they ruined my surprise.
My brother wanted a t-shirt for his birthday. So I ordered a simple black colored t-shirt. There was only the name of the team on the back. When I opened the package to wrap the present I realized that t-shirt was too small. My brother is a grown up man, he’s very tall and muscled. But the t-shirt they’ve sent me was very tiny. For a moment I thought they sent me a kids t-shirt, but the label said men's medium. I contacted NFL Shop immediately. They said how sorry they were and offered me a refund. That was so sweet, but still I was very upset and disappointed! Well, lesson learned. This company is not so bad, but they ruined my surprise.

To Whom It May Concern, My husband and I love to watch the NFL games. At this time, we are watching the Rams/Buccaneer game. I am shocked at the uniforms they are wearing. The red uniforms (Buccaneer) look something out of Dr. Seuss character, Thing 1 and Thing 2. The yellow ones (Ram) look like bananas in pajamas. They are hideous and distracting. I purchased a shirt, I tried on the shirt, it fit, I removed the tags. After I removed the tags I walked by a mirror and saw a blue sticker on the back, looked closer and there was a blue sticker next to a hole. Contacted the store and they will not exchange the defective shirt, because I have removed the tag, also they want to charge for shipping for me to return it, and they stated that if the tag is not attached they will not credit my account. Rip off!

I just read on redzone that directtv does not have the rights to televise the bills vs jags game and that outside of cbs in buffalo and jacksonville it will only be seen on yahoo.com. ! So maybe we are back to getting to bww around noon and bringing our smartphones/tablets with us to watch the bills/jags game! What do you think? John l. Even “nfl ticket” subscribers on directv will be shut out. The deal between yahoo! And the nfl was announced in june. They’re promoting it as the first free, live global webcast of a regular-season nfl game. I called our local sports bar in fredericksburg, va, buffalo wild wings and was told corporate management will not allow any franchise bars to carry the game. Also a friend of mine pays a hefty price for the nfl package on directv and will not be able watch the game at his house. There is a huge number of bills fans spread all over the country who look forward to watching every game and now not be able to see it. This is disgusting!

I purchased a shirt for my son on 3rd march expecting to receive it between 2-4 weeks later, I still have not received the shirt! After various emails and trying to get through on the phone and not receiving a response I have now reported the matter to the police. Not happy!

I tried to ship some stuff through the company Fan NFL Shop. I was really shocked after several weeks. These jerks lost my parcel and tried to provide some useless info and promises. They are real jerks and liars, so better avoid them and don’t waste time and money. They promised to provide compensation, but it was only fake promises and nothing else. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

Unjust calls when officiating games. I truly can not believe the unprofessional judgments made, against some teams and how these call can be escalated when the fans call out the league or the commissioner for malfeasance, Understand as fans we pay for our tickets, That being said we have a right to see the event we have payed to see as advertised. So when it comes to these contest be scripted so the appropriate team wins, we as paying fans are being defraud of the product we have payed for.These actions happen over and over again in all states at most all contests. When we fans have a right to have this put to an end. We should not have to walk away from the events we love or watch it die a slow death as baseball has over the years. As for me It is just beyond my ability to stomach this any longer. And in green bay it is the most evident. Whiling watching one team be penalized for excessive celebration a few years back and watching players from green bay leave the game by jumping into the stands, the quarter back intentionally shaking his hands in the middle of the snap, while the game is in play, and nothing being said no penalty being it called, Jest this last week watching Detroit quarterback being hit in the head and can you believe it no penalty, Players preforming g tackles helmet to helmet and that's right no call from the officiating staff. It is not enough we have to stomach this but after you think it's over not quit we have to stomach the suspension of Ndamukong Suh for stepping on Aaron Rodgers, I also watched the game and this is straight up B, S. ( And just to keep things on the up and up prior to this I was a fan of Mr.Rodgers but for him to stand by and not putting a stop to this, all the respect for him I had is gone) It has truly gotten to a point that we as fans have to put and end to this. The league may control this site but not the social media.

In Monday nights game, Njoku of the Browns was upended, resulting in a concussion. The way he came down could have resulted in a much more serious injury. He was hit in midair, had no chance to establish himself as a runner or avoid the collision. To me, this was clearly a defenseless player violation that was not called. Let's not just protect the quarterbacks but the receivers as well
Im glad that someone else feels the same. The refs needs to be held accountable just like the coaches, and players. They are influencing the out come of very important games these guy fought hard to play. I am trying to see how to start a petition or something . This must stop...

I received a bill from centurlink for to pay two payments of $145.98. They was sending me a bill to pay two payments for my directv bill. My bill was not even a day behind. I called centurylink and they said they was making everyone pay two months payment. I was only able to pay 1 bill for the total of $145.98. So I got behind on my bill. SCAM! WAS OVER...

fault size and seller is rude and dishonest
I want to warn other people that the website www.nflbiz.us.com is scam and the seller is really dishonest and try to trick out of your money. I ordered 3 jerseys from them, but they were all too large for me. I tried to return them, but the seller refused and told me that he would return money. I wanted to change the size, but he again refused. He got my money and provided bad jersey as well as the size wasn’t mine at all. Bad experience, so be careful and better avoid this seller. Share your views about it.

It's the same logo as Fanatics.com (a real site). I then checked the ip for this site. The site itself is based in the U.S. Sales are based in China however! Watch where you shop online!

Watching Lions/Packers game on Thanksgiving and the officials have no less than 4 lopsided calls in favor of the Packers in the first half alone. They have ranged from bad defensive holding to roughing the passer calls that were wrong! The lions had 6 penalties before the first one for the Packers. Really? Why won't the NFL address this problem that happens every week.
Just saw the 3rd bad call against the 49ers and definitely will impact the outcome. Last week numerous poor calls were made by the officials against the Panthers. Year after year this continues to happen. One will soon believe this us intentional and if continued will ruin the game.
I am a cowboys fan and I believe Dez Bryant caught that ball he took three steps and reached out for the goal line. However the big problem is Tony Rono was hit twice late and both times low and I was just watching the broncos game and Manning got that call and it was not late. I'm done watching for today and maybe longer because I've seen a lot better on the high school level. I think you should be embarrassed.

I don't watch many Packer games but I see flagrant favoritism toward the pack. I am watching the pack giants game and Jennings clearly fumbled and it was recovered by the Giants and the review favored the Pack as usual. No wonder they are number one

This website is a SCAM! I looked all over the internet for someone who had an Aaron Rodgers jersey for my son. I ordered one from NFL.com. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them and found out that they charged my Paypal and had the billing and shipping set up as someone I didn't even know. When I went to reorder, it was fortunate I looked at the order confirmation before hanging up--she ordered the wrong size (although she confirmed the item twice), billed my card and set it up to ship to someone I didn't even know. Of course the jersey I wanted was now out of stock. Horrible Horrible site! >:(
Our fantasy league switched from cbssports.com this year as the new commissioner thought he was doing us a favor by switching to a free site. Wow does this site TOTALLY SUCK! The never ending pop up videos and ads slow down this site to the point that you might as well wait for the newspaper the next day to check scores and stats. I've resorted to using CBS for the game play by play. NFL.com is too cute for their own good and junked up their site to the point of being a total failure. Just try and load game day stats on Sunday and it will take 3 minutes and then when it refreshes another 3 minutes. I would be will ing to pay the fees for the whole league to get our previous site back. nfl.com dosen't even allow you to give feedback as to how much they suck. My advise...if you have the option, do not use this site for your league.
if you don't mind a colorful flash site with webpages that load slowly with lots of bells and whistles, this site won't bother you. But trying to navigate the myriad of features, shops, contests, videos, and articles can be a challenge even for the most patient of visitors. Only visit if you can defeat the urge to not just forfeit your time.

Would not recommend purchasing anything from this site. It is cheap, but several months (almost a year) after ordering, my order is still only 75% complete (partial shipments). They have since stopped answering all of my emails requesting a status on the remaining part of my order. Save your money and do not use this company.
nfl knockoff jerseys from china
I too thought this as a US company when I purchased a Redskins jersey for myself in January. The jersey is a knockoff. It is not great quality and the size is was off from what a normal fit in any particular size would be. Add to that the fact that the nameplate looked like it was just thrown on there - it was not even straight! There were no confirmation emails and when the package arrived, there was no packing slip or any other type of receipt. I had to email the third party company that handled the credit card payment in order to request refund information. I went back and forth with them five times before I finally received a response from the Chinese company that had sent the product. They gave me an address to send the jersey back to, but I do not trust returning it because I can't be sure I will ever get my money back! Please don't ever shop on this site (Of course currently the site is shut down).

These jerseys come from China and are basically knockoffs of Reebok. They do not tell you before you order that they are coming from China. They make their site look like the NFL's, but have nothing to do with the NFL. The jersey quality is just OK, but the JETS logo is not correct on the one I bought, in addition, the sizing is about a size to a size and a half too small. Returning the jersey to china is a hassle so I'm eating my mistake.

I emailed to get an authorizatio #, which the website states I need to return the shirt and I received an offer to replace the jersey for an additional $30 in shipping. I told them that I only want a refund and that the website gives you 45 days to return merchandise for said refund. They wrote back offering a discounted jersey. I, again told them that I wanted a refund. They will not respond to my emails and will not give me the authorization number and shipping address. As of today the website is unavailable and it is my hope they have been shut down. In the event that it is still operating please advise consumers NOT to purchase products from them.

Ordered 14 jerseys from seller, after multiple emails with seller stating I had not paid for the items, which had been paid for thru PayPal. One email was even vulgar. Received 8 of the 14 jerseys with no refund or explanation as to why the order was not filled completely. And no answers to emails since regarding the shortage of the shipment. Total paid was 314.? and refund should have been 119.40. So..to keep from being ripped off DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!

Placed order on November 28th for Christmas delivery. I have gotten two e-mails from them so far extending the shipping date and now they "cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas".
E-mail contacts only get answered by automated e-mail responders with generic information. Website never gets updated; only shows "order in process". There is no physical address to write to or complain to the BBB. This is trully a ciber company with no headquarters or actual point of contact.
Tried calling. Perpetual hold after which the agent said I should have ordered it earlier if I wanted it by Christmas. You gotta be kidding me! At least the agent was not in India or Pakistan, but they were still not able to provide ANY updated information on this order. They did tell me it was shipping out of KY so maybe there is hope that the package will arrive by December 24th.
Received another e-mail with a link to rate their service. Even the link in their e-mail does not work. Maybe they know that they would get terrible reviews if the link actually worked.

Absolutely worst experience. I placed an order on December 21st, requesting priority overnight delivery. Today is January 4th, and I still do not have the item! I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times and have gotten the same answer. They are requesting information from the warehouse. The item "has been located" is what is listed on the website. It seems that customer service can't get any kind of appropriate answer, and the warehouse can take their sweet time in responding. Never - Never order from here.
I ordered a Jersey on my son on Sunday, paid for 2 day shipping hoping to get it to him on his birthday - 6 days later.
Tuesday I get an email that it is shipped and it will arrive in 7 days (which would be 9 days total).
I call and they explain that their warehouse doesn't get the orders for 2 days, and that because the particular non custom jersey was in a warehouse that does custom Jerseys, that it could not be shipped 2 days.. They give me $14 off my order.

I "pre-ordered" the new nike Jersey and a customized plague for my boyfriend's birthday. I knew the customized plague would be late; however, the Jersey said it would ship 24 hours within being released. I wanted him to be one of the first with the new Jerseys. I am extremely disappointed and upset that the local sporting goods chains have recieved the jerseys and my order hasn't even left the warehouse. What is the point of pre-ordering the jersey if I can go to the local sporting goods store and purchase the item(and not have to pay shipping) faster? I have bought items from NFLshop.com before, but I will NEVER again!
I ordered a jacket for my husband in early December. The website stated that it was in stock when ordered and would be delivered on time for Christmas. On Dec. 19th, I received an email stating that it was out of stock and would be shipped later. I called to cancel, but there was no category for cancellations on their automated system, and I could not get through to a live human. I then emailed them to request a cancellation. They then called me to tell me that they could not cancel the order because it was already on its way. I checked the online order tracking feature and saw that it had not yet been shipped, so I again emailed them to request a cancellation. They did not respond. In February, I received an email confirming shipment of the item. I AGAIN emailed them, stating that I did not want it and would write "Return to Sender" on the package if it arrived. They responded that it was too late, and they could not guarantee they would get the package back unless I went through the proper return procedures. Today, over a week later, I find that they have charged my credit card, so I again went online to track the order. It now states that it was delivered to MISSOURI (not someplace I have EVER lived). I have emailed them again, but must now hassle with doing a "dispute resolution" through my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
Horrible! I ordered a sticker set that was described to come with 354 stickers. I received 140 stickers and no packing slip to return the product. I contacted customer service and they spent more time explaining to me how busy they were at the holiday season than it would have taked to fix my issue. Needless to say, I never got any resolve and was scammed. I would be very careful giving this company any money. They are not trustworthy.

I had to return a sweatshirt because the sizing was terribly small. I tracked my return and can see that they received it on Jan. 8th. Today is the 22nd and I still have not gotten my money back! In this digital age it should not take this long to get a refund!

I ordered my item 12-14-12 for a Christmas gift and after I paid for it was told it would not arrive until 12/26-1/2 which I thought was ridiculous, but at the same time I had no choice since it was a requested item for a Christmas gift and no store carried it. Just checked the tracking, it was sent out to UPS on 12/26 and is scheduled to arrive today (10 days of shipment). And I thought the United States Postal Service had the reputation of snail mail.
