I am generally satisfied with the nike products/items I have purchased from the nike online store. They communicate via emails and keep you informed every step of the way. However, during their free delivery promotion, I purchased a mens size small nike zero t-shirt (black) for R379. Delivery and returns were supposedly free as per the promotion. When I received the t-shirt, it was not to my liking and I followed the correct procedure in returning the item. The online nike store had only refunded me R129. They had charged me R250 for returning the item I assume. I was not sent any communication stating I will be charged for the return. If I had known, I would've kept the t-shirt! I was also not informed why i had only been refunded R129 instead of the full amount. All attempts had failed in communicating with someone from the online store as the call center directs you to someone in America or Texas -I'm not even sure but it's definitely not South Africans. Suffice to say I will not be buying from the online store again. Extremely unhappy with thr way this incident was conducted and handled.

I purchased a pair of white Nike running shoes, size 10, for my daughter's birthday at the end of December 2016 from Dick's Sporting Goods. The number inside the tongue is [protected] VH. Within a few weeks the toe area began wearing away on the top of the shoe. There is now a hole above the big toe on both shoes. She wore socks while wearing the shoes.
We are having to replace her shoes. I would like some compensation to make this purchase, or a new pair of the shoes.

I'm looking to buy a new pair of Nikes. Problem is every pair I like are men's. Why are there so many more choices in men's sizes? It wouldn't be an issue if you sold men's size 6 but of course they start at size 7. You might want to think about making all styles available in both women's and men's sizes. There's a pair I really want but I know they'll be too big and it's a major bummer.

my daughter got Nike tennis shoe for school last year.(Sept) I noticed in April the top of her shoes on the side towards top on both shoes have small holes in them. The holes are located by where stitching is located. They have gotten bigger, but I don't understand on how they are ripping. i believe this is this the item number- [protected] upc number- [protected] would like a refund or a new pair.

I am an athlete and train 4-5 hours a day and therefore I choose to compete and train with the best gear which is Nike. I have always had great service from Nike and with taking good care of my gear it lasts a long time. I have however bought a pair of the Nike running tights in February and within 2 weeks the Nike sign came off after only wearing and washing it 2 times. A month later I went to the Nike store in Cape Town and told them about the tights. They said it wasn't supposed to happen, but that I would have to bring the slip to deal with it, which I didn't keep, cause it was supposed to last like my previous running gear, so I left it and bought another pair, (again for R790, can't exactly remember the exact price, might have been more) and so the same happened, I this really upsets me. So a month later the stripes became to wear and tear terribly. I still wear it, but I am really disappointed. I am a student and I already don't have a budget to actually wear Nike so I save for long periods of time to be able to buy the great quality, and that is why I am even more upset.

I will always stay true to Nike, because I love the designs and most of the time it is quality gear, but please look into this, so it wouldn't happen again. Looking forward to hear from you. Have a nice day.

I bought me some Nike Airmax 2016 last year and they didn't last me a long time. I always bought me Nike shoes and this is the first time that this happen. Your shoes are expensive make sure they do last for a long time. Also how come we can't use coupons on your products? It's rediculous because Nike makes a lot of money so why don't you let people save money?

I received a gift at Christmas of a pair of nike juvenate in black which I absolutely loved, I've worn them for occasional use and they have a hole on the top of the right foot. I am very disappointed as I also have nike juvenate in grey and this has not happened this pair. I can only say the black pair must be faulty. Please contact me regarding this

I purchased a pair of Nike Flyknit sneakers for my son in March of this year from Footaction. He only wears them for casual use and not even every day. Not even 3 months later, the TOP of the shoe is full of holes. I would expect a refund for this shoddy craftsmanship or a replacement for these sneakers. My son likes them, they're just falling apart. This is ridiculous.

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my son from Kohl's in September. They were only worn outside until November, then were strictly inside until April and have now been worn outside again for the past month. I've always bought Nike shoes for myself, but am extremely disappointed in my son's shoes. I've attached a couple photos for review. Both shoes have basically disintegrated, leaving several holes around the toe of the shoe. I would really appreciate resolution to this defective product, whether it be a gift certificate toward new shoes or a new pair of the same shoe sent to me, whatever protocol is...I look forward to hearing back from you -

Hello-my nine year old son purchased these great looking sneakers back in December for his birthday. He alternates them between a few other pairs. The soul on the right sneaker in the middle has popped and feels funny and now makes a squeaky noise when he walks. When looking st them it doesn't look any different but he said it feels weird.
We purchased at kids foot locker and spent quite a bit of money. He's heartbroken. We don't usually spend this much having four children but he saved up his birthday money to purchase.

I purchased a black & white Nike windbreaker([protected]) on 4/14/17 from Dick's Sporting Goods in Heath Ohio. As of 5/20/17, I have only washed it twice & per tag instructions. I was very disappointed as this $100.00 item balled up on the elastic sleeves & waist after the first wash; even my 14 year old son was disappointed & upset :(

I have been buying your trainers for as long as i can remember. I recently bought a pair worn them a few times but they seem to have been made wrong due to the way they've shaped. Went and bought another pair but in a different colour and the same thing has happened again. Im very dissappointed as i absolutely love my nike but after buying 2 pairs for them both to shape the way they have im now debating whether i buy another pair. Im devastated as they're the only trainers i like to wear but dont really want to buy anymore for them to shape the way these have :( if you would like pictures ill be more than happy to supply them.

In November 2016 I purchased a pair of Kobe Bryant xi mambacurial size 7 (men) basketball shoes for my daughters 12th birthday.

In March 2017 it became evident that both shoes have ripped at the front of the Nike tick. This is extremely disappointing as both shoes have torn. To have a product that is so widely advertised as a great basketball shoe and have them damaged within in six (6) months is beyond frustration.

This is the first time I have purchased a Nike product outside of Australia and to my daughter and my disappointment the shoe is ripped. I purchased them from Nike.com. To pay $220 for a pair of Nike shoes that damage in 6 months is absolutely disappointing.

I don't think I would recommend the Kobe Bryant Nike basketball product to anyone if this is the quality received.

I had bought my son sneakers on April 12th while on vacation in Orlando Florida. Yesterday I had noticed that the front of the one sneaker is totally worn. For having these sneakers less then two months that is horrible! He also had a pair of Huaraches that he received for Christmas that we replaced in April for the same reason! We spend a lot of money on Nike and it seems recently that the quality has diminished. He has always worn Nike and will not wear any other shoe. I do not want to have to keep replacing shoes every other month! Why is the quality not withstanding time?

Hello, my name is Reanna moon. I am a loyal Nike customer. I recently purchased 2 items, one was a pair of Nike sportswear rally pants and the other was a Nike sportswear tech fleece full zip sweater. The pair of Nike pants that I purchased, I wore for a matter of a few hours when the inside seem of the pants seem to just come undone and I ended up with a hole near my private area which was quite embarrassing for me. The sweater that I purchased the teeth on the zipper seemed to be warped or something I struggled to zip it up when I went to wear it for the first time and when I tried to give the zipper a little pull it simply broke. like I mentioned before I am a very loyal Nike customer 90% of my clothes are Nike products and all my shoes are made by Nike among other Nike products. I will continue to purchase Nike products because that's how much I have faith in the quality of the product. I also pay for the quality of the product and to say the least I am very unsatisfied with the quality of these 2 products that I purchased. Regrettably I do not keep receipts. I do not know what the outcome will be or what will come of this but I hope to hear from somebody soon. Thank you for your time and patience.

I am using Nike joggers for the last 12years.My experience was very good with Nike joggers.but I am disappionted for my last two puschases of Nike joggers.my shoes for basketball I have repair them three times from soul.The second jogger when I used for only 2 months r getting wort.They have small hole on parachute layer in both side.i am amazed what happened to Nike quality

My daughter purchased a Dri-fit black crop top for netball. She has only worn it a couple of times and the elastic down the bottom has begun to fray !
We would not have expected that this would be the result of an expensive purchase of a reputable brand ?

She is very disappointed as she made the purchase on her own and with her own judgement believing in the brand but on this occasion has been very disheartened !

First of All, I love Nike, it has been an excellent company and known Nike for a very long time, Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight, and officially became Nike. I am an avid athlete and love their running shoes and I am an IT Manager, and Love All their new Digital Technology. I don't think anyone could replace Nike.

I am NOT writing regarding a complaint against Nike but only one of their Contract Staffing Vendors AP Professionals. I am an IT Manager and attended one of Nike Tech Talks they sponsored on Thursday, April 13, 2017, Nike Decathlon Club Cafe 15350 SW Koll Parkway Beaverton, Or 97006.
I was very impressed with All the Nike Speakers who had attended and learned a lot about Digital at Nike. However, After the listening to the speakers at the event, we had a Networking session, I had a young Gentleman by the Name of Bruce Wadell from AP Professionals, come up to me who said he represented Nike and he was one of their main Recruiters to help Nike find people and asked if I was interested in submitting my resume to him for a contract Nike position. When I realized this guy was not from Nike and said NO to him, I was not interested. This guy seemed very desperate and asked if my company I work at utilized staffing agencies. At that, Time I realized he was not From Nike, however from a staffing agency and he seemed very desperate to get candidates or new clients. I was very Appalled to see this person and an outside vendor show up at a Nike Sponsor event and misrepresent themselves as though they work for Nike, to get candidates and business and totally misrepresent Nike. He gave me a business card and went on to the next IT Person. Which his card read, Bruce Wadell at AP Professionals, http://approfessionals.com/contact/
I also noticed this co. has posted several Logos of Nike to help them get candidates. I am very appalled, this staffing firm used Nike to get new clients, and candidates when they don't officially work for them. (I don't think they need to go to Nike events to get candidates, and they should not be going to other IT events in PDX to misrepresent Nike. I would not recommend this staffing company AP Professionals, or this Person Bruce Wadell.

First of all I'm from Fresno ca .I went to any store with your shoe line and I liked some but none had my size 7.5 in men I had to settle for black suede mid high top shoe. I paved about 150 for them [protected]. The quality picks up dust and makes the shoe look old and faded. I simply am regretting even trying because of the poor selection of shoes really frustrated me and I wasn't satisfied at all.
Id like to request a exchange or refund

Good evening my name is Deric Artis i have been a loyal customer since the 80's and will only purchase and or buy nike products for my feet. My last 2 pair have been nothing less than extremely poor in quality. Both have lasted lass than 6 months. My most recent pair was purchased in mid February at Dicks. They were $90 tennis shoes amd have already several tears where the bend by the toes are and tjey still look brand new otherwisr
I take great care of my shoes i wear in clean enviornments and clean them with damp cloth gently often. This is uncharecteristic of your product but it has me seriously thinking of changing brands for the first time in decades. Im not sure what can be done to correct this issue but thought you should be aware of the poor quality.
