I have an unauthorized charge on my account for 9. 89 from nfi*www. Netflix.com / cc. No one has ever even used netflix on this credit card number in my home and i want my money back! They won't give any information on the address from the person who obviously did this etc.

on 2/2/15 Netflix charged my visa 39.00, which I have not aurthoriszed. I can't contact them, or cancel.

I have a netflix acct.it is supposed to cost $7.99 monthly. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I discovered I have been repeatedly getting double billed. Please take care of this asap.

I am malaysian and netlix.Com is not available in malaysia how the hell i got charged by netflix pls refund to me and contact me by my email! i got never know netflix.Com is exist until the moment i got charged

They did same thing to me. I signed up for there free trail offer last night at 10pm and by 550 this morning netflix charged my credit card 28.16... 3 different transaction one for 8.79 and another for 10.34 and another for 9.48... I called my bank cuz I had to find out why I was missing 28.16... then u called netflix and told them why is there three different charges when I only wanted the free trail and I understand if they wanted to put a hold for 8.99 which is for 2 tv and the hd.. I talked to a customer service and they gave me excuse after excuse and told me 10. Dollars charge was taxes off off 8.99 I live in wisconsin... and that just a bs line I canceled and then sends me email saying I canceled March 31 2015... today not that date... I called cooperate office got there customer service rep there... and she tryed to tell me I was billed that way cuz my brand new Xbox that I just got already had account on it... but last time I talk to them they looked my account from my email not my brand new Xbox that I just opened out of box 3 days ago and last night downloaded netflix... but now I have the c.o.o and c.e.o names I will be calling them againuntil my money is return to me...and Never will i recommended or use netflix again!

i am being charged 14.95 on my account for vali gallentine please give it back to me i never agreed to sign up much less for this amount. i was going to sign up but for 7.95 or something like that but never pushed the button to sign up for that amount.please contact me at valigallentine@gmail.com. please do it as soon as possible for you have overdrawn my account and i was charged more than the stupid 14.95 so now it cost me 49.90! vali gallentine

I never signed up for Netflix and have never used their services, yet I've been getting billed a monthly amount of $7.99 since June 4, 2011. I did not catch this as my sister was in the hospital, then I had to go to California with Mom/sis. After 7 weeks in a 31 foot RV with 3 women and 2 dogs, Mom got a call that there was 44, 000 gallons of water in her house. The fuel pump died on the way back and my sister collapsed of heat exhaustion and had to be hospitalized. Mom/Sis remained in my house due to mold in their house and renovation. I drove 2500 miles back east to sell my cottage and had an earthquake, hurricane, fallen trees, 6 days without power, a local tornado and a tropical storm. I got the cottage prepped for sale and then had to drive 2500 miles back at 45 MPH with a u-haul trailer attached to my car. Mom/sis moved back home as their house was done, I had to unpack to u-haul, and now Mom and I have medical issues. I WAS TOO BUSY TO CHECK MY CHARGES! So I can't fight 4 monthly charges as they are too old. But I've had American Express block netflix and they are disputing from October to the present. It's still the principle of the thing... I should get a refund of all of it, but that will never happen. I don't know how Netflix got my credit card number. I suppose I never will...

I had cancelled my service and should not even have an account with netflix anymore. I am still continuously being billed! I am extremely frustrated and cannot even get a hold of anyone to make the charges stop. You have caused numerous overdraft charges on my account and I do not like paying for a service I don't even use. I want this to stop now! I'll have to netflix blocked from my account to make it stop because I see I have no other option. I want netflix to reimburse me for the months I have been billed and did not use the service immediately. I'm really tired of this...if I do not get this resolved I need to take some drastic action like report you to the Better Business Bureau or the media. This is ridiculous! Give me back my money! I have a charge of $17.26 for netflex. DGVFW2ZLC acct. When did netflex go up so much? If it cost this much monthly, then I do not want to receive anymore movies. Please cancel. You have made mychecking overdrawn by increasing charges without notifying me.
I don't need to mail cds but would like to keep the computer connction.
I don't want to keep the service if there is an additional charge for service of processing the payment. I don't want an additional charge.

I can't cancel the membership that I NEVER signed up for because the charge is still pending on my credit card. Trust me, as soon as it's clear, I'm canceling the membership, and I'm having my bank block you idiots! Stop scamming people who do not want your merchandise!

I just got off the phone with Netflix, and they took the charge off my account. Looks like somebody hacked my credit card. I also called credit card company, and they nullified my credit card and are issuing me a new number. Whole process took. only 10 minutes

Since you have already been charged from Netflix, rent one of their movies that shows how to deal with fraudulent credit card activities. That will teach them.
