Hello,
I purchased a black & white Nike windbreaker([protected]) on 4/14/17 from Dick's Sporting Goods in Heath Ohio. As of 5/20/17, I have only washed it twice & per tag instructions. I was very disappointed as this $100.00 item balled up on the elastic sleeves & waist after the first wash; even my 14 year old son was disappointed & upset :(

I have been buying your trainers for as long as i can remember. I recently bought a pair worn them a few times but they seem to have been made wrong due to the way they've shaped. Went and bought another pair but in a different colour and the same thing has happened again. Im very dissappointed as i absolutely love my nike but after buying 2 pairs for them both to shape the way they have im now debating whether i buy another pair. Im devastated as they're the only trainers i like to wear but dont really want to buy anymore for them to shape the way these have :( if you would like pictures ill be more than happy to supply them.

In November 2016 I purchased a pair of Kobe Bryant xi mambacurial size 7 (men) basketball shoes for my daughters 12th birthday.

In March 2017 it became evident that both shoes have ripped at the front of the Nike tick. This is extremely disappointing as both shoes have torn. To have a product that is so widely advertised as a great basketball shoe and have them damaged within in six (6) months is beyond frustration.

This is the first time I have purchased a Nike product outside of Australia and to my daughter and my disappointment the shoe is ripped. I purchased them from Nike.com. To pay $220 for a pair of Nike shoes that damage in 6 months is absolutely disappointing.

I don't think I would recommend the Kobe Bryant Nike basketball product to anyone if this is the quality received.

I had bought my son sneakers on April 12th while on vacation in Orlando Florida. Yesterday I had noticed that the front of the one sneaker is totally worn. For having these sneakers less then two months that is horrible! He also had a pair of Huaraches that he received for Christmas that we replaced in April for the same reason! We spend a lot of money on Nike and it seems recently that the quality has diminished. He has always worn Nike and will not wear any other shoe. I do not want to have to keep replacing shoes every other month! Why is the quality not withstanding time?

Hello, my name is Reanna moon. I am a loyal Nike customer. I recently purchased 2 items, one was a pair of Nike sportswear rally pants and the other was a Nike sportswear tech fleece full zip sweater. The pair of Nike pants that I purchased, I wore for a matter of a few hours when the inside seem of the pants seem to just come undone and I ended up with a hole near my private area which was quite embarrassing for me. The sweater that I purchased the teeth on the zipper seemed to be warped or something I struggled to zip it up when I went to wear it for the first time and when I tried to give the zipper a little pull it simply broke. like I mentioned before I am a very loyal Nike customer 90% of my clothes are Nike products and all my shoes are made by Nike among other Nike products. I will continue to purchase Nike products because that's how much I have faith in the quality of the product. I also pay for the quality of the product and to say the least I am very unsatisfied with the quality of these 2 products that I purchased. Regrettably I do not keep receipts. I do not know what the outcome will be or what will come of this but I hope to hear from somebody soon. Thank you for your time and patience.

I am using Nike joggers for the last 12years.My experience was very good with Nike joggers.but I am disappionted for my last two puschases of Nike joggers.my shoes for basketball I have repair them three times from soul.The second jogger when I used for only 2 months r getting wort.They have small hole on parachute layer in both side.i am amazed what happened to Nike quality

My daughter purchased a Dri-fit black crop top for netball. She has only worn it a couple of times and the elastic down the bottom has begun to fray !
We would not have expected that this would be the result of an expensive purchase of a reputable brand ?

She is very disappointed as she made the purchase on her own and with her own judgement believing in the brand but on this occasion has been very disheartened !

First of All, I love Nike, it has been an excellent company and known Nike for a very long time, Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight, and officially became Nike. I am an avid athlete and love their running shoes and I am an IT Manager, and Love All their new Digital Technology. I don't think anyone could replace Nike.

I am NOT writing regarding a complaint against Nike but only one of their Contract Staffing Vendors AP Professionals. I am an IT Manager and attended one of Nike Tech Talks they sponsored on Thursday, April 13, 2017, Nike Decathlon Club Cafe 15350 SW Koll Parkway Beaverton, Or 97006.
I was very impressed with All the Nike Speakers who had attended and learned a lot about Digital at Nike. However, After the listening to the speakers at the event, we had a Networking session, I had a young Gentleman by the Name of Bruce Wadell from AP Professionals, come up to me who said he represented Nike and he was one of their main Recruiters to help Nike find people and asked if I was interested in submitting my resume to him for a contract Nike position. When I realized this guy was not from Nike and said NO to him, I was not interested. This guy seemed very desperate and asked if my company I work at utilized staffing agencies. At that, Time I realized he was not From Nike, however from a staffing agency and he seemed very desperate to get candidates or new clients. I was very Appalled to see this person and an outside vendor show up at a Nike Sponsor event and misrepresent themselves as though they work for Nike, to get candidates and business and totally misrepresent Nike. He gave me a business card and went on to the next IT Person. Which his card read, Bruce Wadell at AP Professionals, http://approfessionals.com/contact/
I also noticed this co. has posted several Logos of Nike to help them get candidates. I am very appalled, this staffing firm used Nike to get new clients, and candidates when they don't officially work for them. (I don't think they need to go to Nike events to get candidates, and they should not be going to other IT events in PDX to misrepresent Nike. I would not recommend this staffing company AP Professionals, or this Person Bruce Wadell.

First of all I'm from Fresno ca .I went to any store with your shoe line and I liked some but none had my size 7.5 in men I had to settle for black suede mid high top shoe. I paved about 150 for them [protected]. The quality picks up dust and makes the shoe look old and faded. I simply am regretting even trying because of the poor selection of shoes really frustrated me and I wasn't satisfied at all.
Id like to request a exchange or refund

Good evening my name is Deric Artis i have been a loyal customer since the 80's and will only purchase and or buy nike products for my feet. My last 2 pair have been nothing less than extremely poor in quality. Both have lasted lass than 6 months. My most recent pair was purchased in mid February at Dicks. They were $90 tennis shoes amd have already several tears where the bend by the toes are and tjey still look brand new otherwisr
I take great care of my shoes i wear in clean enviornments and clean them with damp cloth gently often. This is uncharecteristic of your product but it has me seriously thinking of changing brands for the first time in decades. Im not sure what can be done to correct this issue but thought you should be aware of the poor quality.

Ive included a photo of a pair of jordans I bought for myself for christmas, well I never even got to wear them until january 2017. Well I wore them no more than 3 days a week for maybe 7 hours at work. Im a 40 year old pharmacy cashier so no wetness, no scuffs, destruction of any type yet right away I noticed lots of velvet peel. Its aweful. I actually bought three outfits for work just to match these which I paid $108.00 for. I work minimum wage and support four teenagers I cannot really afford to have this happen because I cant afford to buy myself another pair. I absolutly love this color! What can I do? Please help

I was online shopping and went to Groupon to see if they had coupons for Nike shoes and they did. One coupon said free Nike shoes, of course I clicked on coupon and it sends me to free Nike shoes that had 12 pair to choose from and your header said free Nike shoes for training and gym. Awesome so I pick the Nike tr6 black white and grey pair, then proceed to pick another pair BC I thought 1st pair was free, so I then picked out Nike zoom Terra kiger 3 size 7 as well. Went to check out and they never took the tr6 off my bill. So I'm writing to you BC your advertising or if you want to blame Groupon then your site when I clicked on the free shoe coupon should have never brought me to the header that said Nike free training and gym. Now I believe I am in titled to the tr6 and for the wait confusion frustration and me only ever buying your shoes should get my order for free. Email me back with your thoughts, thank you.

My son has worn these shoes for 6 games - after the first game one of the white elastic strings popped out. Now as you can see from the pictures below several of them have snapped. We take very good care of these shoes they have only been worn on the court - never outside. I'm very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. I feel that for $79.99 they should have at least lasted the spring basketball season. I feel that the Nike name is synonymous with quality and these shoes did not live up to that standard. We would like a refund. We purchased these shoes at Academy in Pearland Texas in March. I look forward to hearing from you.

I've purchased multiple pair of nike shox and every pair the soles some off in time unfortunately nike has a 2 year replacement policy with the date on the tongue of the shoe at which time has expired being when I purchased them they were already pass the 2 yr date. Every pair has sole separation... I love the look of these shoe although they cost upper to 100 dollars U.S. you would expect a higher quality shoe...

No just a suggestion. I was walking my dogs this morning and a neighbor had their sprinklers on. As I walked through the water on the sidewalk I started to notice how slick the bottom of my shoes got and no later of me finishing that thought I found myself slipping and falling to the ground.

They are nice brand new cross trainers. I don't understand why you would make athletic shoes so slippery. People just don't train indoors people like to run or walk outside. You would think your shoes that you charge over a hundred dollars for could handle a little water on the sidewalk.

Just kinda disappointed. I love your brand but I gotta worry about walking in a puddle and possibly falling and breaking my ###. Something's gotta change.

Hope this finds the right department. You guys could have lawsuits up the ### if people have the same thing happen to me.

I purchased my Nike shoes about 3 months ago.. I am so disappointment in them.. I never buy shoes for my self and if I do they are the cheap ones at Walmart.. so this time I decided to get something nice because I would be trying to walk more.. I had a gift card from my mother n law.. for 50 dollars and these shoes were on sale for that much.. so I decided to actually buy myself these shoes.. they have not last long at all, which is a huge disappointment. The seal on the toe is already coming off and then another spot my toe is almost coming out of the netting part of the shoes.. I don’t understand how shoes could come apart in 3 months.. what a huge disappointment… thank you for taking the time to listen.. I am not happy with this product at all… I love the color of the shoes some much.. but wasn’t worth my money..

My wife and I have purchased 5 pairs of the Nike molded VAPOR softball / baseball spikes in the past 18 months and 4 of them have had the molded cleats break of while playing. I'm 57 years old, 175 lbs and play 2-4 times per week. No way these cleats should be breaking.

If you're wondering why 5 pair, I bought the first and loved the fit, comfort and style (I'm a Nike apparel guys as well) so I bought a spare pair. The first pair lasted only about 9 months, I wasn't happy but thought it was a fluke and bought a couple more pair to last me my lifetime. After about 2 months the cleats broke on one pair. My wife decided to surprise me and order another pair (1/2 to big) when she realized the error she ordered another pair in my true size. At that point I had 3 pair and thought I wouldn't be set again :) Well, in the last 4 weeks 2 have had the cleats break off and not I'm down to my 1/2 size to large pair. So frustrating, since I called Nike Customer Service after my last ones failed and they said since I bought them from a 3rd party retailer there is nothing they could do. These were all brand new in box spikes and I wear sandals to the fields and put my spikes on there. Really expected more from Nike as a company. Have a travel tournament this weekend and need to buy another pair, this time it won't be Nike!

I have been and hope I will continue to be a loyal customer of Nike products. I have at least 12 pair of Nike shoes currently I can wear. I have even ordered the custom Nike's. I have at least 100 T-Shirts. Twenty+ pair of shorts and not to mention socks.
My complaint that I hope you can rectify is, your hat products. I love the way they fit but my problem is the Velcro doesn't last long at all and I find myself having to constantly replace them. I have purchased at least 5 Heritage86 Dri-Fits. 4 NikeGolf, 4-Featherlight Visors. Not one has lasted more than a month due to the Velcro. I have had to purchase extra Velcro at sewing shops to keep the hat.
I'm curious to what you can do to rectify this.

On the inside heel of the shoes, the stitching for the vertical support and pull loop is exposed. Despite tryng thick and thin socks, I got blisters/abrasions in my heels. These were only worn for walking around the office and not for anything resembling running or training. After letting my blisters heal, I even tried wearing them without socks in the hopes that maybe it was the socks bunching up, but it was quickly apparent that this was worse. I love the look and buy many Nike products, but these are unwearable. I have looked at similar Nike shoes and there is an extra lining, so my guess is this issue has been corrected. I have pictures of shoes and my heels if that helps.

Good day, I have always loved the Nike brand and have always been a loyal member to Nike. The quality of Nike running shoes have dropped substantially, the two pairs that I own have gone flat and the soles started falling off. It seems like knock offs.They have been bought from a leading retailer which had cost me a fortune. I don't think I will be investing in Nike again. Total rip off. Will need to now source a new brand as the 2 pears of Nikes cannot be used .
