shoes I ordered were damaged and wrong size

I received my package on Thursday November 2 and was not happy, the seams where the label showing the size on the left of the tongue flap is coming apart on both shoes. The shoes don't fit, I ordered a size 8 in U.S. and I measured the shoe and it appears to be a size 7 U.S. Also, there is no return label. Now I have to fine a box and spend additional money for a return shipment. I am very displeased with your services at this point. I would like to know what your company plans on doing about a refund or sending me some shoes that fit and are not torn. My biggest problem with your company, is that you don't disclose any information when ordering items; for an example when ordering shoes you need to up one size larger then what you ordered, it doesn't state that these items are coming from another country such as China, I didn't find out about these clauses until I returned to the site and started reading about your company. I think that your company misleads the customers and not honest in your advertising products. As I stated in my first e-mail to your company, if this order is not corrected I will contact family and friends not to use your services and notify the BBB. Order#[protected]. This is the original e-mail . I have sent out at least 5 e-mail and the latest email I sent out I haven't gotten a response.
This email was sent out on Nov 27, 2017, I'm sending this again, I would appreciate your immediate response. I am now dealing with a 2 month period when I still have not been satisfied with your company's lack of concern for a customer. I hope this is not how you do business. Either return my money or send a size 9 shoe.

I have received three pairs of shoes with the wrong size. I have used the table of the sizes on the site, which was wrong (the coordination with the Russian sizes). Already three weeks the service center (Angel and Morris) writes me completely inadequate letters, repeating the phrases that do not mean anything or repeating the questions I have answered already. I use internet shops frequently, and this is for the first time that I meet such awful service, which is below any critics. Their aim -- is not to work and to force the customer to refuse from his problem. I repeat, the table of the size was wrong. They have corrected it after my complain, I have a print screen of the previous, as I knew they will try to hide this mistake, but they don;t want to pay for the return and for the delivery. It was not my mistake.

I was so excited as they were a Christmas gift purchase for my daughter. I opened the package to discover I received two boots, each entirely different styles, different sizes AND different colors. They immediately offered me a refund and was told it would occur within 48-72 hours. Didnt even offer to send the correct item UNBELIEVABLE!

I ordered a pair of shoe boots over a month ago and never received them. I re ordered then day before yesterday. Yesterday when I got home, the shoeboots were there. When I tried to cancel the second pair that I ordered, they told me it was too late that they had been shipped. I really find that hard to believe when it took a month for me to get the first order. ordering and accepting my credit cards

have been trying to place an order with New Chic for two days now and using four different credit cards to be told "Stripe(whatever that means not acceptable, this very upsetting my credit rating is 8.0 Also, their coupons codes offer a discount for orders over $100 and mine is, but could not locate the coupon or code nor anyone to help find it or even ask about. Their only contact is email which I have sent four and no answer which they state you will get an answer within 24 hours. I have no order # just my email of [protected]@gmail.com.
So, I guess I 'm lucky in not placing the order after reading the reviews, although I do do worry about having already inpput my credit card info on these cards. This company certainly does need investigation.

Newchic shipped wrong product and then failed to correct problem or offer refund. This is their standard business practice, read other reviews and complaints online, this is NOT a reputable company to deal with. Crooks. I ordered a Men's leather flat brim hat with ear flaps and Newchic shipped a less expensive baseball style had without any ear flaps.

I ordered grey boots not black and as usuall with a company like yours there is no return or paperwork to be able to contact you. I do not want the black boots and if you can't supply me the. Grey ones I want my money back.

Do not order with this company or give them any information. The good reviews are fake. Items they claim are in stock suddenly are out of stock when you order them and they have your money for at least a while. Who knows what they do with your data when you contact them. The web site is full of spelling errors and nonsensical data that gives clues. Basically a data mining company in murky backwaters of Hong Kong

incorrect item sent twice and no refund
Hi,
I placed an order for a ceramic showpiece on 30th Jul'17. Order ID is [protected].
The product that I had ordered for was a Red coloured owl (Screenshot Attached) however I received a Pink one(Image attached).
I contacted the customer care of New Chic and they offered me a correct replacement or a refund however as I wanted the correct item I requested for a replacement. The associate named Farah from NewChic placed a new order herself for me based on the correct colour requirements with a new order number [protected].(Screenshot Attached). I am attaching email screenshot as well. When I received the order again, it was again the incorrect colour of the product and turned out to be pink instead of the requested Red.
Now NewChic is just expecting me to understand and accept this incorrect item and not provide a refund. I am constantly following up but it is useless. They are not even sharing their escalation matrix to take it up with their management. It is a mental torture that I have invested money and still not received the product I desire.

This complaint is spot on. This company is labeling shoes one size too small. I tried a live chat with a costumer care representative who continued to insist on proof that the shoe was the wrong size. Then also insisted that since I ordered a 10.5 it was my mistake. "Sorry about that".I sent four pictures as proof and to illustrate a US size 10.5 is much larger than what they claim their is. Then she wrote "I can see clearly, please send a clearer picture". NewChic clearly has no intention of correcting their mistake. And besides, there is no way I am going to pay to ship back to Hong Kong. A dishonest company that won't last long. I wish there was a more powerful way to let the world know they are not worth shopping with. How about us all notifying AOL that their company is not honest or a good company to advertise on AOL!
