Very poor 🤒
We don't know much about how Nike handles customer complaints outside ComplaintsBoard, but what we see here, on our website, is quite disappointing. We think there might be reasons for the company's actions (like not knowing about the complaints), and we would be happy to see them among customer-focused businesses that easily solve customer problems. But until that happens, we ask reviewers to be cautious when dealing with Nike and using their services, and to carefully read the experiences of other customers on ComplaintsBoard, because who is warned is armed, you know! 💪

Nike nike sportswatch gps

I have a Nike Sportswatch GPS and see that the model has been discontinued and is no longer supported.

I have loved this watch and feel really upset and let down by NIKE

What can NIKE do to help me move into a new model ?

I invested the money in the sports watch in good faith and would like to be offered an alternative solution/offer/watch - if i am to continue to support and recommend the brand.

Live in New Zealand.

Nike nike wear

Any company that would cause anymore division in this country than we already have which ultimately causes more anger and rage is not a company I can support! I have always LOVED your products and have bought them for my entire family of 6 as well as friends and loved ones on holidays and birthdays. I will no longer be buying your product! Hope you can see fit to change your mind on this issue and choose instead to bring our country together by creating a new ad campaign doing just that!

Nike kaepernick ad

The message of the add would be have been valuable had you chosen ANY other athlete or person to deliver it. To have a man who disrespects our law enforcement and the American flag deliver it and then to have the flag waving behind him in the add, could not be more insulting. I was happy to return over $700 dollars worth of Nike products yesterday. Moving forward, IF my family has a choice, we will NOT choose Nike.

Nike nike air max 2017 womens size 7

I was at the store shopping when I felt as I had stepped on something which was causing me to walk side ways it felt like, I looked to see under my shoes and saw nothing had gotten stuck to the bottom. After looking multiple times i figured out that the bubble (air) on the sole had popped which was causing me to walk sideways. I'm not asking that i get a new pair of shoes but i would like to get them fixed as i love using them to run and exercise and have not had them long. PLEASE HELP?

Nike customer service on fraud charges

on 8/1 a fraudulent charge of 310.29 was on my bank account and I called Nike customer service to report an unauthorized use of my card by someone other than me. They took my email address and said to expect to be contacted by their payment review people within 10 BUSINESS days. Those days passed and no contact. So I called again and again they took my information and said they would mark my request as urgent since no one contacted me. Still I have had no contact from anyone from the company to resolve the issue with the unauthorized use of my card. I want them to follow-up and refund my money since I didn't make the purchase and they should figure out who made a purchase using the stolen card number. I guess they don't really care. They got their money from my bank. I could say I shouldn't have used my bank card to make a purchase BUT I DIDN'T! SOMEONE STOLE MY CARD NUMBER AND USED IT TO PURCHASE FROM NIKE. They don't care to make it right with me. Be wary. They say they care but it is all lip service. Just like their ad campaign.

Nike ad campaign with colin kaepernick

It is a disgrace to the American working person that you would choose him for your 30 yr ad campaign for Just Do It. He has disgragraced our national anthem and all it stands for. So now you have in essence done the same thing. He chose the wrong platform to air his concern...our national anthem was not the time or place for that. Shame on you Nike for signing him to your campaign. As for me and my hard earned American dollar it will no longer be spent with Nike. I know many hard working Americans that are following suit!

You backwoods, white supremacy supporting idiots are so damn brain washed! Collins’ decision to kneel during the “modified abbreviated version” of the National Anthem had absolutely nothing to with our military! His rightful “law” given right to freedom of speech and expression has everything to do with social injustice in this Country. The same Country, I’m sure you; like the “Orange Faced 1st Russian President of the United States” claim to be in support of making great again...

I disagree with your argument: in kneeling during the national anthem, Colin Kaepernick is NOT showing disrespect to the military. In other words, our flag does not represent our military--it represents the diverse people living in this country, many of whom have been badly treated by law enforcement officers and political figures. For Colin Kaepernick to continue to do this in the face of the virulent and bigoted responses he has received shows that he is truly strong emotionally and morally. Nike is acknowledging this in the company's decision to use him as one of their spokespeople. Read this piece if you want to see another side of this issue: http://www.latimes.com/sports/nfl/la-sp-colin-kaepernick-green-beret-20160902-snap-htmlstory.html

Check out the history of this issue here: https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/nfl-sideline-anthem/

By the way, the NFL is not part of the military, and it is not controlled by our government. Nike is in the same situation. Professional football players

I am writing in response to your new commercial showcasing Colin Kaepernick, I am floored by the lack of respect you have given our service members! All he has sacrificed is money, not a limb, a loved one or a life! How about you be part of the solution and bring people together not enhance the problem by further separating people! Encourage people to go back to their schools and talk to students support teachers and encourage tolerance! Put your money and power into encouraging us to believe in each other instead of posing us against one another! JUST DO IT!

Nike kaepernick ad

Obviously, your more interested in social appearance than business. It's constitutionally wrong to protest on company time. As an employee. You cannot protest during the course of your job. Look it up. Football is about entertainment, a relief from day to day struggles. Because of your political social attempt to sway the viewing public, I'll not be making any futher purchases from your company.

Nike marketing

I just watched the Kapernick ad and will not be purchasing any further nike products from a company that supports this type of action and decisiveness in what was a great sport. I want to support companies that supply a good product and give good servic. I an age of political turmoil anyhow, just play the game. I is really unfortunate to watch. This is going to make me get rid of my kids stuff with Nike as well as any that I have myself. Just make a good product.

Nike unable to support commercial with colin kaepernick

I have been purchasing Nike shoes and other items of Nike for over 20 years and find myself unable to purchase Nike products any further in protest of Colin Kapernik commercial because of his beliefs in protesting when the National anthem plays. I believe respect is needed when the anthem plays and it tells the story of people who fought for Freedom and Democracy and should never be clouded by other issues. Protests are needed and should be done a different manner.

Promoting him and his way I can not support and since Nike is endorsing this, I can not support it or Nike products until this is fixed.

Babe: Kaepernick is using the wrong way to lodge his protest. Our flag is not a symbol that represents a belief system that espouses brutality against minorities, but a symbol of our shared values that are enshrined in our constitution and other laws that protect all equally. His chosen method of protest strikes another blow at our national unity and belief in our shared values. Do you want a nation, or not?

Nike advertising

I do not need to use abusive language to tell you that because of your recent decision on your ad campaign, I will not be purchasing any Nike products in the future. Simple as that. I am not a huge customer for you and I do not own your stock. My decision alone will not make or break you. But it is clear to me in speaking with others, I am not alone. Your decision was ignorant and gratuitously divisive. Your business is not politics and you have no business IN politics. There is nothing you can or need to do. My dollars will go to companies who do not seek to inflame and insult fully one-half of the country. I think you will find that when it comes to a choice between hoodlums, radicals and the men and women of our law enforcement agencies, that choice will be very easy for many of your most affluent customers. Perhaps when Mr. Kaepernik (sp?) decides to start protesting drug dealers in Chicago - who kill far more black men in a year than police officers do in a century - I may have more interest in what he has to say. Until then, UnderArmor and others will benefit. Just FYI.

Nike new advertising campaign

The hardest thing I had to dispose of were my Tiger Woods shirts. I have always been so proud to have met and followed Tiger for so many times during the years my wife and I traveled after selling our business. However, I am sure Goodwill will have someone who will want them.

I personally will never buy another Nike product. You want to enter politics then run for office. I am a Veteran and have no respect for those who do not respect our flag. If you want to discuss race relations then also include discussing: 40% of our violent crimes are committed by 13% of one race; 70% of single parents are of that same 13%; lowest number of graduations from HS of any race; no respect for others rights. More blacks are killed by blacks in Chicago each weekend than all the police mess ups in the country each year.

Unfortunately your CEO and his hatred for our President is more important to Nike than being a company that wants to discuss the issues, not force others and their ideas to be silenced.

Sincerely,

Nike kaepernick ads

Due to Nike's decision to highlight in their advertising a disruptive, anti-team, unpatriotic malcontent, my family, including the youth, will not be purchasing Nike products again. Yes, Nike may be smart in the short-term to create a media frenzy (free PR) and to target diversified youth - hope this demographic has enough spending power in the long-term to make up for the loss of the real buyers of Nike products (mature, tax-paying U.S. citizens.) I am very dissappointed in Nike's decision to continue to focus on the "me" culture, instead of emphasizing the power of the "we" or team culture. Sports should equal team, not highlight how an individual's opinions can take over an entire industry and jeapordize the rights of thousands.

Nike advertising campaign with colin kaepernick

Well Nike has hit an all-time low with their new ad campaign with Colin Kapernick as your corporate spokesperson. Today I went through my closet and I am throwing away every single Nike item I own. I have 5 pair of shoes, 12 golf shirts, a couple of t-shirts and a light jacket. The jacket was one of my all time favorite jackets...but I will never purchase or ever wear another Nike product as long as I live. I'm a disabled veteran and your spokesperson represents to me and my friends everything that is wrong with people in this country. This guy is a spoiled brat, that got paid millions for throwing a stupid football...and then he threw it all away because of his hate for the country that afforded him so much. And the people that made that possible were people like me that actually sacrificed something. Your buddy NEVER sacrificed anything but the "too much money he was being paid for being a marginal player and of course, an idiot"! I hope your decision to use him causes you company to go bankrupt. Move out of this country - you nor Kapernick deserve to be here. You have no idea what sacrifice is. If you did - you would have chosen a disable, VETERAN to represent you. You guys don't get it. Please go away, please go bankrupt, YOU ARE AS DISGUSTING OF A CORPORATE ENTITY AS ONE CAN BE~~~~

I have to preface this with the fact that I am a 72-year-old Caucasian female retired education professional, who has been a Pittsburgh Steelers fan for as long as I can remember. i just watched the "Just Do It" ad that is narrated by Colin Kaepernick and it brought tears to my eyes. The ad was thoughtful, uplifting and extremely well done.

I feel strongly that this young man has been misrepresented and treated abominably by the NFL, the press and the President of the United States. I applaud him for the courage to stand up for his convictions and Nike for their courage to create and run this ad campaign. To both him and you, i wish God speed in all that you do.

Nike colin kaepernick

I am a nationalized citizen of the United States and I feel proud to live in this amazing country which is giving me and my family many privileges and opportunities. It is a disgrace you have hired Colin Kaepernick who stood against the national anthem and encouraged others to do so. For me it is an honor to stand and sing the NATIONAL ANTHEM which shows support for our country and our troops!

We are a family of 8 and have always loved nike products since our boys all play sports. From now on we will absolutely not buy anything from NIKE, there are MANY other comparable brands just as good as Nike.

OUR FAMILY will not wear any NIKE apparel, and believe me, we have a lot of things that will be destroyed.

I am really sadden and I do hope you remove your ad with Kaepernick whom is a disgrace to the United States.

Sincerely,

Monica Eldred

Mr Mark Parker,

I have had and purchased Nike shoes and products since I was in middle school in the early 80's. I have also been purchasing them for my daughter for Tee-ball and other sports she plays. As of your decision to have Colin Kaepernick as your Ad campaigner I will never purchase another Nike product again! I think it is a disgrace to our men & women who have fought and died for our country and our heroes in blue. To kneel in protest during the national anthem. I know and realize that our country isn't perfect and that people have the right to protest if they choose to do so. During the national anthem is NOT the time to do it though. If people want to protest, there are other ways to do it than by disrespecting the men & women that serve our country. I think it is a TOTAL disgrace to our country and the men and women who fight for our freedoms to have him as YOUR ad spokesperson.

I served my country and take offense that Nike is shoving Colin Kaepernick attention circus show in my face. You can re brand his antics as much as you want. The Protest I can do is not buy your product. I usually spend $500 to $700 on school shopping. This year I purchased non Nike Products. I bet in any given year I will drop $4, 000 to $5, 000 on Nike products. Guess what? No Longer. I'm also going to do my best to convince my service friends to do the same and I have a large circle of veteran friends. I like Jim Bourne's comment... "Never buy NIKE" sounds like a great movement.

Not sure people saw this post by the National Association of Police Organizations for the USA. This I think puts it all in perspective. Our Police persons are the heroes of this country - not these million dollar [censored]s athletes!

September 4, 2018

Mr. Mark Parker Chairman, President and CEO Nike World Headquarters
One Bowerman Drive
Beaverton, Oregon 97005

Re: Colin Kaepernick and Nike’s “Just Do It” Campaign

Dear Chairman Parker,

On behalf of the more than 241, 000 law enforcement officers represented by our Association across the country, I write to you to condemn in the strongest possible terms your selection of Colin Kaepernick for Nike’s “Just Do It” ad campaign. Mr. Kaepernick is known, not as a successful athlete, but as a shallow dilettante seeking to gain notoriety by disrespecting the flag for which so many Americans have fought and died. The inclusion of Mr. Kaepernick in Nike’s “Just Do It” ad campaign also perpetuates the falsehood that police are racist and aiming to use force against African Americans and persons of color.

In reality, officers across the nation risk their lives not only protecting the athletes featured in Nike’s various campaigns, but also serve aspiring athletes across the country who use the Nike brand, through the thousands of Police Athletic Leagues, Boys and Girls Clubs and Big Brother/Big Sister programs where our officers donate their time and energy. They deserve to have the respect and full support of corporate citizens like Nike. Adding to the insult is the image of Mr. Kaepernick from the campaign featuring the quote “Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything.” The fact that Mr. Kaepernick is no longer a starting NFL player does not equate to him being someone who has “sacrificed everything”.

To truly understand what it means to “believe in something” and “sacrifice everything”, you should look to Arlington National Cemetery, or to the National Law Enforcement Officers’ Memorial in Washington, D.C., or to the trauma unit of a military hospital. The brave men and women of every race and color buried there, memorialized there, healing there, believed in this nation and our flag and exemplify the true meaning of “sacrifice”.

In featuring Mr. Kaepernick in the “Just Do It” campaign, Nike grossly insults the men and women who really do make sacrifices for the sake of our nation. We are calling on all our member officers, their families and friends to join in boycotting all Nike products.

Sincerely,
Michael McHale

I agree that protesting is a form of expression and covered under the 1st Amendment. However, that Amendment has limitations under certain circumstances. Employers can control, and even demand certain behavior in the workplace. In the case of Kaepernick, both the SF 49'ers and NFL as the entity that oversess it's member teams could have and should have limited Kaepernick and other protesters on what they were doing in the workplace - inside the stadium where they "work". Kaepernick and all his thugs could have protested outside the stadium all they want...and please note NOT one of them ever did that.

If you had any knowledge of Constitutional Law you would understand this. In essence, none of us have carte blanche freedom to expressing anything and everything we want. In Dixon v. Coburg Dairy, Inc., No. 02-1266, 4th Cir., 2003 and which has been upheld, the employer can require an employee to limit certain things they can do in their freedom of expression. I believe the 49'ers and the NFL failed in exercising their "Constitutional" right to limit what I felt was a stupid and insensitive protest. As a disabled Vietnam Veteran I gave up a lot so people can have the freedoms they have. But don't abuse those freedoms and show some respect to the Flag and our National Anthem.
That flag and national anthem has never hurt anyone!

I have a right to my opinion and you certainly can call me all the names you want. We are either a nation of laws are we have anarchy. I choose the path of following laws so we can maintain some civility in our society. Unfortunately, you simply have not done your home work, or you are incapable of understanding Constitutional Law. You are like all too many people out there that believe Freedom of Speech (protest, expression) is unlimited. Not so - look at all the people in this country that get arrested each year for protesting...and the law is on the side of the individual governments that are doing the arresting.

You need to go back and take a remedial course in civics...then write anything and everything you like. But do it with some semblance of intelligence and knowledge.

Russ - You simply don't understand the concept of FREE SPEECH. An employer can require you to act in a certain way while you are on their property. If you do not want to act that way or in this case speak, demonstrate in a certain way, they can fire you. That is NOT against the law. Kaepernick, and all the other idiots in the NFL that are protesting are certainly free to protest "outside the work place - meaning outside the stadiums the play (work) in"; but once inside the stadium the owners and NFL can demand they act in a certain manner. Kaepernick and his band of thugs in the NFL can protesting anything they want - but it shouldn't be allowed on National TV. As a disabled Vietnam Veteran I find these players simply disgusting. They never sacrificed ANYTHING to what I have witnessed. So I no longer watch the NFL and I will not support a company that elects to have this idiot Kaepernick as their spokesperson. Actually I think the ad is really good...except for the choice of Kaepernick. Why not pick a REAL HERO who has sacrificed everything - a disable Vet who can't walk anymore, can't write, etc. Those are the REAL heroes in our society - no the POS Nike picked. Ask yourself this - if this was such a serious issue where are all these GREAT Americans (not) during the off - season, why don't we see them protesting then?

You have been my favorite athletic company for over 40 years. I remember the first pair of Nike's that I ever owned (blue suede bruins). I am deeply saddened and angered over your decision to endorse political statements in your advertisement. What ever happened to" just do it" for the love of health and fitness. You have made a choice in the direction that you want to take your company, and I have a choice in the products that I buy. I will no longer support your company, and I will encourage everyone I know not to support Nike.

A disheartened former lifetime loyal customer

Nike endorsement choice

I have only purchased Nike shoes for my daughters over the past 5 years and now you are making me tell them that I can no longer purchase anymore Nike shoes for them as long as you support Colin Kaepernick. In my opinion, it does not matter what the subject matter is, you do not disrespect the flag. I can't in good conscience support a company that endorses anyone that disrespects the flag, our troops or our brave police officers. As a good American, I can no longer support your brand. You may have encouraged the millennials to buy a couple of shoes, but you didn't realized that most of the millennials have shoes bought for them by parents who do not support what this individual stands for. If I can give up the NFL and Budweiser, I can definitely give up Nike. Good luck to you in the future. I look forward to seeing your stock plummet.

Nike your latest commercial

I know you guys don't care but I and my family will never ever (at least as long as I can control it) purchase another Nike product! And that's a promise! You have added to the cancer that's tearing America apart! My your company go down in flames! The only reason you choose to air your hero's commercial is for the publicity. Even bad publicity is good right? I hope you sleep well at night putting a has-been quarterback that used this motive to cover up his declined career as a hero to look up to. I'm certain that our military people appreciate your stupidity.
