I ordered an outfit 5 weeks prior to a wedding. I received a confirmation email that the order was being shipped immediately and should be here (in the US) in plenty of time for the wedding. I also mentioned I may have to have it altered so time was of the essence and was reassured it would be here in good time - I even paid for 7-10 day shipping. Robin keeps saying to "be patient" but its not about being patient, it's about not having an outfit to wear to a wedding. I ordered the item on 3/23 and it was not shipped until 4/2 - 9 days later.

I received the outfit on Friday 4/15 - 24 days after ordering! It is very large, drags the ground over my feet and the top hangs down to my waist. I sent them photos and ask to return for refund b/c it does not fit my measurements as was provided in the beginning and their response was to have it altered. Really? I am 5 days away from the wedding and to have it altered would cost a fortune and take at least a couple of weeks. I have gone back and forth with them and all they will offer is $45 refund on a $156 suit that I will never be able to wear - and wouldn't want to now as they have made this entire event a nightmare. I want to take it out and burn it! They are truly scamming people out of their money and leaving them high and dry with nothing. I am not sure what type of action I can take but I guarantee there will be some repercussions.

Paid $175 for a jumpsuit. Sent them my measurement vie enaikk befire ordering and could not even get it over my hips. They are now saying that I have to pay $30-60 dollars to ship it back to get my refund. They should have a central shipping place in the US because I am sure they have plenty of returns

I returned an item which did not fit to the location/address provided. The post office was unable to provide a tracking number. I guess that should have told me this is a scam. I have contacted them numerous times and received a "so sorry" but no help.

The item was two sizes too small, even though I provided my exact measurements. I submitted photos to them showing that the outfit was unable to be zipped up because it was so small.

If there were a way to deal with this company other than in China, I would love to know what it is. The transaction number [protected] was provided to them. I even contacted a pay service that was suggested and they simply told me to contact the website again. It is a shame. the produce was nice and I would have done business with them again had they not kept my money.

I ordered a pant suit order number 100007332 in a silver gray color, butterfly outfit arrived in a royal blue color. I decided I do not want the outfit and would like to return it. I was instructed by robin to go through customer service to do this. I have already emailed her a picture often wrong color suit that arrived.

Please advise what I need to do to return the pant suit and get my money back.

I purchased this pantsuit for a family wedding. I submitted my measurements and stressed that I have a long torso/body and tbat my arms are big. Well it doesn't fit and the jacket isn't made of lace like picture shows. The top that was to go over hips barely comes to the top of pants. I can't wear this with my belly showing. I paid $183.00 for this outfit and after seeing it I wouldn't pay $1.00 for it. This is the second item ordered. The other was a dress that eas for me size 14W and didn't fit my daughter who is a small not to mention it was torn in two places on shoulder. I gave complained but have not received any answers.
DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY PAY FULL PRICE FOR REAL DEAL.

On August 31, 2017 I ordered a pantsuit and entered my exact measurements in the order form. I chatted with Robin online and she walked me through the process. I paid extra for the customization. I also paid extra to have it rushed to me after it was tailored. When I received the pantsuit, the top was 4 sizes too large and the pants were 2 inches too short! I sent an email to Robin, including photos of me wearing the outfit. She apologized profusely and offered a partial refund. She offered to send me another pantsuit, but the only reason I ordered it was to wear to a wedding and there would not be enough time to get a new pantsuit customized and mailed to me before the event. I am extremely disappointed to say the refund was only $35 -- far below what is fair considering what I paid. I think the refund should be $95 at a minimum. Sad to say I've learned my lesson about ordering from China!

I've ordered a dress from these clowns and when it finally arrived it looked terrible and nothing like pictures. Workmanship was horrible, material was very thin and see through. I immediately contacted Newstyledress and demanded a full refund. They replied something that made absolutely no sense and I could not understand a thing because everything was written in a very poor English.
Then I tried to find a phone number but it seem that they don't have one. Refund was never received.
