Gentlemen:

We are so terribly sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the year that we really liked and wanted to last forever, 2017, is coming to a close in a few days with devastating news from NewFrog! So sorry this awful situation has occurred in your USA operations. But we received horrible news in an email from NewFrog today. It ruined our Holidays which came to an immediate end! But you can change this trouble and do the honorable and right thing.

Once you have reviewed this avoidable situation, we are confident that this matter will be resolved. We have no desire or wishes to complicate this matter by including the USA Department of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, and Government Officials.

On Dec 26, 2017, we Purchased Dash Cam and received Confirmation from NewFrog that item will be Shipped within 48 hours (see email).

Many hours later, we received a disturbing email from Lacey of your USA Sales Office informed us that NewFrog has "some bugs, so they cannot ship our order." (see email attachment)

On December 27, 2017, we requested NewFrog to Honor our Binding Contractual Agreement (NewFrog's Acceptance Letter - email) or Honor it as NewFrog Corp." Goodwill Gesture" in the Spirit of the Holiday
Season.

However, what we got was a hard response which informed us that NewFrog had "improve the bug." Why would "the bug" be improved? We were told that the problem was "the bug." Now, we're told NewFrog has "improve the bug." Why improve the problem - "the bug"? (see attached email)

Lacey says, "we could send you a coupon code of $2." That is a "Slap in the Face!" We do nothing wrong, and NewFrog "Slaps us in the Face!" That $2 coupon code is belittling and downgrade. (see email)

Every day, NewFrog fills my email in-basket with many Sales Flyer and Sales Ads. So, when we ordered the item, we ordered only the Quantity we needed which was only one (1). We did not order a quantity of 50 or 100. The item is for our personal use. Some people with bad intentions might order a large quantity of 50 or 100 and resale on EBAY.

We are honest and would not do that. We are not those bad people. We are good people that ask for your help in resolving this issue. We ask that you honor and fill the original order for a quantity of one (1). That NewFrog will grant this "one-time-only" and is doing this due to the special and unusual circumstances involved in the matter.

We have attached documents that will, hopefully, be useful in approving this "one-time-only" request.

Please let us Thank You, in advance, for your time and consideration in this important matter. We truly hope that you will grant this request in our favor. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Again, Thank You.

NewFrog never received my purchased items - do not buy from newfrog!!

After more than 2 months for emails to & fro to NewFrog for items shipped out on 22 Oct 17 and supposing to arrive in Singapore om 08 Nov 17, I was told to wait for these again and again after numerous emails with NewFrog. Finally they asked me to check on the mailing address. To my horrible, part of my mailing address is missing, I checked again to my registered address on NewFrog website, this is correct.

They are playing games by delaying. Lousy online seller and no responsibility. My honest advise to all is NEVER buy from this online seller !

NewFrog magnetic slime

Placed an order for some product and entered my credit card information. It then asked me for my password. I did not enter that. The page refreshed and it charged my card. I tried to contact them via the website and it tells me "there is a problem and we don't know what it is" WTF! So I find a phone number and they answer by just saying hello no company name nothing. It is one huge scam and this site needs to be brought down as soon as possible. They barely speak English nor understand it for that matter. I am going to see how far I can take this until these kind of people are out of business!

NewFrog fraud and scam

They pretend to be attentive to their customers and used sweet talks when talking to you, but all of this is just a piece of crap.
They only promise and that's all.
I have been waiting for my refund for almost 3 months and there's still no money. Where is it? Well, I don't know. They have no idea either.
What they say is that I'm so important to them, so they are ready to do anything to please me, so they are ready to resend or to exchange. I agreed with that but got nothing instead. I don't understand their logic and why they promise but do nothing. It's a fraud, I think.

NewFrog blue 16 led light emergency strobe x2

Hello. I had ordered two lights from you guys on ebay on the 16th. And was contacted on the 18th that your business shut down web sight. And my order was to be canceled. When i already payed your business the money through Paypal for two 16 blue led emergency dash Strobe lights. I have asked many times for a tracking number from you guys about my order. And never received anything.. Or no contact from you guys. Iam out my two lights I ordered and now money. I hope u guys make this right. I hope u contact me with some kinda info on my order! NewFrog I would not recommend newfrog

I would not recommend NewFrog website, it's very risky to buy from them. I ordered from them three times and I was very satisfied with first two orders. Third order is still missing and I have no idea where it is. It was placed back in July and it is now mid November and still nothing. Each time I contacted NewFrog they said they were working on my issue. But I guess they really did not care and did nothing. I will not buy from them again, they disappointed me a lot.

NewFrog my items were lost somewhere

Please, don’t order from the company www.newfrog.com. I have purchased some items and didn’t get them. When I told the seller about it, he told that I needed to wait more time and they could return only half of the sum. I didn’t need money, I needed my stuff. But the seller told me to wait and if the order didn’t come, I would need to wait for the refund and they would think what sum I would get.

I have purchased Xiaomi Xiaoyi 720P HD Night Vision Smart WiFi IP Camera
However the setup is telling me 'this camera does not work outside of China.' I have tried workarounds I have found on the internet by changing the firmware. The camera is useless in the UK. Please can you comment?

Recently i purchased a graphics card. It was listed on your website and tagged as a 1050 - but in fact it's a 650.

Seems like a big problem for you guys.

Hi I've checked the status of my item has been delivered here in the Netherlands since 29 November but until now I never received my item at my home address. And u said u can't contact my mobile number +[protected] but it's always active 24/7. I don't know which local office I would ask the item it never been stated in the courier website.

! I am still waiting for ky parcel, when I sent a email 2 weks age I was rold to wait 2 weeks, it is now over 2 weeks, still nothong.
I would loke you to investigate this and give me a correct reason why I have not received my parcel, or give me a refund as I am not prepared to wait longer
