Please do not trust Mr. Alvaro Hernandez (a Mexican citizen residing in China) and his company New Solution Limited. He claims to be your "business partner in China" and offers to outsource products for you, promising good quality and reliability because he is in China. But the truth is that he just gets the name of any company on the Internet (the cheapest one) and buys the product from them, without even knowing the company or even bothering to check it.
We bought SLES 70% from them and what he sold to us was just garbage. We not only paid for the product in advance, but also had to pay fines in Mexico because of this, and when we complaint, he did not want to take any responsibility on this issue.
If you need further information about this situation, please do not hesitate to contact me. We believe that it is our duty as honest businesspeople to report this kind of things to prevent them from doing the same to anybody else.
Also you should have menttioned you didn't want to pay for a supervision travel expenses the amount of 500 usd..so you didn't authorize it so pls and in written on email from you..so you interfered in your quality control...so is very strange that fora such millionaire order you haven't wanted to expend a min $ to assure your order quality...so assume your part if the responsaility as a business man or company...
