bought a pair of the nike slip on sandles only a couple of weeks ago, I have only worn them a few times now I have a big raw like spot on the side of my foot, I had to go seek medical to get cream due to its very sore and unable to wear any shoe until it heals, store won't take them back due to them being worn, I have bought nike for 20 years and for my entire family, I don't want to switch shoe company's for my family but unable to wear any shoe at the moment

It has never cross my mind that I will ever be in the position of writing you this letter of complaint about a Nike product

A couple a years ago I purchased a nice sport suit and a matching pair of running shoes size 12 from a Nike store located in Vaughan Mills, Ontario, Canada.I liked them very much at that time and because it was winter, I could not wear them immediately.I was looking forward for the spring to come, so I will be able to enjoy them.I deposited them in the closed and for some unforeseen medical reason I wasn't able to practice sport for a certain period of time and I forget that I have them.

Recently when I reorganized my closed, I found the set including the running shoes and I was so happy.Unfortunately the Nike sport suit did not fit me anymore but the shoes have, so I started wearing them.

Every time that I would go out I would come back with small piece detached from them.At the beginning I did not make a big deal of It.Every day I noticed another piece of them coming off.The braking point was today when the entire shoe sole came off completely.

I have had the idea that Nike running shoes are the best and the Nike company does not compromise on quality.
I have many products Nike and I have never experience this before.These running shoes were a "lemon"from the beginning, if I could call them like that.I paid 120 Canadian dollars plus tax and these running shoes are an embarrassment for whoever produced them inclusive for the Nike Company.

I have believed in Nike Company and I believe that Nike could make this right.A "one bad apple" is not representative for Nike.

I kindly request the Nike Company to provide me with a replacement for this running shoes similar or at the same value.Unfortunately I do not have the receipt or the original box since I trowed them away.

I purchase these Nike tennis on 6/1/2017 and by 6/11/2017 the tip of the tennis started to come up, so there is a defect, and I can not return them because they where worn already and I only wore them once. so can you please replace them. I love this tennis. So I would really appreciate if some one response to this complaint as soon as possible.

I spend thousands of dollars on Nike products a year between me & my son. I'm not very happy when I go into a store that sells nike products & if I use a coupon for the store I don't get the discount off the nike stuff. I think that is completely unfair. But I can go into a nike store or outlet & use a nike coupon there. It doesnt make any since. I got approval for a department store credit card & couldn't get the benefits of opening a new card because once again I purchased all nike stuff & it didn't go the percent off the items. I really think that we as customers of your product should be able to get the discount if the retail store is offering stuff like that. I mean they have sales on your stuff but can't use their coupons. I'm not a happy customer as I'm a single mother trying to make it in this world & can't even save money buying your product. I guess I might have to start taking my business else where.

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Nike.com online store for the first time. The shoes cost over 200.00 dollars. I have been a long time purchaser of Nike shoes and I am very loyal when I find a product I like. After I completed the order the shoes arrived promptly but they were used shoes. The treads were worn, the bottom of the shoes had dried dirt on them, the sides were scratched, the writing on the inside pads was almost completely worn off and the laces had knots in them. Now I have to send the shoes back before they will even ship me the right shoes. I will have to wait another week for shoes that I needed because someone at the warehouse is wearing the shoes that they ship to people.

all of my 3 sons underwear ans falling apart, they cost over 23.00 each and all are falking apart.my sons wear nothing but nike clothing and underwear and shoes.i cannot believe how they are coming apart.my sons are truly dedicated customers but this is rediclious! please help with this situation

My shoes are two months old. They squeak when i walk and they are coming apart around the sole and top. I paid good money for these shoes and i am very dissatisfied. I usually like your product and wear them all of the time.
This is the second pair that has done this. I don't like to complain but the shoes are horrible. Can you offer any help? It would be greatly appreciated if they could be replaced or a refund sent.

I work for a retailer who sells Nike products. I needed to find out the availability of a Structure Gore-Tex running shoe for a customer. The computer system you use does not allow a product search by description and requires a product code for something that may or may not exist. I phoned the Canadian Nike customer service rep and was told to look it up on-line. I questioned this response as it showed a considerable LACK of customer service and was told Nike was trying to get more people to go online. So... you have a system that doesn't allow people to look up what they need and you tell your representatives to tell customers to go there. Do you not see a problem here?

I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers for my 13 year old son one month ago. The sneakers have little holes in the material. I am very disappointed with these sneakers. My son always wears nikes. He doesn't wear the same pair everyday. He has a few pairs including a pair of lebrons. I am a single parent on a limited income. I'm extremely disappointed.

I am generally satisfied with the nike products/items I have purchased from the nike online store. They communicate via emails and keep you informed every step of the way. However, during their free delivery promotion, I purchased a mens size small nike zero t-shirt (black) for R379. Delivery and returns were supposedly free as per the promotion. When I received the t-shirt, it was not to my liking and I followed the correct procedure in returning the item. The online nike store had only refunded me R129. They had charged me R250 for returning the item I assume. I was not sent any communication stating I will be charged for the return. If I had known, I would've kept the t-shirt! I was also not informed why i had only been refunded R129 instead of the full amount. All attempts had failed in communicating with someone from the online store as the call center directs you to someone in America or Texas -I'm not even sure but it's definitely not South Africans. Suffice to say I will not be buying from the online store again. Extremely unhappy with thr way this incident was conducted and handled.

I purchased a pair of white Nike running shoes, size 10, for my daughter's birthday at the end of December 2016 from Dick's Sporting Goods. The number inside the tongue is [protected] VH. Within a few weeks the toe area began wearing away on the top of the shoe. There is now a hole above the big toe on both shoes. She wore socks while wearing the shoes.
We are having to replace her shoes. I would like some compensation to make this purchase, or a new pair of the shoes.

I'm looking to buy a new pair of Nikes. Problem is every pair I like are men's. Why are there so many more choices in men's sizes? It wouldn't be an issue if you sold men's size 6 but of course they start at size 7. You might want to think about making all styles available in both women's and men's sizes. There's a pair I really want but I know they'll be too big and it's a major bummer.

my daughter got Nike tennis shoe for school last year.(Sept) I noticed in April the top of her shoes on the side towards top on both shoes have small holes in them. The holes are located by where stitching is located. They have gotten bigger, but I don't understand on how they are ripping. i believe this is this the item number- [protected] upc number- [protected] would like a refund or a new pair.

I am an athlete and train 4-5 hours a day and therefore I choose to compete and train with the best gear which is Nike. I have always had great service from Nike and with taking good care of my gear it lasts a long time. I have however bought a pair of the Nike running tights in February and within 2 weeks the Nike sign came off after only wearing and washing it 2 times. A month later I went to the Nike store in Cape Town and told them about the tights. They said it wasn't supposed to happen, but that I would have to bring the slip to deal with it, which I didn't keep, cause it was supposed to last like my previous running gear, so I left it and bought another pair, (again for R790, can't exactly remember the exact price, might have been more) and so the same happened, I this really upsets me. So a month later the stripes became to wear and tear terribly. I still wear it, but I am really disappointed. I am a student and I already don't have a budget to actually wear Nike so I save for long periods of time to be able to buy the great quality, and that is why I am even more upset.

I will always stay true to Nike, because I love the designs and most of the time it is quality gear, but please look into this, so it wouldn't happen again. Looking forward to hear from you. Have a nice day.

I bought me some Nike Airmax 2016 last year and they didn't last me a long time. I always bought me Nike shoes and this is the first time that this happen. Your shoes are expensive make sure they do last for a long time. Also how come we can't use coupons on your products? It's rediculous because Nike makes a lot of money so why don't you let people save money?

I received a gift at Christmas of a pair of nike juvenate in black which I absolutely loved, I've worn them for occasional use and they have a hole on the top of the right foot. I am very disappointed as I also have nike juvenate in grey and this has not happened this pair. I can only say the black pair must be faulty. Please contact me regarding this

I purchased a pair of Nike Flyknit sneakers for my son in March of this year from Footaction. He only wears them for casual use and not even every day. Not even 3 months later, the TOP of the shoe is full of holes. I would expect a refund for this shoddy craftsmanship or a replacement for these sneakers. My son likes them, they're just falling apart. This is ridiculous.

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my son from Kohl's in September. They were only worn outside until November, then were strictly inside until April and have now been worn outside again for the past month. I've always bought Nike shoes for myself, but am extremely disappointed in my son's shoes. I've attached a couple photos for review. Both shoes have basically disintegrated, leaving several holes around the toe of the shoe. I would really appreciate resolution to this defective product, whether it be a gift certificate toward new shoes or a new pair of the same shoe sent to me, whatever protocol is...I look forward to hearing back from you -

Hello-my nine year old son purchased these great looking sneakers back in December for his birthday. He alternates them between a few other pairs. The soul on the right sneaker in the middle has popped and feels funny and now makes a squeaky noise when he walks. When looking st them it doesn't look any different but he said it feels weird.
We purchased at kids foot locker and spent quite a bit of money. He's heartbroken. We don't usually spend this much having four children but he saved up his birthday money to purchase.
