Bought my son a pair of lebrons on October 21, 2017 at the Tannerville Outlets. The straps (second strap down on each shoe) doesn't have strong enough Velcro to keep them strapped while wearing them. Therefore for the amount of money I spent on these shoes for my 6 year old he can't even wear them. Being that my husband, myself and our 3 children all wear nike shoes, up to and including my children's football cleats, and never had a problem I didn't see it necessary to keep the box and receipt. After my son wore them for the third time he threw a fit because they wouldn't stay strapped. I'm not looking for free product, all I am looking for is a way to return these shoes (without driving back to tannersville an hour and a half away)! I have spoke with 2 representatives, 2 supervisors AND a lady from corporate, still with no help! This is beyond ridiculous! I will never buy another nike product again! I myself work in customer service and this is not the way your customers should be treated.

I purchased these online I wore them for like an hour and the next time I want to put them on when I pulled the leaces tight the loop was not fastened for the lace Eye and has broken. I Purchased news from the website durable shoe.com. I know that they came from overseas and it took me about a month to get them I would like to have another pair resent to me. Or have Nick send me a replacement pair and I will send these ones back

I purchased a pair of shoes that I thought were very comfortable and enjoyed wearing. After noticing damage to the shoe I immediately bought a new pair because of the comfort. I was very shocked to notice that the second pair of shoes were beginning to damage in the same area. My concern is quality. I am hesitant to purchase another pair thinking that there may be a defect in the shoe.

Hi I have purchased a size 15 REAX shoe and about 2 weeks after I bought the shoes the right shoe started squeaking, about 2-3 weeks later the other shoe started. I stopped wearing them for a couple of months because they were driving me crazy and was embarrassing. I love the look of the shoe but hate the squeaking, I have tried different insoles nothing changes it. I thought it might be just on hard surfaces, so i walked on carpet and they do the same thing. HELP! I have always worn Nike shoes they are the only ones that doesn't make my feet hurt. Is there anything that can be done about this

These cleats were purchased in July 2017. My daughter wore them for one month of high school Soccer and they ripped at the "sock" on left cleat . Then at 2 months, they had a hole near the arch of left cleat. We paid around $170 for them, the most we have ever paid for cleats and they fell apart the quickest. She has had many many pair of cleats in her career and will need many more. I am disappointed that we can no longer feel confident in purchasing your products!

On a side note, I recently purchased Nikes for my 8 year old son. The soles came apart after about 5 weeks. Very disappointing .

I purchased 2 pairs of tiger woods golf shorts around may/june this year. The nike sign above the back right pocket completely came off and now the other pair is coming off as well. Also, the rubbery lining inside the shorts it deteriorating. I have tiger woods shorts from the past years and never had this problem. How do i get a refund or replacement for these shorts.

My daughter-13 yrs old, saved her birthday money and did several chores to purchase a Nike elite backpack. We are not a household that has a money tree as I am raising 3 teenage girls. She purchased this bag online new with tags 12-14 months ago. She is literally in tears after having the zipper break last Friday. I tried calming her down by telling her I would take it to a seamstress to see if they could help. The seamstress sent me to a local shoe repair place after she stated there wasn't anything she could do. This is the bag that has the 3 zippers that meet on the left side of the bag and the zipper on the top zipping to the left across the top of the bag. I just received a call from the shoe repair place stating that he is unable to repair. I am very disappointed in this purchase and the quality. Not only did the zipper break but the cooler lined area is coming apart, and the elite design is rubbing off. Based on what I have seen online, I'm not the only one with zipper and quality issues. Very disappointed in NIKE.

I purchased a pair of these swim goggles (Retail $20.00) for my son to use on his competitive swim team. After using them for just one week, the rubber on one eye ripped and now leaks. This of course was during his first swim meet and we had to run to the nearest store and get him a new pair to finish the meet. When I tried to return them, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I am disappointed in the quality, not sure if it is just a defect or just a fluke pair. I do think that typically Nike products hold up much better which is why I never hesitate to spend more on the brand. I am hoping I could at least get a replacement or credit or some time of refund to make the purchase not a complete waste.

GO39009646 I ordered Nike roshe one white shoes ...and I got defective product...I returned that on 15th October...but I ain't receive my refund yet...6th November...I ordered that for as a marriage gift but you guys messed up everything...in return you gave me a worthless free shipping coupon because if I ordered more that INR 14000 product anyway will be free...I demand for satisfaction

Bought these shoes back in June. Have worn for lifting/working out, no running. The heels have broken down to the point that there is zero support and I am not able to wear them. Is this typical of this shoe after this amount of time? They were very comfortable the first few months but at this point I can't wear them. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Bought zoom/ strong 8.5 on line. Love them but too small. Call MOA location to see if 9 are available for a exchange from an online purchase . No but 9.5 is. Ask well can I return them in store, Yes.
Drive 20 minuets to the MOA. Try to get help on the floor to at least try the 9.5. But snooty teen /young adult employees won't give me the time of day. So frustrated just go to the counter to return.
Female Cashier begins transaction and male cashiers peeks at my invoice and started smirking.
Female cashier asked, what?
Male cashier. She used PayPal,

Then they tell me I can only get store credit because they cannot refund back to PayPal.

I explain store credit is no good to me since they don't have the shoes I'm trying to buy.

So basically tough tata's.

Drive 20 minuets back home and I'll go to post office tomorrow to return via mail.
So here are some suggestions.

1- add a pop up on line that warns using PayPal will null and void your ability to return in store.

2- Train your employees that if a customer calls saying they are coming in to return an online purchase. Warn them if they used PayPal to not bother.

3- Don't hire pretentious Young adults to ignore and smirk at your customers.

I have bought 4 pairs of Nike's for my kids so far. Within 2 or 3 weeks they have fallen apart. I am very disappointed because they aren't cheap shoes. 2 pairs the sole separated from the shoe. 1st pair had to throw out second pair gorilla glued twice hoping this time they hold a little. 3rd pair they tore on the outside and near the sole. 4th pair separating from sole a little . This isn't months that this is happening it's just a few weeks. Due to happening 4 times I don't think I will waste my money on nike products. Very disappointing.

My son used it only 6 times and it broke in the front. In Houston is so hot that he was using his native summer shoes still and his summer stride rite shoes.

This Nike Toddler Boys' Tanjun Shoes needs to be improved. It is not possible that it brakes after 6 times of a 2 year old using it.

I took it back to academy this morning, made a 1 h line and they will not take the shoe back. This shoe needs factory and/or R&D development for improvement.

I purchased two pair of tennis shoes for my 8 year old granddaughter for Christmas this year. She loved the bright colors, the shoe above has come apart in the front so I sent photos to Carnival Shoes where I purchased them and requested a replacement, I was denied and offered 15% off next purchase. The right shoe is perfect the left shoe has come apart around the front side, it is a little band of rubber. sorry I do not know how to convert photo that is saved. I have two grandchildren and I purchase Nike shoes for them as a Christmas gift and back to school. I am very disappointed in this shoe, I purchased the Nike Star in the blue/green and it is beautiful and holding up very well.

I purchased a pair of men's sneakers online and needless to say the company representing Nike no longer had the shoes. I started receiving emails from the seller advising I needed to pick another pair as these were out of stock. There were no other sneakers that I wanted. I advised the seller to cancel the order. I received an email daily advising me to pick another pair, which I kept responding to cancel my order. I was also told it would be easier to pick shoes than try to get my money back. The money was deducted from my account, no shoes have ever been shipped. I am handling this with my credit union, hoping to get my money back. I did want to let Nike know that you have a fantastic reputation and this type of scam is very unfortunate. The merchant name is Helinxy Trade. Merchant emails came from [protected]@hotmail.com.

This cap is the worst, I was so looking forward to it but the shape doesn't fit at all. And what's up with the huge gap at the back, the overflowing of thickness in texture, feels like i'm wearing a fcking camping tent in my head.

I have a rather small head and every time I buy a new cap it looks horrible.

I have 1 cap with the neon orange label, that size was perfect.

Why did Nike change this?

Just extremely disappointed and pissed off with the sizes that's all.

One size DOES NOT FIT ALL.

I have bought 3 pairs of Nikes in the past 6 months. 2 of the pairs were the same shoes. I washed them as I normally would shoes and let them air dry. Both sets of shoes had the soles tore out of them. The other pair of shoes broke down in about 2 months. Th look awful and feel awful. I have never had any issue with any of my Nikes for years until now. I will probably end up switching brands at this point.

I just bought a brand new pair of Nike Cortez less than two weeks ago. They're already showing ridiculous amounts of wear. The souls are already wearing down the insoles came out of the shoe this is the second pair that I bought because the first pair the embroidered checkmark started coming unraveled. I spent $70 on these shoes I'm extremely upset about it. I want something done about it. Cuz I'm not wasting that much money on cheap shoes that I could buy for $20 anywhere else.

I bought nike running shoes on 30 August 2017

The size of the shoes was to big. I asked to return the shoes, when nike said they would come to collect.
Nike informed me on 3 occations that they would come to collect the shoes. On all these occations they did not collect.

On the forth occation they collected the shoes date of collection was 11 October 2017 and on the 13th of Ocktober they confirmed that the recieved the shoes and they would be refunding me within 2 days. Today counts 11 days and still no refund.

I emailed them twice again but no response. I have all emails to show evidence of the above mentioned facts.

This is unacceptable and I would like to know how will this be dealt with going forward. I now have no shoes nor my money back and we are heading towards 2 months since my order date.

I expect an email back and a phone call with your answer on how I will be compensated for this bad experience. If I do net get a response with in a day I will escalate this message untill this query is resolved.

I purchased Nike football cleats for my grandson this summer before school started. He wore them for Mon-Thurs practices for 3 weeks then for 3 games before the sides of each shoes tore. I had to buy other cleats online because local stores dont carry mens size 15. I decided to purchase a different popular brand to see how they would wear. They showed no excessive wear after the remaining 6 games plus practices of the fall season. We have purchased MANY Nike shoes for him in the past & never had any problems, he sore them until he outgrew them or until they were wore out. I've attached a picture of the shoes. I wish they would not use the mesh type material for these shoes, since they are worn for outdoor sports in all kinds of weather. The cleats were not worn in rain or muddy field conditions since we have had such dry conditions this fall.
