newnow.com / The seller hasn't changed the defective battery

My sister ordered battery for the phone from the website www.newnow.com. The battery arrived on time, but it was defective and didn’t work. I contacted the rep from the support team and he told to return the defective battery, and he agreed to change the battery as well. I paid for the shipping on my own and waited 4 weeks already, but the seller still hasn’t provided any response. Don’t trust them!!!
