This posting was hurtful to myself and my young Child 10 years ago.
I was forced to tell him about a personal tragic loss in my life.
I made him cry.
He was heartbroken.
This was the most terrible thing I have ever done.
He was too young.

This "complaint" states nothing. There is no clarity in the comment. IT seems as though the person who wrote it is upset about information posted online. The information was posted 10 years ago. If it is a legal matter, then contact the police but I highly doubt this person did anything illegal. Just because you do not like a particular webpage, it does not mean it gets pulled down. That's life.
Also, if you are going to comment on a person's intelligence, then I suggest you learn to use the proper to/too/two.
Finally, if you do not want people to comment on things that you claim they know nothing about, then do not post them on a public forum.

What are you talking about? What is the complaint? someone posted something on a message board that you didn't like? Things happen. That's life. Why not just ignore it and move on. Especially if it is something that was posted 10 years ago.

This web page can still be accessed on Google search by entering my family's names.
When you type in this address: newsgroups.derkeiler.com/archive/rec/rec.arts.marching.drumcorps/2005-08, it says error 404, and there is an X-TRA CREEPY msg. from "marvin" web server. THIS IS INSULTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. This is still a Live Page!
There has been no removal of this page.
