Nike bad condition

I purchest a pair of nike air max trainrs and once i had worn them a few times all the bottom have faded away at the back and around the bubble it use to be a nice whit and now its a nasty faded grey coulor i have always worn nike air max they are my favirot trainer and i pay alot of money for them i am completly disgusted with them and has put me off nike altogether if something does not get done about this i will be takeing the matter further.

Nike never received my shoes and my account was charged

I purchased Nike shoes from Nikeshoxr4.net and paid via paypal.
I then contacted them multiple times via email to find out when they would be shipped and then I found a phone number on my credit card bill [protected] (CA phone #), however, when I called this number said it had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

Well, I purchased them 1/22 and I contacted them every day for the last 5 days and still nothing. I filed a complaint with paypal, but have yet to hear from them.

Before I purchased from Nikeshoxr4.net, I researched them carefully and found no complaints. HOpefully, if you are considering buying from them, you will find this complaint before you get screwed like I did. Terrible company - Nikeshoxr4 .

I suspect there will be more companies out there trying to take advantage of hardworking people's money... so, these services are invaluable.

the name looks dodgy as hell to start, but why do people think the internet means you shouldn't pay for goods on reciept. PayPal and eBay are NOTORIOUSLY bad at resolving complaints.

Nike fraud and scam

I purchased 2 pairs of Ugg boots and they were sent to me in one box wrapped in plastic with no booklet on care of the boots there are absolute fake and are passed offas authentic. The site does not tell you that the boots are being shipped from China. They do not answer your emails regarding returning your purchase back to them to get a refund. I suggest no one purchase their items from this website. They misrepresent themselves and leave you stuck with a product that was to be authentic and it is a fake.

well, i am very sorry to hear that. i didn't purchase UGG boots. i purchased a pair of Nike, i know it is fake. but they just look real.the quality is very good. common people just can't distinguish. i like it. since it is only $64.

Nike unauthentic uggs

I am in the same situation! Except, I do have a contact number and an e-mail. I was on vacation when the boots arrived and they were sitting at the post office for over a week. Trying to avoid the boots being shipped back to her, she contacted me several times via e-mail and by phone to pick up the boots at the post office. This is the contact info: Phone [protected] and e-mail: [protected]@hotmail.com. I have also filed a complaint with PayPal and I suggest you do the same. The agent there told me that if enough people filed a complaint, there would definitely have someone looking into the situation.I have also contacted the credit card company who I used to make the payment. I am hoping that that they can launch an investigation under the fraud coverage. These people are ridiculous! I e-mailed them regarding the issue and got a very short response stating that they were sorry to hear about my dissatisfaction, but that they did not sell unauthentic merchandise. That was it! no offers or attempts to resolve the matter! I am outraged and will do whatever it takes to get to the bottom of this and get my money back! Please e-mail me if any of you are able to find additional info! Thanks!

Nike nike not living upto its brand image

I had purchased Jordan C.P shoes worth Rs 8, 550 on the 21st of June 2008 from SSIPL Retail Shoes, South Extn, New Delhi, India. The sole of the shoe got damaged within less than 6 months.

On giving the shoes for getting it repaired, they said it couldn't be as the WARRANTY PERIOD has elapsed. The so-called warranty period was a meager 3 months.

Really feel cheated for such disgusting service being provided by Nike. I am never going its shoes again.

I bought a pair of Nike Air Alaris for running and the right shoe blew out so now it just like running on bare feet. I would like to take them back and exchange them. I do not have the reciept so they probably will not take them back.

Just received a letter from Nike telling me the sole comming off my shoe was not a problem and they would not replace the shoe. Nike has poor quality and terrible customer service

All these companies are just selling there second grade product with no quality check in India. If this happens with a US customer, these companies know that they can be sued and therefore the quality check is there. I too have encountered similar complaints with my purchase of Nike Sandals. They were of very poor quality and were got disintegrated from the back. Shame to these big brands. Anyday our Indian brands Woodland/Bata/Liberty are better.

Hi, I have been wearing nike shoes for over 15 years. Something similar happened to me with my first nike shoe. It was also a basketball shoe. The sole of the shoe started disintregating after 8-12 months. Later I came to know that the particular shoes for basketball are ment for wood surface and not for general concrete usage. Always check your requirements before you buy. Runners are the best and they last 3-4 years of normal city and play usage. Hope this helps. - Jagan Kochhar, Jaipur

Nike - bad smell

I have bougt three pair of nike mens all leather shox for my son, and after wearing them for only a few months they smell horrible. It's an unusual strong odor, but it stinks up his entire room. You would think that shoes this costly wouldn't have this problem. Also, the top of the toe always starts to peel away. What is the deal???

Nike ugg boots

I purchased a pair of Ugg Boots for my daughter thru Nike-trade.com for $95 and they arrived in plastic bags in a beat up box with no receipt or information on the boots. The boots fell apart in less than 24hrs after wearing them! I cannot find a phone # or address or any information on how to return these boots. This was the only present my daughter wanted for Christmas!

im afraid that i too have been scammed! i ordered a coach purse through nike trade.com and got two responses from two different websites thanking me for my order and that my shoes in a size 8 will be shipped! when i try to contact them it says there is no such address and when i try to get back onto the nike trade.com it tells me i need an id# and password well im curious to see what my size 8 coach purse shoes look like if im shipped anything at all!

Definitely, I agree that any online cosumer of this store should file a complaint with PayPal and hopefully strike
an investigation. I will leave you with this thought..Unfortunately UGG boots are also made in China. I purchased all of mine at Nordstroms and when I read this article I ran upstairs to check the interior labels. All 6 pairs that is my husbands, my daughter's and myself, are all made in China! Just another stinking reminder as to why this country is where it is right now - Thanks to our lousy Politicians we sold our jobs to countries that hate us. I feel so guilty and try my best to find USA made products...those are like a rare gem in the jugle!

I had the exact thing happen, the box was broken taped and damaged. The boots were crammed in. They smell like varnish and have a shiny fur lining in them and one of them is ripped on the inside. I got them in the week of Christmas and had to travel 30 miles 2 days before Christmas to get my daughter a new pair. I filed a dispute through Paypal and they said they couldn't do anything unless there were other complaints. Now I see others on this site that have complained, but I haven't heard anything from Paypal.

I purchased what I was told Authentic UGG boots for my daughter. They are FAKE!
1.Once again the web site states that the boots come in their original package and placed inside another box.
* Boots were jammed into a cardboard box not even half the size of the original box they were suppose to come in.
2. We have other UGG Boots. The ones we ordered from this place doesn't even use similar lining of an authentic pair.
3. The outside material is rough and has marks on them.

We paid $105.00 as well and we used Paypal. I have filed my dispute with paypal and hope they are able to resolve this mess. My attempts to contact the company have been yielded no communication from their part. THESE GUYS ARE A FRAUD! If you used paypal, file a dispute. Paypal will do a lot of the legwork for you.

Nike scammers

I purchased a pair of "UGG boots" from nike-trade.com for $105.00. The site says they are based out of California and their products come in the original box and are authentic however; when they arrived in the mail, they not only come from a sweat shop in China, but they come shoved into a tiny, plain brown box with tons of tape all over it and when I opened it I got an overwhelming bad smell as well as discovering a very cheaply made, fake pair of Ugg boots. Which might I add were about 4 sizes too small. When I contacted nike-trade for a return authorization number (which their site says you only have 5 days to obtain) I got NO response. They would not answer any of my emails and there is no ligit place to call. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. I am not only out $105.00 but I'm without the only thing my daughter wanted for Christmas. Stay far away from www.nike-trade.com (also known as www.uggcenter.com)

Nike smell terrible

My parter has bought his son several pairs of football boots/astros over the last few months because each pair developed an awful smell like cats urine. we have realised through this web page and television we are not the only people. could you tell me what nike are doing about this? and how i can go about resolving this constant problem please.

i bought a pair of nike football boots for my 9 year old son in september he weres these boots once a week . they are washed with soap and water and have a very strong unplesant odour i have been informed this maybe a fault and due to the fibers of which they are made!

thank god someone else had the same smelly problem with nike soccer boots we couldnt have our sons boots in the house we had them in a bage with drier sheets to cover up odour liks cats wee..did phone sports shop and they promise to replace after we heard on the consumer programme of a recallc

This smell is still happening with Nike boots, I bought apair for my son in Jan 2010 and had to take them back in Feb 2010 (he wore them once), awful smell of cat pee.

Nike smelly

i bought my son a pair of nike mercurial football boots to start of the new football season in september he only wore the boots twice and they smelt so bad we put them in the shed, i bought more adidas this time, then i was watching the watchdog programe and noticed they had lots of complaints about these boots and a nike representative said you could go to the store you purchased them from and get a refund with or without a reciept i only wish nike had sorted this out with the sports direct store i purchased mine from i was told i had heard the information wrong after a heated conversation with the store manager he told me to go home find out the correct information then go back and apologise to him as you can imagine i am furious with sports direct and nike bad communication bad managment skills i was reduced to swear i am disguisted nike buyers beware ! i will never shop in sports direct again and never buy nike again.

bought mine from the same store in hull and i exchanged them in the rotherham
store with no receipt. i did have to wait 30 mins before i got the new boots
i also rang head office who said that there would be no problem with a exchange the ones we come out with was the blue nike boots and got a new receipt and £3.00 cash back on a gift card hope this helps you .

Nike shoes fallen apart after two weeks

I purchased nike luna racers from running warehouse, USA. I am an elite athlete who constantly purchases nike shoes (approximately every six weeks). However, this model is a complete disaster. The shoes have torn on the outer side of the shoe approximately two cms back from end toe. Also, they have torn on the inside approximately at the ball of your foot. The material used to produce this model is rubbish and clearly not durable. Shoes should not tear within two weeks of purchasing them. I have got a narrow foot and therefore foot width had no influence on the shoe tearing.

I'm contemplating purchasing new nike spike featuring the fly wiring but am concerned if i will endure the same problems i have with these shoes and end up wastng more money.

Nike awful quality shoes

I bought new nike shoes in may-june this year, the shoes had a special kind of fabric which was porous and did let in air to pass through. I liked the idea since the feet wont smell bad. But sadly, the shoes have not even lasted 6 months. I have barely used them for a month on a regular basis, and the pores have become mega-pores, holes basically. Would have least expected such a thing from a brand as well known as nike. Previously, I have bought all - adidas, reebok and puma and never faced a problem. I guess I will skip nike in future.

I bought my son a pair of nike shoes this past summer and they literally fell apart at the seams not to mention, the inside of the heal broke down... when i tried to talk to someone at nike they told me that asked for the number on the tag inside the tongue. If anyone has bought nike's lately you will notice that the tag is now an iron-on sticker that is easily taken out ( you can do the math with that one and a 9 yr old boy..)not the sewn in kind. They will not take them back to even look at them...they only started making that same shoe about a month before we bought them therefore, they should know what freakin' model number they are and when they produced that particular shoe. So much for the one year warranty that they got out of...It is a shame because we bought most of our sneakers there before but now don't feel like we are appreciated for our business . Guess we will find one of many companies that do..

I bought my daughter a pair of Nike to start school in September. She wore them one time to the fair. the sole fell off nearly causing her to trip. She thought I would be upset so she did not tell me right away. When she did I nearly cried. I am a single mother and cannot return these to the store. I did go to the merchant and got nowhere. They wanted to tell me that I must have washed them. NOT SO ! The sole does not even fit the shoe and has no glue what so ever. This is unacceptable. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes from www.nike-airyeezy.com! The web-site seemd totally legit, I received my shoes and discovered they are knock-offs/imitation Nike. I was cheated and led to believe my shoes were on sale 50 percent off from 130.dollars. This web-site never states what they are actually selling. They claim to be from the Uk. or Canada but my shoes arrived from China. The shoes are definitely not worth 69. dollars primarily because of all the flaws they have. Most of the stitching is visible and the feel like cardboard paper. I'm PISSED!

I brought a pair of exclusive Nike Zen Venti boots whilst on holiday in New York. I have since returned home to London, England and after only 4-5 wears one of the boots has started to squeek. I am very upset as I could not get these boots from the U.K so was very excited when I had managed to find them upon arrival in the USA. Not quite sure what I am suppose to do now and am at my wits end with these squeeking boots that I cant wear. I look forward to hearing from you soon, Thank you.

i have purchased a nike sandals from pune central but i am not satisfied with that bcz whilewearing it for more than 15 minutes it starts sweating in to klegs & cnt wear it for long time & the belts are very short according to my leg, company dont make the belts according to size iguess.. I purchased it thinking of brand name but i am totlly unsatisfied ?

i bought a pair of Nike Shock Shoes for R1500, a year down the line the shoes are falling apart. i don't expect to pay so much for shoes and they only last a year. i pay half that amount for ADDIDAS or Reebok shoes and they last four times longer than nike.. its an outrage to pay that much for shoes and they only last a limit amount of time.

i also bought a nike jacket for R500, 10 months down the line that nike jacket is totally finished, unwearable.. again i spent a lot of money on nike merchandise and it is not up to standard with competing products..

what is nike going to do. i demand some kind of explination from nike. why such high prices and the products don't live up the their worthiness.

I recently purchased a pair of white nike total 90 laser football boots. I have only worn these boots 5 times and they have already ripped, I have been purchasing nike boots for a number of years now and this is the first time this as happened. I do realize that football boots are subject to wear and tear over a period of time however i don't find it exceptable that a 120 pound pair of football boots should only last 5 times before they are damaged.

I am utterly disheartened by this and i am hoping to claim at least a replacement pair of boots. Or maybe i should consider purchasing another brand in the future.

I bought trainers (nike one tens) & there's glue all over them from wen they we're made i took them back to JD sports who sent them off & returned them saying there's nothing wrong with them i am shocked at the apalling sevice & lack ov refund or replacement I've been offered I've lost my receipt but i paid on my bank card i paid 115 pounds 4 them & I've been buying these & other nike trainers for 12 yrs & I've never had a problem like this before could u please sort this problem out for me Yours hopefully. i purchased one trouser price Rs.1300/- before 4 days from your Sriganganagar shop in Rajasthan .The salesman cheated by selling the trouser of 100% polyester saying 100% cotton.this type of selling dissatisfy the customers.This type of cheap marketing attracts totally failure of satisfaction of customers.please guide your salesman not to cheat any customer by selling wrong product.they were enjoying themselves by the activeness of cheating.I am very unhappy to see this type of selling of such type of branded company.

Nike bad product, horrible customer service

OMG, I can not believe this company. I recently purchased my 11 year old son some Air Jordan's. I usually don't purchase Jordan's because they are very over priced, but I decided to get my son these shoes because of exceptional unselfishness he showed towards a homeless man at a local shelter we volunteer at each Saturday morning. About two or three months ago, we were serving breakfast at the shelter and here walks in this man and his child, my son starts tugging on shirt, saying "Mom, I know him, he goes to my school." The look on his face was one that I will never forget, it was the first time that he realized that homelessness was a reality and it affected people he actually knew. The father walks over to me and tells me that he knew my son from school and he was very impressed with the way he showed respect to adults, he went on to say he was going through some financial difficulties and he did not even know how he was going to get shoes for his children. My son obviously overheard our conversation, because when we were ready to leave, he asked me to purchase shoes for his school mate and if it meant him not getting new shoes, then it was worth it, because he said his shoes did not look so bad and if his school mate did not get new shoes for school and had to wear the ones he had, he was going to keep getting into trouble at school, because all the kids were already trying to tease him last year for those shoes and... he could not stop giving me excuses on why I had to buy those shoes. This act of kindness touched my heart in such a way that I said not only am I going to buy shoes for that young man that goes to school with my son, but I am going to get my son those Jordan's that he has been asking for since first grade. Imagine how I felt when my son brought me a shoe that was ripped from the seam and you could see where the glue had gave way. I was instantly furious, not because I spent my money on the shoe; I know that was my choice, but because this shoe did not live up to the hype. I called customer service and they told me to ship the shoes back at my expense and they would see what they could do. I was upset at the fact that I had to pay for shipping, but not nearly as upset and the supervisor that told me that this happens all the time and that I should keep my receipt just incase this happens again. When I told her that it was not going to be a next time, she happily said "that's fine." What? That's fine! Has Nike gotten so cocky that they don't need customers? This supervisor went on to say, they are better than their competitors. Have they gotten to the point that as long as they are doing better, or so they think, than the competition that they are doing good? Well guess what Nike, not only am I not going to ever purchase Nike, I am going to tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.

Again, a HORRIBLE experience...

My FuelBand was not working. I sent it back. I was told that if I put a credit card as a collateral then the replacement will ship the same day. I did. Until now, after 10 days, I still have NOT received my replacement. The customer support is absolutely terrible. The people are nice but they have no clue whatsoever about why customers are not happy! Well, how about Nike fulfills their end of the bargain and be honest! I am extremely disappointed. If I new, I would NOT have purchased this product! Lessons learned...

I totally agree with you and I admire the fact that you went out of you way for that other child. I don't wear Nike I'm a Adidas fan and if I ever even think about buying Nike again I'll think about this story.

Nike nasty smell

The smell that these boots give off is so pungent that they cannot be stored indoors. They smell like cats pee, and not even the strongest air freshner can disguise the odour. My son refuses to wear them and I have refused to have them in the car. The store from which I bought them (Sports direct) have refused to exchange them, even though the sales guy admitted they have had "hundreds of complaints". I have written to nike cistomer care and await a reply. Do not buy these boots

I have been trying to get my son to throw his away for some time, have just bought a new pair of nike, , not sure of there name/make but wonder if they are going to smell the same once wet. It is true you can smell them throught the whole house!,

I recently ordered a pair of shoes with them and they sent the wrong size and would not pay for shipping charges to send it back. Be warned to PAYPAL customers as well. Even paypal can't do anything if merchants send you the wrong size. THAT SUCKS.

Nike worst shoes, nike

Hello.
I live in UK.
I bought Nike sports shoes three days ago.
But, I have feel a lot of pain on my foot with the shoes.
Even the back of my foot bleed and I can't work well because of the pain.
It's not the problem of size.
I tried to wear the shoes with a loose of the shoestring.
But I felt the same pain.
I found the reason why i feel a lot of pain.
whenever i walk, a part of the shoes press stronly the top of my foot. So, my foot is bruised in that part.
I trusted the brand, Nike. So, i bought that with expensive money.
However, when i asked to do something about the shoes in the shop they just gave me customer services number.
I already wasted my time to visit the shop two times and i have feel pain on my foot.
I already threw my old shoes out. and I can't wear new Nike shoes anymore.
I am really disappointed with the quality and service of NIKE.

Dear Sir,

Had bought NIKE STUDS SHOES (Product Desc-TOTAL90 SHOOT II HG, STOCK NO. [protected]) from SSIPL Retail LTD- M/s Shivas Departmental stores (P) Ltd., DLF Place Mall, District Centre, Saket, New Delhi on 4-7-2009 vide bill No. SC9/1331. I understand these shoes are very tough & rugged meant for playing AS ALSO INDICATED BY THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION "HG" WHICH STANDS FOR "HARD GROUND".

But with limited use only the shoes are torn and have developed defects with the top portion of left shoe coming out of sole. I approached the shopkeeper who initially was not prepared to take these shoes for replacement. With great difficulty he kept the shoes with him and gave me a receipt. When I enquired after 2 weeks, his answer was that the claim is rejected by SSIPL, when I asked for written communication/reply letter from them so that I can lodge the complaint with the company, he said no written reply is available.

I would like to state the following:

We went to store three times, however the shoe was not available in the required size in the store. The shopkeeper insisted that the shoes would be available in two to three days, so we kept going off and on to the store to check the availability and buying it. Incidentally when the shoe was available in the store, there was a sale on that day in the store though I was prepared to buy it at full price provided the size would have been available on the very first day itself. I want to state that NO SALE stage or SALE stage should not make any difference on the quality of product on display i.e. it does not go bad so suddenly.

My shoes are presently with the shopkeeper only.

I bought these Nike shoes as I heard that you are a very good company and deliver a quality stuff.

I look forward for your favourable decision for replacement of the same.

HAVE MADE SEVERAL COMPLINTS VIA E-MAIL BUT THE SAME HAVE FALLEN TO DEAF EARS.

I agree, 2 pairs of nike shoes, and, now can't walk, due to the arch where it meets the arch, of my foot is so bruised and, i hop along to walk, /crutches needed. got rid of pair, went to wal-mart, bought dr scholl's shoes and, walk fine . we need to sue the crap out of nike. I think a sadistical is working there, Fire nike!

Nike awful quality product

I bought the new Le Bron James shoes and they busted at the seam in less then a mouth and i paid $110 dollars thinking i would get some good quality shoes that would last longer then a mouth and the store cant do nothing about it i was really pissed because i just got them thinking the would last for a year or so and the fact that they messed up in less then a mouth tells me that the shoes are cheaply made and i would like to send them into Nike and have them send me the same shoes back but new and this time i hope they last longer then a mouth or possible just fix the one shoe that is busted!

Nike nike shox for kids unsafe

The Nike Show for kids looks like a tie up sneaker. But it is actually Eleastic laces with a hidden felcroe closure. The elastic does not keep the sneaker tight on the foot. Walking I can hear him dragging his feet to keep the shoe on. If he runs he fell at least once a day while wearing the Nike Shox.
I took the elastic laces out and replaced it with a real lace. Now the sneaker stays on. First time I ever had a problem with a Nike Product. Extremly dissatisfied with the Nike Shox for kids

Nike poor quality

I purchased the Nike Tiempo Ronaldinho 6 months ago to play soccer only on the weekends. The shoes cost about $150 and I thought that since I'm not going to be playing that much, it was worth the investment.

After playing for 6 games or so, the rim on the sole started to come off. After 15 games, the sole just started to rip completely off. Now it flaps around and I am disappointed in purchasing something that cost so much. I was not playing rough, hard, or anything, but casual running and it didn't seem to last.

Nike acg - just the name, no meaning

I have a been a regular user of Nike products.. from Tshirts, jackets, socks, shoes... The other day when i visited the NIKE store in Pune, i was fascinated to buy the ACG sandles, as the salesman had really convinced me it was meant for all weather conditions... so i had bought the pair & decided to wear it during the first rains, & thats when i experienced my first slippery incidence. These candles do not have any grip on glazed tiles...

I feel the company need not mention at all, if there are not aware of the full form of ACG.

Do not buy the ACG Nike boots, My feet hurt and when i streatch out the muscels in my feet feel like they are going to tear, I want to report this to nike, This is redicilious and they want me to buy insoles now.
