Nike / product issues
I purchased the shoes shown below within the past 6 months. They already have a tear on them in the mesh and shoe. I really am upset due to the fact I have only wore less than 10 times. I like my bike shoes all of them. However the quality of this pair has me wondering if they won't be holding up as well going forward and your quality is changing. I'm asking for your help to resolve this issue for me and to help retain me as a customer. I know 1 customer in the grand scheme of your company isnt much. However I just would like to see that all customers matter. Please help me in getting a pair without the quality defect in these shoes. As you can see below I take very good care of these shoes and also didn't wear very often. So the tear in the shoe makes no sense to me and I'm unhappy about it. Thanks for your time.
