NEXL Sports Products - 1/2 Helmet / Paid but no product

Same as above. I ordered a Helmet on 7/3/07, supposedly a 4 week delay. I received the helemt sized incorrectly on 8/23, (2 days after finally receiving it) for exchange. According to the website it is still being processed. My emails have gone unanswered and the last one I sent directly to gabby@nexlsports came back as unknown. The phone number has been disconnected. I found another phone number on the internet but that's been disconnected too. I found 2 addresses for the company, 1 in California the other in Oregon, and have sent letters to both hoping for a resolution. I paid $184 for this helmet and as of March 31, 2008 I'm still waiting. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!

On Feb.28, 2007 I Ordered a motorcycle Helmet (through Google ) from

NexL Sports.

The charge for this helmet ($204.95) was taken out of my account on the

next business day.

I have contacted both Google and Nexl sports on numerous occasions

regarding the delivery of my product.( See Attached Account History)



I have got run around after run around about the delivery.



It is now Dec and I still haven't received by helmet.



I even went to the Better Business Bureau and was told just to try to

get my money back.



I went to my bank and tried to get the money refunded but it was too

late.



I feel like I have been robbed and no one can or will do anything about

it.



The thing that really bothers me is the fact that I can go on line to

NexL sports and order the same helmet today.

How many more people are ordering from NexL and not receiving the

product they paid for?
