My name is Joseph Asiedu and I mad an order for a shoe on 14th November, 2017 but have still not received any order number or update of the purchase amount of (£32.50), including shipping, has gone out of my accounts.

I need urgent reply to this enquiry or immediate refund of my money.
Because I have not received any purchase information about this order, I am unable to give more information but I made the purchase on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 on line.
