I bought a pair of Nike men's sandals on 8/11/2017 and the first week of October the ripped out the side of both sandals, I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. The product number is [protected] that was purchased from kohls in Wentzville mo. This is a $30.00 pair of sandals that I paid $22.50 plus tax and I still have the receipt. All of the products purchased on this receipt was Nike.

My daughter bought 2 pairs of Nike sneakers. One black pair and one bright pink pair. She has been wearing the black pair for the last two months only and we think that the "tongue" or top of the shoe is made what feels almost like satin. When she laces the shoe up the laces tore the "tongue" or top of the shoe. Please see attached photos. She hasn't worn the Pink one yet but the same will happen as it is made out of the same material.

I am unhappy with the customize option because yall do not add new shoes to customize and some shoes don't have enough colors to choose from, you should put more colors in for all shoes and make more shoes customizable, including jordan's. there are more than one of the same shoe that have very limited colorways and it does not make sense, i think yall should definitely do something about this.

Bought this shoe about a month ago. The heel on the right shoe started squeaking with each step. Thought it would break in but still as loud it not louder. It is embarrassing to walk around people and it makes me change the way I am walking to try to avoid the squeaking. Can I get them replaced?

I purchased a large package of girl children’s socks for my 8 year old daughter. She wears a size 2Y shoe and got the right package for her shoe size. She was able to wear them one time but after the first wash and dry they shrunk down to a small children’s size and she was not able to wear them again. Her and I am very upset. It was a huge waste of money. I had to go back to the store and buy her new socks again.

Purchased a pair of Sneakers at an outlet out of state this summer for my son as school shoes. He started wearing them Sept 3 and they already have Holes! He only wears them to school, has not been in any odd terrain that would cause holes. I contacted support and had TERRIBLE customer service and told to bring them back to where I got them. Again, I got them OUT OF STATE! for a company that claims to stand behind their products so much They dont seem to very helpful in getting this issue taken care of!

I am a very loyal long-term customer, and am generally very content with my Nike sports gear. However, over the past 6 months, I have had a failure on 3 pairs of Men's Nike Overplay VIII shoes: the outside sole on the left shoe has cracked and broken on each pair. (I like the Overplay line because of the slightly larger "footbox" that fits me very well) On the first pair, when it cracked, after about 4 hours of court time, I thought it was just a fluke, and went back to Dick's Sporting goods and just bought another pair of the exact same shoe. After the 2nd pair cracked, I went back to Dick's Sporting to see if they would replace them (3 weeks old), but they would not accommodate me. I then purchased a 3rd pair, which have now also just come apart. I am a 55 year old, 180 lb man, who spends a couple hours a week on the court to stay fit. These shoes should last more than a couple of months. Subsequently, I purchased the later versions of the "Overplay", and see that the sole has been re-designed. Can you accommodate me with a couple pair of replacement shoes? Men's 10.5, in Black. I have attached photos of the defect for your reference. Thank You, Mike at [protected]@outlook.com

3 weeks ago I received a pair of WMNS Nike Flex 2016 RN from my parents and i wore them for the second time when they tore. I was running and the shoe scrapped along the side walk and tore. This is anaccpetable. They are running shoes and should not be this fragile. I attacted a photo. I am very upset about this and hope that my complaint will not fall on deaf ears. As it was a present I do not have the slip but i still have the box. The shoes were purchased at the Nikr outlet in Atterbury Pretoria. Unfortunately I cant bring them back as I live in Tzaneen, Limpopo.
I always thought Nike shoes are good quality and was so happy when I received them but this situation makes me wonder if we are just paying for the name and not the quality. I am hoping to hear from you.

Just letting you know that my husband(a sheriff's deputy) and I will no longer be purchasing your products due to your support of those NFL players who are protesting police officers, the national anthem and our American flag. We had ALWAYS chosen Nike first but no longer will I take hard earned and heavily taxed money to support your company. Now, I know this message means nothing to you because your company only cares for the exceptional and not the ordinary individual but I do intend to spread this information to other ordinary individuals such as myself.

I purchased these shoes from Dicks Sporting Good store on 8/31/17. My son has worn them for the past month to school and they have already several rips and holes in the thin material. Normally a pair of $70 shoes will last him up to 6 months but not these. My son will now have to go to school wearing ripped shoes because I can only afford one pair of shoes every 6 months. I am a dissapointed customer, we normally only buy Nike shoes because of the quality. But after this purchase I will no longer purchase any Nike shoe.

my name is Sarah Filapello, and I'm a true nike product customer... to golf clubs, cleats for baseball and softball, football stuff and clothing... this pass softball season I bought my daughter a pair of nike cleats like we usual do.. we bought then in June... this past week we had our last tournament of the season, and into my daughter's second game the clear fell apart.. we had no other pair with us cause our last pair lasted over 2 season.. we then asked other parents if they had extra cleats on them and no one did.. my daughter is a short stop and is a starter, so we ended up using medical tape to fix t hwm so she could play the rest of the game and the game after.. I have to say I have never been more disappointed in a nike product than this.. we spent over a 100 dollars on them and they didn't even last 3 1/2 months... this will make me think twice about buying a new pair ...

I purchased 2 pair of these Nike flip flops for my 3 year old twin boys 3 months ago. I also purchased Nike flip flops last year and they have held up wonderfully. I passed then down to my nephew and god son and they are still wearing them. I am very disappointment in the quality of these flip flops I purchased this year. They are coming apart we’re the side trap meets the base. On one pair both straps are coming apart on the inner side and the other pair one strap is coming apart in the inner side. It’s horrible and they’ve not worn them that often. My husband and I work full time so their grandmother keeps my boys while we are at work and they always take their shoes off when they are inside. Basically the only time they wear them for any length of time is on the weekend. We have always been a huge fan of Nike which makes me even more upset. My family currently own 8 pair of Nike tennis shoes and the two pair of flip flops. I am in shock because of the poor quality of these shoes.

I had issues with shipping address. Contacted Nike customer service and was informed address had been corrected and I would have my shoes re-shipped. Person reassured me address was correct and I would have my shoes shipped to my correct address because they were launch shoes. Today I contacted customer service spoke with Ramon and asked to speak to so called supervisor by the alleged name of Susan. This so called supervisor refused to take my call and I was informed through Ramon she REFUSED to take my call as it was not her problem. Seriously this is the service your loyal client's are receiving! He refused to provide the last name of this alleged supervisor Susan. This is a very unsatisfying incident and will not look forward to making any further nike purchases for myself or for my family!

Hi I purchased 2 pairs of the lebron James x1 for both of my kids and the shoes are terrible the straps did not hold since day 1 and now the furry part of velcro strap is coming off and they can't even wear the shoes anymore the kids are ages 8 and 5 and at school they hgad to jeep putting straps back on I will never buy lebron shoes again sad to spend that kind of money and shoes don't last a month

I bought the Nike FS Lite 2 Mens Running Shoes at Shoe Carnival in Gastonia NC on 6/22/2017.I bought these shoes because, I was getting ready to have back surgery and Doctor wanted me to start walking after surgery.I finally had surgery on 9/20/2017.I had stitches removed three weeks later and I started out with walking a half mile three days a week and I did this the first week and moved on to one mile three times a week after that.I'm walking on a flat half mile track.The bottom on both pairs of shoes are already worn out.I was just wondering if there is anything that you can do about it..Maybe a discount on another pair.I honestly don't want something for nothing and really enjoyed these shoes until my feet started to hurt and then I noticed the bottoms were worn..Thank You, Todd Wise

I bought Nike Zoom Winflo 4 Women's Running Shoes in a size 9 2 months ago. From the moment I wore them they were squeaky like hearing rubber rub on rubber. I thought it was just going temporary until they were broke in. I've worn them at least 3 times a week for the past 2 months and they still squeak. It's very annoying and my co-workers even hear it when I walk. After spending $85 on these shoes, I expected a much better quality than this. Normally I buy Asics, but I thought I'd try Nike since they seemed comfortable. I could have bought 2 pairs of asics for the price of these squeaky shoes that I want to throw away because they are embarrassing to walk in. There is no damage done to the shoes, like I said they squeaked from the moment of purchase. I am requesting a full refund so I can purchase a pair that does not squeak.

I respectfully disagree with the take a knee Atheletes protests, I respectfully disagree with your corporate stance of support. I do celebrate your right to CHOOSE to do this. I also celebrate my right to no longer buy your products in my abiding support of our troops. Especially the ones that can't take a knee because they lost a leg so you could have the freedom to support this fleeting sideshow that has NOTHING to do with the very WORTHY issues they THINK they are bringing to light. Issues I care deeply about that are getting lost in this immature display.

This is a warning if you support any of your paid Athletes, Singers, Artist of any kind, Actors, Teams, who protest this country, flag, President you will feel the wrath from all Americans like myself who have been loyal and made you great in this country. It is in your best interest to detach yourself from all anti American protest as soon as they happen. We the people are watching and Inpromise we will stop buying your product we're fed up.

I was very disappointed to hear that you are backing the NFL. I will no longer purchase any product made by Nike as a result. The National Anthem is not a place where anyone should use to make a stance. There are families who have lost there fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, husband & wife's. Shame on you for supporting such a shameful thing. I really hope you will reconsider. Everyone is entitled to there opinion and have the right to express it. However disrespecting veterans and active service men/women is not the way to do it.

I was disappointed and appalled to read that Nike is siding with the NFL players who took a knee and disrespected our great nation and for those brave men and women who have fought/or currently fighting for our freedom. My family will no longer purchase Nike merchandise and I will gladly spread the word to my friends who mirror my beliefs. We are all Americans and we should be as one, showing support and respect for our freedom, flag, country, and our troops. YOU ARE A DISGRACE!
