the phone and was very rude. When I asked him who his boss was, he told me that he is the highest boss in that building and if I wanted to talk to someone above him, I would have to hand write a letter to the World HeadQuarters. This is the Reference Call Number [protected]. They told me that this number is a reference number for the call between me and them. So, to wrap it up. I mailed a pair of defected 2017 Nike Shox shoes to Nike. They then inspected them and approved that they were defected. Then, since they don't have them at Nike.com, they only approved a voucher for $135. They can't send me the same style shoe that I mailed in and they won't even give me a voucher for what I paid for them. So, now I have to find a pair of shoes that are cheaper shoes than I mailed in. It's not lrme I'm asking for cash, I just want a voucher for what I paid for them. I really just want the shoes that I originally bought. If I knew that it was going to be this much trouble or that I wasn't going to be able to get back the same shoes that I sent, I would've never filed this claim and I will never again

I recently purchased a pair of Lebron Sneakers for my grandson in August for returning back to school. I did not think that I had to save the box or recite he and I were happy with the purchase. We as a family have always worn a NIKE product. My grandson have wanted Lebrons for a while now, and it took awhile to save for these sneakers. The strap on the sneakers all work but one of them are not long enough, it keeps coming un strapped I have tried crisscrossing the straps but they continue to come unstrapped. My grandson is becoming very frustrated with this. With the money I paid this should not happen. He will not wear them due to this problem..

I bought a couple shirts at the store at the mall. It was on sale and I needed to change the size. They returned it and charged me for the full price, almost double what I paid because I needed to change the shirt. I was not happy about that obviously so I returned that one too. They refunded the one that I originally bought and then had a second return for the remaining total. It made no sense at all and I was asking the kid to explain it. He got upset immediately and said "that's the process so follow it or ..." then he stopped and left. He was completely unprofessional and rude. By this time I had easily spent over $300 there in a couple days. Ever single visit is was terrible and increasing worsened from the time before. I had enough and spoke to a lead, also another kid and he didn't even acknowledge me speaking to him, no eye contact, nothing. Needless to say, I'm incredibly pissed and normally just let it slide. But this was above and beyond of ridiculous and a complete let down. Every kid in the store was totally rude and unprofessional
And I'm totally disappointed.

Hi I bought a set of football gloves in mid July before football practice started in August. Within three weeks of him using them they have torn at the seams and I am extremely disappointed. I have never had any problems with Nike before and these gloves were highly recommended by school, kids on his team and dicks sporting goods where I purchased them from.

I bought these shoes for my child for school. He has been wearing them for 1 month now and a few days ago he notified me of a hole in the front a few days ago and now It is much much worse day by day. The inside pad moves when he wears it as well. I feel like the shoes should last significantly longer than this time period especially for the price we paid. I feel these shoes should be replaced.

I do not support companies who want to see America fall like Rome. Granted I've only own Adidas cause they're way more comfy and miles ahead in terms of design. But Adidas just makes shoes and apparel which brings me to my point. We dont need companies shoving their political views anywhere they can especially it that view is one against The Republic.

I have had these nike sneakers for less than 6 months and the top of them already ripped with normal usage. My family and I are very good Nike customers and I usually love the products. But, because of this, I am very disappointed in the product. Sneakers are not meant to break like this after normal use. I payed a lot of money for these so I would like for you to send me a new pair.

As a veteran I am disgusted at your choice of spokesman. You basically are spitting on my service to defend this country where you peddle your merchandise. I am disgusted in your brand and will no longer support or purchase your products. Funny how you want to profit from our country's freedoms and economics but yet support someone who uses the wrong medium to bring his issues to the public eye, and your company is as stupid as him.
