Nike shoes

I have wore Nike shoes all my life and here in the past two years I have gotting two pair of shoes wear the soles have come off in less than three months I do have to say that the products do now hold the same standard as they use to it seems like the shoes don't stand up as long as they usto and it is really upsetting to know the a good shoe can not stand up like they did ten years ago

Nike online sneaker order

I'm very disappointed with the way Nike handled my situation. I ordered sneakers online and was messaged that I got the sneakers and It was not delivered to me at all. They told me that the carrier returned it backed to Nike and will redeliver it back to me in the next 2 business days and they never did. I called back and they said sorry they didn't have the package. This is horrible customer service. I hate Nike now.

Nike shoes from supposed uk nike store refusing refund or send correct order

Hi the above website sells your shoes under the guise of cheap prices.

However they are committing fraud.

I ordered a pair of Womens size US 8 Nike Air Max 90 Custom Candy Drip Lightning Purple Blue Pink shoes, from the above website.

When they arrived 2 weeks later they were not the shoes I ordered and now they are refusing to refund my money and are also refusing to send me the correct pair of shoes I ordered. I have given them both options to choose from which I believe is quite reasonable.

I do not know if they represent your brand with your permission but they have committed fraud against me and who knows how many other customers.

Please I request you do something about these people giving Nikea shocking rep.

Nike nike.com sneaker app charged my card without buying an item

i tried to order shoes on nike's sneaker app but was told my pre payment info was wrong...after submitting the info again with no change to the payment that was previously inserted was told the item was sold out...then i get a chime from my bank saying i was charged $264.31 cents...i called nike customer service to inquire about this charge, but was told they never charged my card, upon me telling the rep that they did charge my card, she hung up the phone on me, i called back and talked to another rep who i could barely understand because of the language barrier, i speak fluent english and this person did not, so eventually he hung up on me, i called again and spoke with someone who told me that nike automatically charges you for the item whether you get it or not, if you don't get the item the funds will be returned to your card immediately, i said nike website says "you will not be charged until your item is shipped" not only was i charged, but i never received or got any item! that was saturday the 26th, today is the 31st and nike is telling me that they will try to get someone to contact me in 7 days? really? this is inconveniencing at this point, and it seems no one at nike even cares! this is BAD business! i am very disappointed in the handling of this situation by nike, i have other things to with my money that nike is preventing me to do because they are holding my money hostage with no item bought or given! i know nike is a billion dollar company as the rep told me, if this is so they should have no issue with returning my 264 dollars by now! this is a shame!

Nike nike air max 90's poorly made

Good Morning,
I am writing to let you know how disappointed I am about a recent pair of Nike Air Max 90's I bought my husband on 02/25/2018. First let me say, he legit only wears Nike Air Max 90's... he will not wear anything else. So I tend to buy him at least two pairs a year. So I bought him a new pair on 02/25/2018 at Foot Locker in Franklin Mills Mall in Philadelphia, PA for $110.00, something different, they have cloth when usually I get the leather ones. Well he has worn them not even a handful of times and the outer part of the one shoe, the seam completely popped out. And it's not just a little hole, its about two inches long and now the shoe is unwearable. Of course they ended up being his favorite pair and I no longer have the receipt. So now we have to throw away brand new sneaks which were barely worn because they were poorly made! I am so disgusted how poorly this shoe was made and truly upset with Nike. Do I no longer buy Nike sneakers now since this the quality I'm getting? I'd like to know what to do with these poorly made sneakers. I no longer have the receipt, just left with useless shoes and pure disappointment at this point.(Pictures Available)

Nike nike solay flip-flop

Hi

My husband and I both bought pairs of Nike Solay Flip-Flips while we were on holiday in Lasaka, Zambia on 30 March 2018. We are extremely disappointed that they didn't last very long. We wore them for a few days and the support had completely flattened out on the heel. We couldn't wear them anymore as they were not supplying any support and our backs started to hurt wearing them. We always thought Nike was such a great supplier of high quality products so we were very disappointed with this purchase. They were on sale so we paid K250 for my husbands pair, camouflage bottom with green straps, and K300 for mine, black bottom and red straps. We still have them so would be happy to send them back, as we can't wear them as they are too uncomfortable. We unfortunately threw out the receipt and packaging while we were packing to return to Australia. We would like a refund of this below standard purchase or a credit to buy something else.

Nike shoes

My son got a new pair of nike shoes, as he does once it twice every year. The last pair we got were not made well, as the side of one ripped open less than a month after we purchased them.
That was about the end of march. Purchased at a kohls dept store. I had my ex husband take him to get them.i gave him the cash. He did not save the receipt sadly.
I am single, with two kids. One with special needs, so this expensive is not easy for me.
My 14 year loves nike shoes and always wants your brand.
Please help me either shoes. I would greatly appreciate a replacement of these for him.
I am including pictures to help.
I actually had to sew up the side where it split so he could wear them to school.

Nike nike huarache - run boys grage school product#[protected] size 7 black

To whom it may concern,

I purchased a pair of your Nike Huarache shoes on 11/27/17 that were given my son as a Christmas present in January of this year. He was very excited to receive them and even more to show them off at school. My son is a 6th grader in middle school and is very active in sports. The Huarache's were not worn every day, just the days he would practice cross country running for his school track team. Just last month I noticed the front of the shoe was starting to crack as well as the stitching coming apart. Now the entire front of the shoe is cracked and his toe is showing outside of the shoe. My family has worn nike shoes for the last several years and plan to purchase more because they are good quality shoes. I ask that you seriously consider replacing the shoes to keep a valued customer. Thanks

Nike nike sandal with memory foam footbed

I have been buying these particular sandals (flip-flop type) for several years and have always been so pleased and have recommended them to many others... Until the past two years. These sandals (made in indonesia) are not holding up like the old ones. I bought a pair last year and within two months the part that goes between your toes came loose and broke. I decided to give them another try this year and the same thing has happened. I have had these for a couple or three months and the left one just came loose this morning. I am not a wealthy person and am very disappointed in the quality of this product. I cannot just replace these with a low income and a husband on disability. I haven't contacted shoe carnival (where I purchased the shoes). I imagine they will just tell me that's too bad. I, of course no longer have the box they came in nor the receipt, so I guess I am just out of luck. I will not purchase nike products again because of the experience I have had the past 2 years. I really hate it because I absoulutely loved these comfortable sandals! Thanks for listening to me and please improve this product.

Nike air max penny hardaway 1

I bought these dope penny hardaway sneakers at an expensive boutique. I have never in my life complained about anything. I'm a shoe collecter, but this pair of shoe is by far the worst and most uncomfortable shoe I have ever worn. Wore them for 4 hrs and got 3 blisters on my feet. The inside of the shoe is layered by a patch what makes your feet feel pain! I tried to overcome the pain, but the pain is unbearable. I don't want you guys selling this shoe to anyone. By far created horribly. I can't ever wear them again a day in my life that's how much it hurts.

Nike one of the jordan store in china made release of limited edition sneakers unfair

Dear Nike officer:
I'm a huge fan of Nike products especially the Nike sneakers. However, something happened recently in my city made me and many other fans of Nike feel disappointed to this brand. As you know, the WMNS Air Jordan 1 Saint Shattered Backboard will release on 5th May. And the Nanjing Jordan store on No.2 Zhongshan South Road will sell this sneaker with the rule they made that people who want to buy this shoes need to get a number on 4th May at 10am, and then draw lots on 5th May. However, they allowed people to get the number at about 6am to get a number without any notification. Many fans of this sneaker went to the store at 9am and then got the news that there were no numbers left from the salesman. This is not the first time that this store made such mistakes. During the sell day of Air Jordan 1 Bred Toe. They against the rule they made and allow a re-seller who won the lots to wearing other re-seller's sneaker to bought the Air Jordan 1 Bred Toe. What the works of the store did during the release of these two sneakers is actually helping the re-seller to gain profit from your products and prevent your fans to have a fair opportunity to buy the products they want. Such behaviors the workers in the store show goes against of the sneaker spirit and also corrupts the reputation of the Nike and Air Jordan brand. All the fans of Nike and Air Jordan brand hope this letter can attract your attention to take actions to renovate the worker team of the Nanjing Jordan store on No.2 Zhongshan South Road, make the releasing of your products fair for all the fans to have equal possibilities to buy the sneakers they want in the future and build a better sneaker culture in China.

Nike nike air shoes upc #[protected]

Purchased less than a year ago at shoe carnival on clearance for $90.00. I have always been satisfied with other shoes from Nike and was surprised and disappointed to see what is occurring with my latest pair. I have included pictures so you can see the defect, the mesh is splitting where it is connected to the rubber. I am a loyal nike customer however this has shaken my confidence in your brand. I believe when you spend more you should expect a higher quality pdoduct. I am disappointed that I have to purchase more shoes already.

Nike nike + watch and nike is now dead to me!

Supporting and only buying Nike products since 1993.Now I cant even clear my watch memory. Bad service, product quality all going down. Never ever another product and I will tell everyone for the rest of my life. Mr "more swooshes than Tiger" is now done. Will use apparel to wash my car and give all footwear away. Hope to never hear/see Nike again.

Nike black nike vapormax

Hi there, i have been the very proud owner of a Nike Vapormax until recently, yesterday when i wore my takkie, i realised that one on them have deflated, and now i can never wear them again.

Please see attached pictures of one of the Nike Vapormax pairs of takkies that i purchased. This takkie cannot be worn anymore as it is deflated.

This is just a very disappointing experience, as we have been endorsing these takkies on all our social media handles, just for it all to turn out so sour. I am a gym fanatic and my fiance is busy with MMA training so we have people watching us and the things we buy and wear. We have been raving about our vapormax on all our socila media handles, so im really not happy at all. And now im scared to even wear my pair incase they deflate as well.

We have always been loyal to Nike as a brand, its all that we purchase, even for our kids. I am now just so put off my Nike as a brand as these shoes are not cheap, and i do not expect this from Nike at all.

Please these takkies need to be replaced, or we need to be compensated for this in some, form.

Nike nike retaliation training shoe

On October 25th I received my Nuke retaliation training shoe now a little over 6 months the shoe is totally losing its tread the whole bottom of the shoe is worn down to the upper lining especially on the heel and toe and its not like it was worn every day since purchase I work five days a week and use the shoe on my two days off so in essence I've worn the shoe maybe 60 times in 6 months, even tire companies offer a tread warranty and replace the tire if needed, I just feel some one should know that this particular shoe tread is less than adequate and perhaps your team should look into something like a tread warranty or guarantee for your customers they could also use it as a selling point especially when a shoe costs someone $65 you expect it to last longer than 6 months, I know its a business but as result of this finding I have switched to another shoe company so you are actually losing customers not gaining them perhaps this would explain your decrease in sales especially to some one like under armor in the athletic shoe department. Nike nike fi premiere golf shoe

My father bought me a pair of golf shoes for Christmas and since I live in the northeast I haven't had a chance to wear them until April the shoe is the hardest you ever had to try to get into even with a shoe on it's cause blisters on my feet and they're very uncomfortable I understand my I don't have a receipt or where they were bought but there must be something Nike can do about it to do something in good faith

Nike air max 2017

Recently in the Toronto area and stopped at the Halton Hills Nike outlet. My husband purchased a pair of Air Max 2017. Once we returned home, and he was doing his workout on the treadmill he noticed that the right shoe, inner heal shredded on the treadmill. We do not have a Nike store in close proximity. We live in Windsor, Ontario. I am just wondering if you can advise us as to what our next step should be.

Nike sponsoring a company that wouldn’t serve a black male.

Video is surfacing of a white female refusing to give a black male service at a Jersey Mike's in Tukwila, Washington. She was seen with a red polo wearing the Nike Swoosh embroidered on her sleeve. My question is, do you support or sponsor that type of toxic behavior that has many deep roots, and is overall a bad look on your company? The video is the link below

Nike management at arizona mills mall

Shoes are not being put out for customers to purchase but are being held for employees to purchase. Manager MJ (female) first informed me when asked that everything was out then when I informed her of what information I had as along time customer that several shows I was interested in were in the back she changed her story an stated she could not bring them out it wasn't up to her. I currently spend about $500-1500 a month in this store and I'm well aware of Nike policy. Then after this situation I watch an employee purchase the same shoes I asked about on his so called break. He was escorted into the back of the store and emerged with a bag full of shoes and checked out in the rear by MJ so not to bring attention to the transaction.

Nike psg neymar jersey

Hey there, my name is Patricia Cardoso and I am a mom of 2 boys (8 and 12 years old) who are Neymar's big fans and where they are getting all inspiration to become professional soccer player's. Last Christmas my sister wanted to give them their dream gift, a Neymar number 10 PSG official jersey. I told her that it was too expensive and she shouldn't spend that much money for 2 jerseys, but since she knows how much they love Neymar and was their dream to have Neymar's jersey she bought one for each of the boys. On Christmas morning when they opened their gifts they were speachless. Both couldn't believe that they have got their idols official PSG jersey. They don't want to wear it often because they know how expensive it is. They worn it maximum 4 times since they got them and unfortunately the numbers and the letters are starting to peel off what shocked me kwowing that my sister spend almost $600 for it. My boys love and trust Nike's products and have bought also Neymar's soccer sockcleads. I would like to see if they can have their jersey's replaced since they are so desapoited with the peeling off problem. I did follow the cleaning instructions but even though the peeling started. Maybe something happened to the lot that was made and we unfortunately were the ones who got them. For the happiness of my boys and for the trust we have on Nike brand we hope this matter can be resloved. I look forward to hearing back from you.
