I am a 20 time marathoner finisher and run religiously almost everyday. Sunglasses are a crucial part of my running ritual, so I thought as a satisfied Nike fitness and footwear user I expected the same standard for its vision products, so I bought a pair of tailwind sunglasses and must say that I was gravely disappointed.
The nosepiece deteriorated on my nose and the sticky, gooey substance on my nose ruined my runs! I couldn't comprehend such negligence in a fitness company so years later I decided to give Nike a second chance to rectify the nosepiece issue after more than a decade ago but sure enough in a short time the TW 12 nosepiece disintegrated in the same fashion. It's just despicable of Nike to let such an issue go unresolved by not only me but also multiple runners who've had the same issue (just check amazon reviews). What a complete waste of my time and money! I'd advise all runners to 'stick' to nike shoes and shorts, only. Shame on Nike. Please refund my money and include an allowance for ruining my runs ASAP. Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am a fan of the Air Force one shoe style for a long time, and I have been buying the same model for years. This time, I'm so disappointed about the shoes and it's quality. First, I have to complain about the shoes which makes me very uncomfortable when I wear it, and it made my foot swollen since this afternooon.
I would wonder why such a reputable company with the popular Air Force design would manufacture a bad shoes such as this one.
I, now have to seek a doctor's advice as well I have wasted my money on buying your product.
That is a very disappointing experience and I would definitely change to buy other brands' of sport shoes.
I do request a formal investigation and please reply back to me regarding this complaint.

I have a complaint about a sneaker that I have for less than a year. I have wore than to and from the gym and to do some running with my dog. It should not be that the air part on the bottom when I wear it collapses. In the picture below I have shown that I can squeeze it lightly and it caves in. I have no support in the shoe and I have fallen over due to the fact that the air part collapses instead of offering support. I would like a refund of my money of a new pair of sneakers that offers me support so I don't break my neck while wearing the shoe. I have been a loyal Nike wearer so I am truly surprised at the lack of support.

We purchased a pair of NIKE Men's FS Lite 2 Running-Shoes, Black/Black/Black, 10. 5 D US and paid around $70.00 in August 2017 at Shoe Department in Cedar Falls, IA. We got them for work as he is a salesman and has to be on his feet 10 hours a day, plus these also looked really good with black dress pants when needed. We have always gotten Nike shoes as these are favorites in our family. The shoes are starting to rip out on the sides of the shoes on both and are not looking as good as they should for being a few months old. My boyfriend went into the Nike outlet store on MLK Boulevard this afternoon at 2 p.m. He had a return which was a pair of shoes I received as a gift and I told him to go exchange them for something he would like. The woman there was very helpful and kind directed him to go pick out a pair of shoes when he came back to the counter and a Gentleman tall skinny with light brown hair told him that he needed to make it an exact dollar amount. When my boyfriend brought up the fact that it was an odd dollar amount and he didn't know how to do that the gentleman asked him to pull out his own money and pay for something. My boyfriend went back to find something to comply with the gentleman and the woman who helped him earlier asked why he was back looking. He explained what was going on and she took him to the counter where the gentleman from before proceeded to ask my boyfriend why he didn't have money why he was in the store. The woman was a very helpful and very kind and got my boyfriend out of the store with the item he wanted but the gentleman made him feel completely stupid and embarrassed. The fact that he continued to berate and belittle him in front of other people was ridiculous and I am very disappointed and the way he was treated today by the gentleman. I feel this is important to know because a gentleman like that caring for your customers who has nothing but horrible things to say I should not be behind the counter. I must stress also that the woman who helped him today who described herself as the manager was very good at accommodating in trying to help the situation. I love Nike always have but the last few pairs of sneakers I have purchased for my son have been a real disappointment. My son is 10 and wears a size 6 1/2. The rubber piece on the toe starts to become unglued much quicker than the life of the remaining shoe. A lot of the times it's one shoe that does it and not the other. This makes the shoes look terrible before it's time to buy more. I am a single mom and I depend on my sons sneakers to last more than a few months especially when he has two pairs of sneakers. I cannot afford to continue to replace sneakers before their time. This has happened with the last few pairs of Nike sneakers I have purchased for him. They cost a lot of money and I don't have $60-$70 to continue to spend on crap shoes that are normally quality. I am very disappointed. I wish you would make the rubber piece on these shoes to last or stay glued a bit longer. In the picture you can see where I have tried to glue it do it lasts a bit longer or until I can afford to buy more.

I purchase a pair of Labron James shoes for my six year old son. My issue that I have with the product is that the second strap coming down the shoe want stay closed. I have spoke with several people that has also purchase the same type of shoe is having the same issue. I end up removing the second strap so that he would be able to keep his shoes. I paid about 85.00 for those shoe. I very disappointed because I am a huge fan of Nike. I am not expecting anything from this but I am asking that you please re-evaluate the straps on the shoes when making them

I just bought these for my sons birthday and he showed me that the shoes have different designs these shoes are not cheap and I'm a little upset over this. I have been buying nike and jordans for them and me as well for years i have spent hundreds over the years and to see something like this from Nike is shocking. I bought these nikes love them but the sole of the shoes came apart now there junk I paid a lot of money for these shoes there's no reason a good named brand of shoes should do this I would expect this from cheap sites but not nike I tried taking them back but was told there was nothing they could do I fill I've been ripped off and they should be replaced

Hi, my name is Jasmin Espinoza. I've been trying to order a windbreaker since Black Friday. I have no been able to be processed even though I've been trying for he third day now. I've called your customer service line multiple times & have waited for 35+ minutes both times. Once I finally reach someone they try to assist me and then tell me I have to go online and do it on my own. I've literally spent hours at a time to get this gift for my significant other. First your website was down, once it was up, my taxes wouldn't process. I have not been able to check out. Now I can't remove the item from my cart and readd it. I'm getting extremely frustrated. Not to mention I've had live chats as well. In all I've spent at least 3-4 hours daily trying to work with your staff and/or on my own to get this to process. I understand that you guys are having technical issues but your IT group hasn't even attempted to solve my issue although I've reached out multiple times. I would just like to order [protected] in Black/Black/Black/white. How and when will these issues be resolved? I would be ordering elsewhere by now if he didn't specify he wanted Nike. The unprofessionalism is overwhelming seeing how holidays are here and they never change date.

I bought these Nike shoes in Kansas city about 6 months ago, brand new, I ware them everyday, well I did .my name is Darin stratton from poplin Missouri, I have always worn expensive Nike brand products .these are the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn great fit, I weigh around 150 pounds, and i would expect that paying $200 for a shoe, they would last more than six months .but the short time I've had them the air pocket on the left shoe blew out for no reason, I would love a new pair, but I'm not buying another Nike product at all, I know this probably won't even be read by a person .but anyway your products have lost the good reputation from me, ([protected]@Gmail.com .my phone number is [protected]) until I get a response I will not purchase any Nike items .to whom it may concern

I purchased two Nike dry fit hoodies and two pairs of Nike athletic pants from academy sports and outdoors in Jonesboro, AR for my son. He has had them about a month and on both hoodies where the front pocket attaches to the front of the hoodie both have gaping holes where the stitching is missing both in the same place. I gave $49.99 each for these hoodies and I'm really disappointed. I have never had this problem with Nike clothing before and that's all my son will wear. Academy will not exchange them because they have been worn. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

My wife bought a nike shoe 3 months ago from Nike official store in Carrefour City Center, Alexandria, Egypt. Unfortunately, the rubber Toe cap, got detached.
She went to the store to complain about it & ask for exchange, they told her after 2 days that they can't exchange it & that they have consulted about this issue & the answer was No!
The point here is that a very loyal customer like my family (myself, my wife & 3 children), you won't imagine the number of Nike items we own (I can send you photos if you want!), we are very frustrated and disappointed with this reply!
Unfortunately, this shoe didn't stand up to the standerds of Nike & the reply from the store manager too! Who suggested fixing it with glue!
I hope you recover this unfruitful experience, investigate more, and meet our expectations.

I have been a loyal Nike customer for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. Recently I purchased a pair of the Nike Air Max 2016 and have now had several instances when I have slipped. This has occurred on hard wood, black top, tile, etc. I have had hundreds of pairs of Nike shoes, including Air Max, and have never had a problem with this before. I am unsure if the issue has to do with the "clear" sole or not. I like the appearance of the shoe, but for the first time am extremely disappointed in the quality of Nike.
I have always had confidence in all Nike products and have been able to wear the shoes for about 2 years each, but unfortunately feel these shoes were only able to be worn for 1 month. I don't want to risk falling and injuring myself from a slippery sole and am disappointed that I wasted my money.

I have been a faithful and satisfied customer of all Nike products for over 25 years. Since I was young I've always wore Nike shoes. Nike has always provided great support and they lasted along time which is why I've never minded the price. But of late the product has failed me. I purchased 4 pair of air max (2016 & 2017). All 4 pair have had some sort of defect after a short period of time. It seems the bubble burst which leads to no support at all and a very uncomfortable shoe and it also makes a noise due to this flaw. Those shoes cost me over $800 in total. I purchased these shoes at various sports stores and on your official website. I am asking that you remedy my issue in some way. I have not lost hope in your product but I do have a problem spending so much money and then have the product fail.

I liked the shoes, Because I have problem with Plantar Fasciitis..

the price of the shoes was $ 99 ... but they didn't have my size...

so, they send to South Coast Plaza location, .

when I was there, they charge me 150 dollars...

I talked with the Store manager, A lady... she said that is the price of the shoes, if don't like the price, ... go get a different brand...

so I left and went to Skechers to get one...

I will never go back to Nike again...

defiantly not in The South coast plaza location ...

i purchased a pair of assertions for my son for basketball. The shoes never made it to a practice. my son wore them in the house to break them in. as soon as he went to lace them up the little lace eyelets tore. there is no way to fix them. unfourtinatly we didnt keep the box or reciept due to the fact that it was 2 weeks after purchase. and of coarse the retailer would not stand behind them because of no box/reciept and they said i was lieing. very disapointed in the product. for what you have to spend where is the empisis on qaulity and customer service.

I purchased one pair of Air Jordan 1 Retro on 4th November 2017 ON Nike Offical website Australia. After two weeks waiting, I got a pair of worn Jorden stuffed in a SMALL BROKEN orange nike box! This is most DODGY packaging I have ever received, especially from an offical site!

The pair of the Air Jordan was not in the original box! Appeared to be worn and returned! The quality is really bad for a collector!

Worest experience ever!
